For the umpteenth times she couldn’t stifle her big yawn. Eyes lingered onto the wall clock, questioning its minute hand which seemed didn’t move at all. She lifted her phone onto the eye level, wishing her digital clock giving a different report.

She leaned her head onto the couch, feeling extremely sleepy. She really needed to close her eyes but his word kept ringing inside her brain, as if it knew she was about to close her eyes. And her lips couldn’t help but curled thinly after, feeling odd.

“Is missing you this hard?” she muttered, trying to wake up.

She then woke up, walking to the fridge, looking for water. Maybe it could help. Leaning her back on dinner table, she finished her banana milk quite fast. Her smile lingered as she looked at its box, a memory told how he disliked the most flavor she liked. She lifted that box one more time, wishing there was some left inside, and threw it into the bin after.

Her hand reached the fridge again, sleepily opening it, Eunji then put down her legs, sitting on the cold floor while watching her opened wide fridge. A sigh followed.

“Oppa, I’m sleepy …,” she muttered lowly, without much energy.

Hand then took one of transparent boxes which was filled by sliced apples. Two small slices were now chewed lazily inside . But it didn’t take long until she felt bored and sleepier. She walked back to the couch after putting back her snack inside the fridge.

And just when she lay on the couch she heard electronic beep from her apartment door. He’s coming! Instead of waking up, she closed her eyes, lips shove its smile, and she managed to control her breathe into one soft and steady rhythm. Finally she could hear his voice, that sound-like-grumpy-ahjussi voice. Her smile grew longer as she shook her head, and even without opening her eyes she knew he was grinning over his loss. Oh, how she wanted to chuckle just now.

A sigh was heard inviting her right eye to give a peak. He wasn’t grinning though, he was pouting, so cute, so adorable that she couldn’t help but giggling lightly. His eyes shot a sulking glare and she had to declare her apology. She opened both her eyes, smiled widely and captured his jaw to reach his lips. A peck was what she did next, along with her lovely eye-smile. Oh right, she wasn’t sleepy at all now, it had vanished long ago. And blame to her naughty prank, Sunggyu couldn’t help but reciprocated the kiss after. Deep, and long.

“Welcome home!” she said with the messy breath before hopping down from him. He grinned slyly having welcomed in such way.

“I miss you,” she continued with a hug, unintentionally being too cute to be handled.

And an expected wide grin formed on his lips, decorating his face with an obvious blush. But then he didn’t want to just lose like that.
