Author’s POV:

After all that have pass in the last weeks, Krystal and Amber seem okay now, but still was a lingering feeling that slowly whisper “Any time, any moment…this is going to fade away”. Amber was really busy finishing her last assignments, projects and packing her things. She was impatient and nervous. Even Krystal start helping her because Amber was so stress that she even forget to eat or sleep sometimes.

They were at Amber’s room packing some personal stuff, when:

“You think I should bring these?” Amber ask while holding a pair of old snickers

“No…they look like they will torn in any moment babe, don’t you already pack like 10 pairs of snickers and shoes?” Krystal ask with a smirk

“I thought I was the crazy fan of shoes” Krystal stuck her tongue out

“You are, you still have more than 30 pairs of shoes” Amber got closer and kiss Krystal lips

“What about your pillow? Are you taking in it?” Krystal ask while grabbing it

“Don’t know, I think mom bought me a new one, you shouldn’t be hugging that, is all dirty with my sweat and saliva” Amber made a ew face towards Krystal

“I don’t care, if you’re not taking in it I will, I want to hug something that smell of you, and for your information I already smell your sweat and taste your saliva dummy” Krystal laugh at Amber’s surprise face

“Oh really, then you don’t mind that I clean the sweat of my forehead on your hair Soojung?” Amber start to tickle Krystal on the bed

“Hahahah stop it…hahahah I will scream Josephine” Krystal was trying to escape

“Hahaha, come here, you’re mine” Amber push all her weight on Krystal making impossible for the young girl to escape

“Fine…I don’t care as long you’re mine too” Krystal peck Amber

They both smile at each other, they start to make out, the things start to get a little hot when Amber heard a sound, she got frozen when she realize she haven’t close her door, when she turn around she found herself been pull apart from Krystal by two pair of arms.

“Hey…Where are you taking my baby koala?” Krystal yell mad at the two boys

“Ah guys come on, like you two doesn’t get all dovey lovey, get off me please” Amber try to break free but it was useless

“Ahhh, Krystal…I’ll be back…I don’t know when but I will…you can sleep here if you want just call your PARENTS” Amber yell from outside the house

“What was that?” Krystal was looking from the window the “kidnapping scene”

“Hahha, please, forgive them. Their little sister is leaving, they say to me in the morning that they want to bond to Amber before she left. Is just that they don’t know other way than just been weird” Fanny appear behind Krystal

“I never thought I will say this, but your family is totally adorable. I love it, even if they kidnapped their own sister in middle of our make out session” Krystal laugh

“Hey Krys…are you going to endure..This? The distance?” Fanny got serious

“Honestly, I don’t know, but I will try my best. It’s not like every day you meet an Amber Liu you know?” Krystal smile at Fanny

“Well, you can make something for her before she leaves” Fanny got up and start to walk towards the hall

“I’m already thinking in something. For now I will end the packing and then I will call my parents to say to them I will stay here. I will call Sully too, she must be mad because I didn’t went to the picnic” Krystal state while grabbing Amber’s pictures frame

“You need to learn how to be with other people, is normal that you sometimes likes other people, just don’t do anything stupid. I will go downstairs, Tae tae will come to see a movie, when you finish why don’t you come to see with us…No make out in front of you, I promise” Fanny put her hand on her chest

“Okay, I will just finish these, otherwise your sister will get crazy” Krystal smile again and continue packing some stuff.

Amber’s POV:

“Seriously?” I yell when they cover my eyes

“Shhh” Hae hissed

“Ok guys, I know you’re there, I can hear you both and I can smell you guys…why would you kidnap me?” I ask mad

“We want to spend some bonding time before you left” Jong sound sad

“And you couldn’t ask me?” I ask in disbelief

“We thought you will decline, that you will prefer been with Krys” Hae speak with guilty

“Guys if you will ask me I will come, but now you just piss me off because I was kissing Krystal” I blush after I said that

“Oh…sorry about that…just wait a little more please” Jong pat my head

Seriously…they’re the only ones that could think on kidnap their own sister like a good idea for bonding

“We’re here” Hae said singing

They help me get out the car, and then they took the blindfold off me. My jaw just drop till the floor when I notice where we were. I turn to see them and they were smiling like kids

“You’re guys are nuts, seriously” I mumble with a smile

“What is better than paintguns wars? We’re a team Baby Dino” Jong hug me tightly

“Hey” Henry and Key were there too

“Ok, I love you guys, but really? I was MAKING OUTand you kidnap me to bring me here to fight against Key and Henry?” I turn to see them

“No…we kidnap you to fight against Henry, Key, Minho and uncle Hyun. After these will go to buy whatever you want, all of us want to buy you something special so you don’t forget us and then we will go for food, will eat dinner at the beach and then we’ll play some soccer on the sand” Hae explain to me with a straight face

I look at him, then at Jong, I turn and look at Henry and Key. I just sigh and then I start laughing.

“Why are you laughing?” Henry ask me

“Because you could just ask me, I will never say no to any of you guys. Now, let’s play kids, because I want to play soccer on the beach like when we were kids…but wait they’re four against us 3?” I ask

“Nop, uncle Hyun, Minho and Dad are inside. Come on Baby Dino, let’s kick some asses” Hae and Jong push me excitedly

I’m going to miss these to airheads dinosaurs when I’m in New York

After the paintguns fight we went to the market so the guys could buy me something. They just left me waiting at a bench, then they just came with bags. They decide we should eat at the beach then play some soccer and finally they would give me my presents.

“Hahhahahahh” Key was laughing so hard

We were playing soccer when Minho throw the ball too hard and hit Henry on the face, the ball was throw with so much strength it just knock Henry out.

“That was so hilarious” Key was sitting next to me while I was taking care of Henry

“Not funny Key, he is knocked out” I punch his shoulder

“hahahhaha” Key just laugh some more

“Hey baby dino, come here, Henry won’t go anywhere” Hae joke

“hahhahah” Key start laughing again

“Not cool guys, really not cool” I mumble at them

I went towards them and sit next to my dad and Jong, they start passing some things to each other and then they just turn to see me.

“This is something that Dad and me thought you will need and you will remember us” Minho say proudly giving me a box

“New snickers?” I ask excited

Krystal is right

“Not only snickers Amber, this one have this special thing, you can see how fast you are while running. You just need to go to the website then enter the number of your shoes and the satellite will tell you” Uncle Hyun state proudly

“Thank you guys” I smile at them

“OOOOOHHHH open this” Hae push a bag at my face

“Hahaha” I laugh at the t-shirt that say “Say no to extinction” and a picture of three dinosaurs with banners on protest

“Thanks Hae” I kiss his cheek

He just smile and turn away, I could swear I saw her eyes tinkle a little bit like he was going to cry. But I decide not to say anything

“Henry bought you this” Minho said with an apologetic smile

“Whoa” Henry had bought me a new Ipod

“Thanks Henrietta” I yell at the unconscious guy

“This one” Key give me a bag

I open it and found an awesome blue jacket with a grey hoodie

“Thanks Key” I smile at him

“You should wear something with style, you’re going to New York for Pete’s sake” Key pretend to be mad at me

“This one is mine Baby Am” Jong say to me

“A book?” I ask confuse

“Long distance relationships for dummies Baby dino” Hae smile at me

I just chuckle.

“The last one” Dad give me a tiny box

When I open it I found a necklace with a little book of pendent. I open the little book and found pictures of my family, my friends and Krystal.

“Thanks dad” I hug him

“You’re welcome Jo…please, don’t forget the way we raise you” My dad hug me tightly

Krystal’s POV:

I keep putting some stuff on the boxes that Amber will take when I just hear my cell phone rang.

Jiyoung

I sigh, I put my cell phone on the desk and I kept doing the packing job. I work diligently to keep me busy, so I didn’t have time to think about Jiyoung. Because it was true that I like her, I like the way she makes me feel when she makes me laugh and say something cute at me. I like the way she seem so interested on me all the time, but also the truth is that I love Amber, I love her much more that what I could understand.

“I guess I finish…mmm I will check my cell phone” I mumble to myself

7 pm already? Wow, time flies by when you’re packing stuff…wait…20 missed calls from Jiyoung and 32 text messages?

[Hey? Are you giving me the cold shoulder?

What’s wrong? Am I been a burden for you Kry Kry?

Is because your girlfriend that you won’t hang out with me anymore?

KRYS!!!

Hey…please…talk to me

You know what?...i don’t care, you shouldn’t let that your girlfirned direct your life

KRYSTAL?!!]

I frown, this was getting to much, for just “friends”, my theory that she likes me back was true, I bit my lip realizing I’ve been playing with fire lately. But it was the last message what really caught me off guard.

[I’m sorry, I’m not used to this. I’ve never in my life I do this, but is just that…you’re so beautiful and funny and it seem like you like me back, I guess I misunderstood things. Sorry, I really want to be your friend, also tell your girlfriend that I apologize for been at your house the day she went, I guess she didn’t come to your house because of me]

• Can we…can we see each other?
• It’s kind of late Krystal…are you okay?
• No…I’m not…I just…need to hug you
• Something happen?

She was there, outside my house, why she didn’t tell me?

“Krys? Hey, rest a bit and come down to see the movie with us” Taeyeon’s voice ring in my head suddenly

“I…will, I need to finish something’s before, I’ll be downstairs in a minute” I lie with a fake smile

“Okidoki” Taeyeon give me a dorky smile and leave

What else she knew and didn’t tell me? Is she so sure that I won’t last? That I’m not as compromised as her?

“Why she doesn’t trust me?” I mumble feeling tears roll on my face

I walk towards the bed and sit there, I try to think what was going on in my head, everything seem a big blur of what we know, what she knows and what I know. I start feeling insecure again, I start feeling like I wasn’t going to be able to endure this, like I would break any moment, I sit there stuck in my thought when I feel a pair of hands hugging me.

“Hey” A husky and soft voice

“Krys?” I close my eyes when I hear her voice again

“You lie to me” I mumble

Jonghyun’s POV:

We were at the beach, we practically spent the entire day together. I smile at my dad and uncle, they were throwing sand at each other like little kids, while Hae and Minho keep playing soccer. Key and Amber went for a walk while Henry was resting on the sand, Minho throw the ball and hit him on the face a while ago.

“The cold breeze ask me to meet you, at the same place we meet, we were so young…so naïve…I should give up, I should move one, but nothing compares to you” I was singing to no one when a pair of lips peck me.

“Hello there” I mumble with a smile

“Are you okay?” Kibum ask me while sitting next to me

“I am…I’m really going to miss that dinosaur, but she needs to grow up” I said with a sad smile

“Jong…can I ask you something?” Kibum lie on the sand with his eyes close

“Of course you can…shoot me honey” I lie next to him

“Are you happy with me?” Kibum sound so deep

“Of course…why?” I sit immediately looking at him

“If you stop been happy with me, would you tell me?” He ask me again

“Yeah…hey, are you asking me these questions because Amber?” I nudge his arm

“Yeah, I just…start thinking” He mumble back

“I’m happy, you make me happy all the time, so don’t be like that. You want to go inside the sea a bit? Just the feet?” I ask him with a puppy face

“Yeah, come on little dino” He stood up and help me to stand up

We walk on the side of the beach, with the wave of sea soaking or shorts, holding hands. We stop in a place and I grab a little shell, I put it on my short pocket. The sun was setting and I realize it was the first time on a while that I was in peace with myself, with everything. I sigh feeling the time pass, Kibum pull me closer to him and back hug me, I just kiss his hand and we stay there for who know how much time. Just enjoying the silence and the sea noises.

“Thank you Kibum” I smile at him

“For what Jong?” He look at me confuse

“For been with me…I love you” I peck him on the lips

“I love you too Dinosaur face” He tease me

“You’re going to be punished” I mumble

“What are-“ Kibum didn’t finish the sentence

I pull his legs from the ground and I make him grab tight from my neck, I start running with him on my back. He just laugh and keep biting me shoulder

“Hey lovebirds, it’s time to go” Minho yell at us

“You’re jealous” Kibum yell at him

“Yeah right” Minho smile playfully at us

He walk off with Amber, they were talking, Minho had his arm on Amber’s shoulders. It makes me remember when we were kids, Minho just to be shorter; Amber was the one who put her arm on his shoulder.

“Let’s go Jong” Kibum got off my back and grab my hand, we follow the rest.

Amber’s POV:

After a long day with the boys, we return home. The moment I enter the house Fanny push towards the stairs mumbling something about Krystal been the entire day cleaning, finishing packing and just sitting by herself on my room. I run upstairs and to my room. I found her on my bed, with her back to the door.

“Hey” she didn’t reply

“Krys?” I try to call her again

“You lie to me” she mumble to me

“What?” I let go of her

“Why you didn’t tell me that you were outside my house the day you call me?” Krystal was fuming at me

“I was going to tell you but then I saw that girl going inside your house, then you start to stutter and then you sound like you didn’t want to say anything to me…that’s why I didn’t tell you” I reply on a high tone

“You make me feel bad and make me think I was disturbing you, but you knew Jiyoung was there, you could have tell me I would tell her to go and go with you” Krystal start to raise her voice too

“ARE YOU SERIOUSLY BRINGING THE TOPIC OF LYING KRYSTAL? BECAUSE YOU LIE TO ME ON THE CAFÉ, YOU READ THE GOD DAMN LETTER THAT I TELL YOU TO READ ONLY WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE YOU DIDN’T WANT TO BE WITH ME ANYMORE…WHAT THE HELL IT MEANS?” I yell at her feeling completely enraged now

“It means that I thought for a moment that I was better without you” Krystal mumble

“Exactly…you doubt about our relationship even before I left” My tone was lower

“You did the same, don’t act like you didn’t, that’s why you wrote…THAT STUPID LETTER…AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION, I READ IT BECAUSE YOU START ACTING COLD AND WEIRD TOWARDS ME, GETTING JEALOUS OUT OF NOWHERE…I FEEL LIKE YOU DIDN’T LOVE ME ANYMORE” Krystal yell at me while punching me on the stomach with all her strength

I fell to the floor grabbing my stomach, I was so mad, but not with her. I was mad at me, I start thinking, I start preparing, I have neglected my girlfriend trying to protect me.

“I hate you for making me fall in love with you and then just leave me here lingering on the memories of us” Krystal had already collapse in the floor on her knees in front of me

“I’m sorry” I pull her closer to me, she try to push me but I pull her closer

“I’m a jerk, I know…I didn’t think of you, but what I say on that letter is true, I prefer to die alone that bring you with me to die together…I love so much for just letting you be unhappy” I feel tears rolling down my face

“You’re so stupid…I can only be happy when I’m with you” Krystal mumble at me

“I’m sorry Krystal…please…forgive me” I was starting to sob really hard

I hug her so close to me, I knew that deep inside us, we were trying to find something to fight, because we, somehow need to vent the anger that both of us feel with this goodbye. We were trying to take meaning to the goodbye, a goodbye it was so close at us.

“Amber…I want to ask you a favor” Krystal was tugging at my shirt

“Tell me” I reply

Fanny’s POV:

I look at the other persons on the living room; I make a small smile and made my way at my spot at the couch.

“They sound pretty stressed” Daddy said with a concern voice

“I was so scared because the yelling” Hae pout at us

“I know, that get a little too intense” Taeyeon said to

“They will survive this” My mom reassures us

“They just need to spent time” Jong and Kibum say at the same time

 “Fanny?” My dad call me

“I…just want the best for them” I said truthfully

I just want that all of us are happy
