Minju leans her head on Sehun's shoulder, his hand tightly gripping hers while wating for the surgery to end but the moment she heard her name being called out, she looks up and seeing her parents with both her brother and sister-in-law rushing towards her, making her starts crying again the moment she stands up to hug her mother. Sehun sighs and his heart breaks so much with the sight of his wife crying again. His hand gently moves to soothe Minju's back as he watches her sobbing in her mother's arms until he feels a pat on his shoulder, making him turns to look at Baekhyun who's signalling him to follow him probably wanted to talk about Hyunwoo that he nods, excusing himself from his mother-in-law and follows both Baekhyun and Mr. Byun towards the corner of the ER.

"Puppy, Hyunwoo's gonna be fine, you can't keep on crying like this."

Mrs. Byun whispers, her hand patting her daughter's back as the girl couldn't stop sobbing,

"You've cried a lot earlier too, puppy."

Mrs. Oh who's also patting Minju's back sighs worriedly knowing that her daughter-in-law is pregnant and it's not good for her and her baby if she keeps on stressing herself out and crying like this. Heeyoung who's also watching her sister-in-law crying turns to look at both her already grown-up twins when she saw them coming while holding their youngest sister's hand while the girl's her ice-cream,

"Jung wants ice-creams so we bought her one. Here's the snacks dada asked to get for Aunty Minju."

Heejun passed the plastic bag to his mother and bring Heejung to sit while Heeyul pats Minju's back, watching her aunty sobbing like a little baby.

"Puppy, we should sit, hmm?"

Minju shakes her head, hugging her mother tighter with her sobs getting louder, making Sehun who's explaining everything about what happened to Hyunwoo to rush towards his wife, leaving both Mr. Byun and Baekhyun sighing as they watch Minju crying from a far,

"Puppy.."

Sehun gently peels Minju's arms that's wrapped around her mother's neck, bringing her to sit and let her cry in his arms instead, his hand patting her back,

"Puppy, our son's gonna be fine, Hyunwoo's gonna be fine."

"But they're taking so long..."

Minju sobs, looking up at her husband with her face drenched with tears, making Sheun's already broken heart to break even more with the sight of the love of his life crying so badly. Smiling down at his wife, Sehun's hand moves to wipe her tears, 

"Just trust me, our son's gonna be fine, I promise."

Minju nods, burying her face on the crook of Sehun's neck as she let him pats her. Mrs. Byun who's already sitting beside Mrs. Oh heaves a relieve sigh seeing her daughter has stopped crying and she could see Sehun whispering something they couldn't catch up towards her, sometimes kissing the side of her hair and she couldn't be more thankful that she handed Minju to the right person. 

"I miss Hyunwoo, Jun oppa."

Heejung said, pouting up at Heejun who's wiping the corner of her lips with her handkerchief once she's done with her ice-creams. Heeyul who's sitting beside her then caress her sister's hair, 

"We all miss him."

"He's gonna be okay. We'll get to play with him again, like we always do."

Heejun said with a smile on his handsome face, resembling Baekhyun so much now that he has grown older,

"Can we get him a new toy when we see him?"

Heejung cutely asks, making both Heejun and Heeyul turn to look at each other with a huge smile on their faces as they nod towards their little sister who's only a year older than Hyunwoo,

"Unnie will ask dada to buy Hyunwoo a toy."

Heejung grins, nodding and putting her thumbs up towards her sister, making both Heeyul and Heejun laugh seeing how cute their sister looks like. Heeyoung who's watching over kids couldn't stop smiling before she calls out for Heeyul, asking her to go give the yoghurt drink to Minju now that Minju's no longer crying. Taking the yoghurt drink off her mother's hand, Heeyul moves towards both Sehun and Minju who's snuggling in each other's arms on the opposite chair,

"Aunty Minju."

Minju opens her eyes, looking up from Sehun's chest and she could see her pretty niece, smiling down at her, her hand holding out her favourite yoghurt drink in front of her. She's about to sit up to take the drink but Sehun's already doing it for her and is now putting the straw onto the lid before holding it in front of her lips,

"Thank you, Yul."

Heeyul smiles, nodding and excuses herself to move back to sit with her siblings while Minju starts drinking the yoghurt drink with Sehun holding it up for her, her hand caressing her huge belly,

"Let me know if you want anything else to eat or drink, hmm?"

Minju shakes her head, back to leaning her head on the crook of Sehun's neck as she closes her eyes,

"We just had our lunch few hours ago..."

"Just in case our little princess is hungry again."
