Sehun was actually quite surprised when Luhan pulled him up onto the rooftop.

He was more or less use to coming up here by himself. It was rare that Baekhyun came up with him what with the weather being colder than previous times. It was a susprise when Luhan just randomly decided to drag him up onto the roof without giving him a reason why. 

"Uh... why did you drag me up here?" he finally asked when Luhan let go of his arm 
"Well you weren't really enjoying yourself at the party and I know you like to come up here to relax so I thought... yeah" Luhan replied with a shrug of his shoulders as Sehun walked over to his usual spot and sat down, smiling as a gentle breeze made its way across his face. 

"Why are you stood there like that? Come up here" he said and pointed to a spot next to him but Luhan shook his head 
"I'm alright here" he replied and sat in the middle making Sehun frown 
"You're not going to fall off the roof or anything like that. Come sit up here" he said and patted the spot next to him but Luhan remained where he was shaking his head. 

"Alright, what's going on here? Why don't you want to sit here?" Sehun asked and Luhan blushed a little 
"Because I'm afraid of heights" he replied 
"Really?" and Luhan nodded his head whilst Sehun smirked. 

"Wow, the captain of the football team afraid of heights" he said happily making Luhan shoot his head up 
"Shut up! Everyone has their own fear!" he exclaimed 
"Which people learn to fight as they get older" Sehun said before lying across. 

"To make you feel better I'll even spread my legs out to create a barrier so you don't fall" he added and grinned whilst Luhan slowly shuffled his way over to Sehun and hit him on the arm. Looking out, Luhan's eyes widened in fear as he began to secretly chant to himself to not look down. Sehun tried to keep it in for as a long as possible but in the end he just laughed at him. 

"You're not going to die or anything" he said before looking out at the scene in front of him. For the short amount of time that he knew him, Luhan was surprised by how calm and peaceful Sehun looked at that moment. Whenever he usually saw him he had the straightest face possible and never really showed any emotions unless he was around Baekhyun. Tonight Sehun had smiled more and even laughed. He was showing people he didn't have the emotional range of a tea spoon! 

"You know Han as much as I hate to admit it, you're slowly growing on me" Sehun said 
"... I don't know whether I should take that as a compliment or feel insulted" Luhan replied 
"Compliment trust me seeing as I hated you earlier on in the year" as Luhan fell silent and dropped his gaze to the floor. 

"I didn't think they would pull you into counselling sessions. I was just worried for you" he muttered 
"I guess I was acting strange in the months leading up to that night" Sehun said making Luhan frown 
"What do mean?" he asked and Sehun was about to explain to him what he mean but he quickly closed his mouth and shook his head 
"It doesn't matter" he replied and the two fell silent again as the wind picked up, making Luhan shiver.

"Cold?" Sehun asked and Luhan nodded 
"Just a bit" he replied 
" it up! It's just a bit of wind" Sehun said and laughed when he saw Luhan's expression. 

"Wow and here's thinking you'd be a good friend and offer me your cape" Luhan said 
"If you're going to be friends with me, you need to understand that I'm not the over friendly type. Ask Baekhyun" Sehun replied 
"Gee, thanks" Luhan muttered and the two of them laughed before Sehun got up and indicated for Luhan to do so as well. 

"Before you freeze to death" he added and helped Luhan up before they made their way inside.

It was later on that night that Luhan finally realised something. He had probably known it since the night the two of them first spoke to each other... even if it did backfire on him later on in the year. He didn't really see why he was accepting it now when he knew all along. What was this he had finally realise? 

He may like a certain someone called Oh Sehun... 

I wasn't sure if I was going to get this finished by today. But I did and I was able to update on Sehun's birthday!!
