Author’s POV:

Holidays are over, is time for Krystal to start her new semester at High School as a Junior, she was nervous and happy at the same time, it seem like everything was going to be easier this time, but she couldn’t help feeling like something was missing, and she knew what it was the day she got up.

Krystal was resting on her bed when her cell phone that was under her pillow start to ring.

• Someone seems excited for her first day eh?
• Amber?
• Hi baby, are you still sleeping Krys? It’s like 7 am already, you should get ready for school

What? I forgot that today was my first day as a junior, god…I’m late.

• Are you there?
• Yes, thanks for waking me up baby
• Your welcome, I can afford you got too early or too late, you may found a pretty and amazing girl on the hallway that is willing to help you out with something.
• Don’t worry about that, it won’t happen. Now, how are you?
• I’m fine, I miss you a lot.
• I miss you too baby, the summer vacations didn’t seem vacations without you
• I know, but I need to know how to move in the city, I need to do some courses and I need to do the extra courses for the scholarship it was insane
• I know, baby I got to go, I need to get ready for school, I love you a lot baby koala, don’t flirt with another girls, don’t forget to call me later and I love you.
• Fine, the same to you…and I love you more and more and more and more and more…
• Amber…
• To the infinity…I win, bye]

She hung up on me so that she could win the game, she will get punished later for that

Krystal got up and start to get ready for school, she was kind of tired.

After get ready she made her way towards the school, in the way she found Sully, they walk together towards school. They weren’t so bright because both of them miss Amber.

“Do you think she is happy?” Sully ask Krystal suddenly while entering the classroom

“What do you mean?” Krystal turns to see Sully with wide eyes

“Well she is by herself, in a new place that she barely knows and the pressure to be a top student for the scholarship” Sully sit on a vacant place

“You’re making me feel more depressed Sull” Krystal lowers her head trying to hold the tears

“I’m sorry, I didn’t meant to I just wonder” Sully rub Krystal’s back softly

Sully try to set a better mood by changing the subject, they talk about the new semester as juniors until the teacher came.

“Hello kids, welcome to another semester, I hope you guys do your best this year and I’ll be your math teacher…” Krystal sighs closing herself to the next words of her teacher.

Only one thing on her mind:

Amber’s POV:

I got in the big classroom, I try to sit in front like I always do, in High School Key and I were the “nerds of the first row”. I put my backpack on the floor and notice a black boot in front of me I look up and found a boy with tattoos and piercings on his ears. He seems quite the bad boy if you ask me but his eyes told me he was a good human being.

“Hey” He looks at me with a serious face

“Hey” I reply while looking at him

“Is this the class of music appreciation?” He seems lost

“Yes, it is, you’re attending to the class?” I ask simply

“Yeah, I kind of lost it my way here. Can I sit next to you?” His face was emotionless but his eyes tingle with anxiety, maybe he was kind of shy

“Of course dude, I’m Amber Liu by the way” I put my hand up to shake his

He shake my hand and smile at me, he seems relief that I didn’t feel scared of him.

“Simon Park, I’m from Washington, you?” He sits next to me and lean towards me with a peaceful face

“I’m a Cali girl” I reply with a wide smile

“Cool” He smile at me

The teacher came in and the whole classroom stood silence, he walk towards the front smiling, he stood up and claps his hands.

“I’m Mr. Levine, this is the class of music appreciation, in the semester will learn the appreciation of music in all the genres and we will learn the basics of the story of music, so I’ll will make some assignments sometimes so pair up kids and let the fun start” He seems nice and weird at the same time

After a long and pretty cool first class, Simon and I went to the next class, a fill up class as T.O.P told me when I show him my schedule.

“I don’t understand why we need to take Sciences of communication if we want music and composition” Simon frown at the classroom whit all the other students.

“Don’t know either, but hey let’s do our best…shall we?” I smile at him

“You’re really optimistic Amber, I kind of like that” He enter the classroom smiling next to me

After my other 2 classes of the day I went towards the apartment, I found Suzy and Bom practicing something in the living room. I grab a glass of water and sit in front of the TV. I turn it on and try to watch something.

“How was your first day?” Bom ask me

“It was pretty cool, I make a new friend, his name is Simon Park, a really nice and shy kid” I reply to her while checking my cell phone

“I met someone name Jay Park at my classes too…they’re could be related” Suzy sit next to me on the couch

“I don’t know, Simon is tall and has a lot of tattoos” I look at her

“Jay had tattoos too” Suzy reply while smiling

“They could be friends, cousins, brothers…a couple” Bom smirk at us

“Ok…talking about couples, I will call Krys” I start calling her

• Hi, how was your first day?

• Hahahaha okay, I made a new friend baby
• Really? I’m glad you have a friend in the first day, Sully was kind of worried for you this morning
• Oh, it’s okay, what about you?

• Jiyoung was waiting for me outside the school, she brought me flowers…I told her I couldn’t accept them, she kind of flipped but Sully and Luna were there with me

• Yes, they’re pretty good, but…I still have some troubles with Math…
• Hahaha, very well then I’ll try to set an appointment for tutoring my princess

“Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha…baby Koala?” Suzy and Bom start to laugh at me

• Bom and Suzy, they heard you call me baby koala
• I’m sorry baby I thought you were alone

“Is not funny when she doesn’t get mad” Bom scoffed at Suzy

“I know” Suzy reply solemnly

I glare at them, I was going to answer Krystal when a knock on the door cut me off, Suzy and Bom walk to the door and open it, I smile when I saw T.O.P holding bags of food for us, he smile at me and pat my head.

• I want to kiss you too and hug you and cuddle with you and smell your hair and…

“Ugh you’re killing me Amber” Suzy pretend to puke in front of me

• Hahahha, I think your roommate is getting tired of our cheesiness, I need to go. I’ll go with my grandmother today baby
• Okay, I love you so much Krystal and say Hi to your family for me and please don’t push or bite your sister. Also, tell Sully I’ll call her too, love you, have fun

She just hang up on me, like I hang up on her in the morning, I guess I deserved that.

“Come on sweet talker you need to eat something” Suzy smile at me

I got up and went towards the table with her. Bom and T.O.P were already sit on it and were putting some food on their plates.

“How was your day?” T.O.P ask me

He kind of remind me my dad…getting aside the fact of the blue hair and thick glasses of course

“Pretty well, I made a new friend, his name is Simon, he’s pretty cool but many people is scared of him” I said while munching some bites of sushi

“Why? Is because of the tattoos?” Suzy ask me

“I think so, also he had this face of bad boy when he enter the classroom, but he is pretty shy and nice” I said drinking some water

“And how is Krystal?” T.O.P ask me again

“She’s fine, she’s sad because we can’t see each other but she promise me she will be a strong girl” I smile remembering her sweet face while she was there sitting in front of me the last day on the beach house, she look so cute.

I guess I was smiling like a dork because I feel someone poking my cheek, when I turn I notice Suzy smirking at me.

“Did you just remember a dirty thing?” Suzy ask me with wide eyes

“N-no, what are you talking about?” I ask nervous

“You smile like a creep” Bom reply at me while munching a stick of bread

“Well my girlfriend is a really hot woman, she is beautiful and lovely that’s way that girl fall for her but she won’t take it from me ” I reply with a serious tone

 “Okay that was kind of scary” Bom look at me

“I just want to know the real intentions of this girl with Krystal, she went to yell at her, if my cousin and friend weren’t there maybe she will try to hurt Krys” I explain serious

“Ok, but you’re not planning to make her disappear don’t you?” Suzy look at me weird

“What? No, I want to know what is this girl thinking if she is dangerous then I’ll go and talk to her, I don’t care if I have to miss some classes, no one will hurt my girl” I state while biting a piece of bread

“You really love her don’t you?” Suzy ask me with a sad smile

I just nod at her and continue eating, it wasn’t shocking to see Suzy like that, I already knew the way she felt about me, but seen her like this makes me feel guilty.

“I wish I could find someone like you” Suzy smile at her food

I pat her head softly and make her lean on my body. I pat her back and then her arm. I turn to see her and kiss her head.

“I can’t love you the way you want, but I can love you like a sister and a friend. Be optimistic Suzy, you’ll find the right person in the right moment” I smile at her with my most sincere eyes

“You’re indeed a sweet talker” Bom say to me

“Thanks Amber” Suzy kiss me cheek and we resume eating.

Suzy’s POV:

I open my eyes feeling a little bit tired, I turn to see my watch and it was 5 am. I groan in tiredness but I still got up, if I fall asleep I wouldn’t be able to get up in time, I went towards the small living room and turn the TV on.

“What the hell they mean with DNA results been hacked? I need to stop watching CSI for real” I said while changing the channel

“What are you doing?” Amber was on the door frame of her bedroom looking strangely at me

“I wake up really early and if I fall asleep again I won’t wake up in time…did I wake you up?” I get the volume down

“No…I get up because my cousin calls me and then I heard you mumble: He is the killer for Pete’s sake” Amber mimics my voice awfully

“Stay with music field my friend, you at mimic voices” I stick my tongue out

“Move” She push me to the other side of the couch

“So…what did you cousin tell you?” I ask while changing the channels

“We made a promise, both of us will try to be closer, also, he promise me to take care of Krystal while I’m here…Minho is a great dude” I reply softly

 “You know you sound like a scene of Criminal Minds? At the end, it was the jealous and overprotecting boyfriend that had a mental disorder the one that kill the poor kid” I state with a smile

“You need to stop watching those TV Shows, really” Amber shook her head at me

“Hey, do you have class at 8?” Amber ask me

“Yes, I have…the course of classic dance, why?” I turn to see her

“I don’t have class; can I stick with you for two hours?” She scratches her head while saying this

 “Of course, maybe I could introduce to you my Park boy” I wink at her

“Hahaha, well I’ll bring Simon” She got up and went towards her room

“Suzy…please don’t judge him by the way he looks ok?...He looks pretty scary, but he is such a nice guy” Amber said to me with a hint of nervous

“Okidoki” I smile at her

After showering and get ready, Amber and I was already in school, I told her where I’ll have my class and she told me she will go find the “bad boy with though face and nice heart” per se

“Hey” Jay wave his hand at me

“What up?” I smile at him

“Nothing chillin’ out, hey R u ready for this? I ain’t feel like dancing classic stuff to be honest…I was born to dance freestyle for real” Jay pout at me

“You need to learn all the types of dancing pouting dude, come one show a little bit of excitement muscle man” I pat his arm softly while smiling

“Alright then, let’s do this” He smiles at me and pat my head

We start the class with Mr. Kanemura, he was pretty cool and really relax. After 20 minutes of class he gave us a little break because he had to answer an important call.

“Hey, you seem pretty into it” I heard Amber’s voice.

When I turn my head I found a tall guy with expansions on his ears, tattoos, his hair was between blonde platinum and simple blonde, he was wearing a black tank-top with black pants with black and weary boots. His face didn’t show any emotion, but her eyes were something, deep and full of emotions, I saw his eyes flinch a little when he notice me looking at him.

“He’s Simon, Simon this is Suzy my roommate” Amber introduces us

“Hello” I smile while getting close to him and hugging him

“Ah—H-h-h-i…N-nice t-to me-et y-ou” He seem pretty embarrassed by the hug but he hug me back

“Well so you want to be a musician?” I ask him

“Yeah…Music is my passion” He smile at me

Did he smile at me…he’s such a cute pie

“I’m Jay by the way” Jay waves his hand in front of them

“Oh…hi dude” Amber smile at him

“Hey” Simon turn to see Jay and the smile disappear

“So you don’t know each other?” I ask them

“Nop, why?” Jay ask me confused

“Because his name is Simon Park and yours is Jay Park” Amber explain

“Really…I’ve never see you in my life bro, sorry” Jay seems kind of shy now

“It’s okay, I’m from Washington” Simon reply softly

“Me too…Seattle boy yo” Jay smile proudly

“I’m from Seattle too” Simon seems shock now

“And you two never met?” Amber ask them in shock

“Hey, we didn’t’ knew each other until a few months ago” I rolled my eyes.

“Ok, kids come one let’s continue the class” Mr. Kanemura enter the classroom

“I’ll see you guys later, nice to meet you Simon” I smile at him

“Yeah…bye” Simon said softly

I walk towards my place and continue with the moves, that boy isn’t scary at all, he seems shy to me, and actually he is pretty cute. He reminds of someone I knew in the past. I haven’t been able to recall his name, he was my neighbor grandson, he used to spend summer vacations at her grandma house.

“I…don’t think you want to play with me, I’m kind of bored” He look away

“No one is bored, we’re different that´s what makes us special” I smile at him

“Really?” He ask in shock

“Of course, now come one let’s play” I grab his hand and lead the way

Taeyeon’s POV:

I yawn loudly at the silent space in front of me, I want to close my eyes and sleep but I have to study. I grab the book for fifth time and start to read it again.

“I’m going to sleep” I mumble

I feel like a pressure on my body, I try to move but it was impossible, I start to freak out then I feel a pair of lips on mine. I open my eyes just to find Fanny in front of me with a concern face.

“Baby? Are you okay?” She ask me softly

“What are you doing here?” I ask her whispering

“You don’t need to whisper, is 8 am, I came to tell you that you almost lost your chance at the exam, but Taeckyeon told me that you should know that Mrs. Gehrig move the date of the exam…now what about a reward?” Fanny lean closer to me

I press my lips on her forehead and then lean towards the pillow again, I was so sleepy and now knowing that the exam wasn’t today was such a relief, I reward myself with bed time.

“Are you seriously going to sleep again?” Fanny poke my cheek

“No, we’re going to sleep, come and cuddle with me baby” I kiss her cheek

Fanny cuddle with me and we start to fall asleep, I could hear a whisper from Fanny before totally drift off.

“This is going to be our future”

You’re right Fanny, this will be our future.  I’ll try to make you happy all the days of my life

“I love you Tae” I heard mumble but my eyes were so heavy

“I love you too” I mumble back

I feel a tender kiss on my neck and after that I completely fall asleep with an angel in my arms

Minho’s POV:

I was walking with Sully towards Krystal’s house, apparently this girl cam and make a scene because Krystal doesn’t like her back, I call Amber and talk to her a while I didn’t mention that the girl try to pull Krystal to a car because she will probably try to find her and hurt her. But I say to her that I’ll take care of Krystal, so if I need to wake up earlier that what I’m used to, to walk them to school I’ll do it.

“Hi” Krystal was already outside her house

“Hey, are you okay? You look pale” Sully asks her

“I think it was you and Minho a while ago so I come out but I found this instead” Krystal gives me a note with a flower

“No matter how much you push me I won’t stop” I read out loud

This girl is completely nuts

“Don’t worry Krys, Minho is going to walk with us at school every day, right?” Sully turn to see me with a worry face

“Of course, come on girls, I don’t want you to be late” I smile reassuringly to them

I need to talk with Daesung about his dear friend

After leaving the girls at school I CL and tell her to wait for me at the restaurant café where Daesung’s work.

When I got there I saw CL waiting for me outside, I smile at her and she smile back, she took my hand and we got inside the building.

“Hi, table for two?” A girl ask us

 “Yeah, also can you tell me if Daesung is here? I need to talk to him” I said while following her to our table

“Oh, I’ll tell him to come then” She smile at us and left

I turn to see CL looking at me with a so non happy face, I look at her confuse and she just slap my forehead.

“Auch” I mumble

“Stop been so smiley with her” CL hissed at me

“Baby, I was been nice, don’t get jealous” I smile at her she just smile at rub my red forehead

“Hey” Daesung appear with the menus

“Hi, I need to talk to you man” I look at him

“Uh” He seems confuse

“I’m Minho Choi…Sully’s brother” I said to him

“Oh, right, you’ve changed…you’re taller” He smiles at me

“Yeah, so can we talk?” I push him a bit

“Oh yeah, what’s up’” He sit in front of me

“Can you tell your friend Jiyoung to stop looking for Krystal? My cousin is really jealous you know” I said to him bluntly

“Jiyoung? What are you talking about, Jiyoung won’t do something like that” He seems pretty offended

“Well Sully got scared of her after the little scene she made outside the school” CL add with a glare

“You’re wrong, Jiyoung is not like that, Sully must be confuse” He shook his head while standing up

“Someone else will take your orders” And with that he left us

“Someone is in denying” CL look at me

“Well is his friend, of course he will defend her” I reply

“Baby you’re so dumb, that boy likes the crazy girl, that’s why he’s denying the fact that she wants Krystal” CL explain me

“Oh…” I reply with wide eyes

“Don’t worry, let’s hope nothing bad happen” CL pat my head and we just wait for the waiter or waitress to come
