Chaeyoung has been developing extremely well considering her state. In the 6 months she's been with Mina, Chaeyoung has managed to learn and catch up on 2 years of development and is now a completely normal 4 year old, minus the poor pronunciation, but it's not uncommon so it's fine. One thing that Chaeyoung has yet to develop though, is a hobby or interest. Chaeyoung has things she likes, like strawberries, and cookies, and Mina, but she doesn't have any real interests or anything she doesn for a past time, aside from playing with her plushies that is.

This issue of not developing a hobby has been bothering Mina for a while. She remembered that she read online that children were supposed to develop a hobby or interest by 4. It concerned her even more when Jihyo told Mina that everybody in her class had at least a sense of what they want to do or an interest, except for Chaeyoung. It started worrying Mina quite a bit and she decided to ask Chaeyoung som questions.

"Chaeyoungie, what do you wanna do when you grow up?" Mina asked

"Uhm... I don't know" Chaeyoung thought while playing with her plushies

"Well, what do you like to do?" Mina questioned

"Uhm.... I like to.... uhm.... I like to play!" Chaeyoung enthusiastically replied

"oh... ok" Mina said 

The next day, when Mina ran to get Chaeyoung from daycare, Jihyo told Mina Chaeyoung might have found her interest much to Mina's surprise. Moments later Chaeyoung ran out with Nayeon. holding a piece of paper and a huge smile on her face. Mina and Chaeyoung bid goodbye to the daycare teachers and went home. That night they decided to eat out at a restaurant. While waiting for their food, Chaeyoung showed Mina what was on the piece of paper.

"Mommy, we dwew today in school and look what I dwew" Chaeyoung held up the piece of paper, showing a drawing of the park at night. Granted, it was a pretty sloppy drawing as expected from a 4 year old, but it was clear what Chaeyoung was drawing and that was good enough for Mina

"That's great Chaengie! Where'd you get that idea to draw this?" Mina asked with a gummy smile

"My biwfday when we went to the pawk" Chaeyoung said, surprising Mina that Chaeyoung remembered

"This is a really good drawing Chaengie" Mina said, petting her ward on her head

"Tank you Mommy, I weally love dwawing" Chaeyoung said, smiling so wide that her eyes were closed
