Sehun fidgets outside of the emrgency room, wiping his face multiple times as he paces in front of the closed door until a few paramedics come out, making him rushes towrds them with his heart didn't stop beating so fast,

"Your sister-"

"She's my wife."

The doctor then clears his throat and nods,

"Your wife is stable now. Her fever is really high and her heart beats were irregular but we've got everything under control now. She's probably sleeping because her body seems to be in her weakest state."

Sehun looks down on his feet, feeling extremely angry at himself that he gets mad at her wife and turns a blind eye on her pale face, even leaving her alone inside their house. Feeling a pat on his shoulder, Sehun looks up at the doctor who's smiling at him,

"The fever will drained down by itself but for the time being we'll monitor her heart beats to make sure the same thing won't happen again until she fully recovers."

Sehun nods, smiling back at the doctor as he then bows, thanking the few paramedics before he rushes to the information desk to settle up his wife's registration that took him almost 15 minutes all because of the few documents he needs to fill up and thank goodness he have his wife's sling bag around his body that he manages to take out her ID card to proceed with the registration. Once done, he rushes up to the VIP room after being informed that they already moved his wife into the room he personally asked for. Sliding the door open quietly, his heart breaks seeing his always cheerful wife looking so fragile on the hospital bed. He then takes off Minju's sling bag, putting it on the bedside table before he sits on the chair beside her bed, taking her cold hand in his and kisses her knuckles as he stares at her until a sudden vibration on his phone makes him clucks his tounge.

Sehun sighs seeing it's Ara who's calling. Standing up from the chair, Sehun moves out of the room to answer her call, 

"My wife is sick, Ara and I won't leave her side until she recovers. I've settled up your discharging process just now when I registered my wife in."

Sehun hums, listening to the reply from his bestfriend. Humming once again, Sehun then ended the call and moves back inside his wife's room, taking his seat back on the chair as he takes her hand in his, staring at her pale face with regret clouding his entire being.

Sehun's talking to his phone with his mother after calling his mother in law to inform her about Minju when he saw his wife opening her eyes, making him ended the call immediately as he rushes towards her, taking her hand in his, his other hand moves to caress her hair as he leans down,

"Baby."

Minju takes her hand off sehun's as she tries to sit up on the bed with Sehun's help. Leaning her back on the bedrest, Minju keeps her eyes fixed to her front where a huge tv is sitting proudly on a cabinet without even turning to look at her husband who's sitting on the chair beside her bed,

"Minju, I'm sorry. I'm really sorry."

Hearing no response from his wife, Sehun sighs, taking her hand in his and was about to keep apologizing until the door slides open, revealing two nurses coming in with the supposed lunch for his wife, making him stands up straight, watching the nurses putting the few types of foods on the table on Minju's bed. Thanking them once they're done, Sehun moves to take the bowl of rice, putting in the meats and vegetables on it before he moves to sit back on the chair,

"You have to eat to gain your energy back, puppy."

Minju didn't say anything, only opening when her husband puts up the spoonful of rice in front her, gently feeding her until she finishes the whole bowl, making Sehun smiles as his hand moves to caress her hair,

"You want to continue sleeping or you want to watch the tv? Both your parents and mine are already on their way here."

Minju remains silent, her face didn't show any emotions and Sehun knows exactly that she has reached her limit of being patient with his stupid behaviours that she choose to not talk to him. Seeing his wife already lying back on the bed, Sehun takes it as her wanting to continue sleeping as he stands up, putting the empty bowl on the table and moves to sit back on the chair beside his wife's bed, taking her hand in his as he watches her already closing her eyes to sleep. Sehun then leans in, landing a kiss on his wife's forehead as he whispers,

"I love you, baby. We'll talk when you're ready."

Gripping her hand tightly, Sehun's other hand keeps on caressing his wife's hair, watching her sleeping peacefully with a smile on his face, admiring the pretty wife of his while he keeps on blaming himself for being the cause of his wife falling sick and now even getting really angry at him as he then kisses her knuckles for the umptienth times.

Minju could hear a few familiar voices around her and when she opens her eyes, she could see both her mother and mothe rin law listening to Sehun who's talking to the both of them beside her bed. Reaching out her hand weakly, Minju pulls the end of her mother's blouse, making the middle aged woman to turn to look at her daughter with tears in her eyes,

"My little puppy."

"Mom..."

Minju whines, sitting up as she hugs her mother, burying her face on her chest as her mother pats her back soothingly. Mrs. Byun knows well how Minju would turn into a whiny spoiled girl everytime she's sick and knowing that her daughter is now under someone else's care, it makes her feel a little bit sad the moment she saw her sleeping peacefully on the hospital bed.
