It has been almost a month since Yeonhee's disappearance. Throughout the whole period Sehun has been wasting his days drinking and sleeping. He stayed at Jongin's because he couldn't bring himself living in his own house. Every corner of the house reminds him of Yeonhee. Now he is living the true meaning of regret and loss. He has indeed hit the rock bottom point in his life. 

It also means that it has been almost a month Sehun hasn't gone to work. For the first time since he started working, he is taking a long leave. A very long leave. He never utilised his personal leaves. Not even for his honeymoon. The only time he was absent from work was because of the Incheon incident. 

Nobody knows where Yeonhee went. She left everything behind without a trace. Her phone number goes straight to the operator informing her number is no longer in service. She also terminated all her bank accounts and deactivated all her social media accounts. And to make things worse, she has transferred all her assets and shares under Sehun's and Yunho's name. 

It was very devastating for Sehun when he knew the truth. He cried for hours in Yeonhee's room longing for her presence and scent. Then the very next morning, Sehun appeared in front of Jongin's house drunk and wasted. Since then, he stayed at Jongin's and took a long break from work. Then, a few days later Yunho appeared there. 

It was Jongin who told Yunho about Yeonhee's diasppearance and her health condition. Not only to Yunho, but he told Sehun's parents as well. He was being realistic, something needed to be done to search for Yeonhee and people around her deserved to know. Besides, Sehun was really lost and miserable, he really needed a stepping stone. He needed all the help he can get.

As a brother, Yunho would of course became furious hearing the news. The moment Yunho got to see Sehun at Jongin's house, he threw a hard punch at Sehun immediately. But Sehun didn't fight back at all. As if he was ready to be beaten. Luckily Jongin was quick and strong enough to stop Yunho from acting reckless. "I didn't let you in so you can beat him! Look at his state!" he yelled at Yunho. If he wasn't there, Yunho might have beaten Sehun into a pulp. Looking at Sehun misery state at that moment, Yunho dropped himself helplessly on the couch. He somehow blamed himself too. He thought that if he was always good to Yeonhee since the very start, if they were close siblings, Yeonhee would run to him and would never hide something this big from him.

Sehun parents on the other hand, when they were told about this, they didn't get furious straight away. They were devastated, surprised and puzzled, of course there was a little bit of anger as well but they were more rational than Yunho. They came to Jongin's house too to see how Sehun was and to get some explanation but at that time Sehun confined himself in the room. He didn't want to meet anyone especially his parents because he was too ashamed. Though sad and disappointed, his parents tried to understand that Sehun needed some space and time. 

People say 'Time Heals'... But in this case, Sehun is nowhere near healing. But luckily he is starting to sober up after almost a month.

After almost a month of drowning, drinking, and sleeping, he is finally showing a positive sign of crawling out of his misery state. But still, he is in a mess, physically and mentally.

While sitting on a bar stool in Jongin's kitchen, his mind wanders to the past reminiscing all the memories he had with Yeonhee. The good and the bad, he remembers all of them clearly.

Not long after, Jongin takes his seat beside him. "We'll find her, don't give up" he said encouraging his dear friend.

Sehun tries to smile, but it turns out to be a sad smile. "I'm afraid by the time we found her, it's too late" 

"Do not give up Sehun. Don't you ever give up" Jongin replied.

It takes a few seconds for Sehun to respond, "No.." he said while staring blankly ahead, "I will never. Even if she'll never forgive me, I'll find her and bring her back"

"We'll find her Sehun. I'll help you with everything I can"

"How can I be so blind? So cruel to her? She was always there when I needed help. But I was never there for her..." Sehun said regretfully. Few days after Yeonhee left, Sehun finally realized the starting point of everything. J
