A month later, Nicole and I had gotten increasingly friendly around each other. We held hands, we cuddled, I always put an arm around her when we walked somewhere.

"Baekhyunnie~" she whined one day. I giggled and sat on the couch with her, lacing her fingers in with mine. She laid her head on my shoulder.

"Yeah?" I responded as I smiled at the action. How could I have forgotten just how perfect she was?

Nicole smiled and buried her face deep into my shoulder, mumbling something I couldn't quite understand. "Huh?"

She removed her face from my sleeve and giggled. Our eyes met, and in that moment, I couldn't believe I had left her. "Where have you been all my life?" Nicole asked, aloud this time.

"Where have you been all mine?" I returned with a giggle. I knew I shouldn't have kept giggling because I looked stupid and it was so cheesy to giggle at everything we said to each other, but it was impossible not to.

"We were distracted, Baek. Chanyeol and Jessica were our distractions from something we missed," Nicole said softly.

"Do you remember the first time I saw you? You were on the couch in shorts and a bra?" I asked. Nicole groaned while I laughed at the memory.

"Why would I want to think of that? That was so embarrassing!" she stated, covering her face with her hands. I giggled
