That’s right, there was something about this December that wasn’t right. It’s colder, much colder than their previous Decembers. The wind was unfriendly, the sky was cloudy for days that she’s slowly losing focus. She might have been praised at work, excellent performance, well acted scenes, natural expression, and stuff. But she didn’t feel right nevertheless. There was something about this month that made her feel rather cold.

Jung Eunji was walking faster, rather rushing. After calling her director, telling him how apologetic she was for skipping the meeting for her drama’s press conference, she grabbed the only black jacket that’s hanging on her door. Her hold was stopped as her tears falling again, suddenly hating the color.
Black was always her favorite, but not today, not in this weather, not when it’s grieving.

Walking inside a room full of white flowers, she could feel her hands trembling. People came and left with their head down, facing the floor with tears hard to be held. The air was suffocating by seconds she stood frozen at the entrance, not moving an inch. She’s searching and it’s not hard to find him. Dressed in black suit and covered in black jacket just like almost every man in the room, he stood tall with faint gaze next to his brothers. His face was red from crying for how long only god knew, men by men bowed to him and his brothers back and forth, his expression was empty, maybe he didn’t even recognize every man who comforted him. He nodded and bowed back, smiling thinly when they nodded back. He might be there but she knew he’s not fully there.
She could feel her tears welling up as a trembled hand grasped her arm. She moved her head to the side, Jung Haena nodded lightly to her, as if telling her that it’s okay to continue walking, that it’s okay to be here and see him.
