Author’s POV:

It’s been a month since Amber and Krystal begin been a couple, it was a month with ups and downs, but they managed pretty well. Now it’s time for them to celebrate.

Krystal was thinking what she can do this day for Amber, while she was spacing out from the class. Math wasn’t really important to her either way.

Amber was nervous because of the surprise she managed to do for Krystal, she was scared that the girl didn’t like it all. She was spacing out from her Chinese class.

Miss Victoria notes Amber spacing out, what makes her concerned. The younger girl reminds her a little when she was young and also Amber was always kind with her and her boyfriend, so if she had problems Miss V really want to help her.

Amber’s POV:

“Okay kids, that’s all for this class, Bié wàngle nǐ de bàogào” Miss Victoria yell at the class

I feel someone grabbing my shoulder so I wake up of the trance I was having before. It was Miss V, she look really concerned.

“Amber, are you okay?” She ask me

“Yeah Miss, sorry for spacing out in your class” I apologize

“It’s okay, if you need anything you can tell me okay?” Miss V reply to me

“Well actually I want to know something Miss V” I said to her

She just looks at me and nod. I was nervous but maybe Miss V could help me finding the courage to make the move for me to enter the dance competition and also I want her help with the surprise for Krystal

“Can you help me to find someone who had a dance studio or something like that to practice?” I ask her

“Well actually, my boyfriend has one practice room Amber” Miss V reply to me with a big smile

“Can you ask him how much he wants for me to rent it?” I was now lighter

“Don’t worry, you can use it for free, but may I know why you’re practicing a dance?” Miss V sound really curious about it.

“I want to enter into a dance competition to impress my girlfriend Miss, by the way will you help me with something else Miss?” I was smiling wide

“Anything Amber, you were the one who help me change the tire of my car a week ago and you even help Nicking to surprise me yesterday for my birthday, so what do you need?”

Krystal’s POV:

“So when you had the final answer you’ll realize that the answer it’s really close of the first total that we have so…” The teacher was talking really slowly.

RRIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNGGGGG

“Well, the next class will have a quick quiz kids, please study hard” The Teacher yell at the students.

I’m dying here; I don’t like math and this teacher, Mr. Lee talks so slowly that makes feel even more bored, also today I woke up late so I didn’t have the chance to see Amber this morning and it’s our first month together so I feel like crap.

“Hey, don’t be sad Krystal; you’ll see Amber in a few minutes” Sully try to cheer me up

“I still don’t know what to do for Amber today Sull” I said while getting up of my chair.

“Well, you told me that she sing a song for you when you were at the roof of Yuri’s café. So why don’t you sing her a song now?” Sully was trying to connect the dots

“That sound reasonable, can you explain again why don’t you call Yuri cousin?” I was barely annoyed at the moment for the math class

“Well you’ll see my mom is Amber’s mom young sister while Yuri’s mom is Amber’s dad older sister. We’re not really connected that’s why also I don’t know Yuri really well, Minho hates her and she hates Minho so when we were younger he didn’t let me play with her. But she’s pretty cool, she have a motorcycle you know?” Sully was walking kind of slow to the cafeteria

“Wait, why Minho hates Yuri? What’s wrong with your brother Sully?” I was now annoyed by the thought of Minho

Sully just chuckle while she was walking even slower now to the cafeteria, I feel tired, and like a really bad girlfriend because I didn’t have anything for my baby today, and Sully walking really slow didn’t help at all.

“She hates her because when he was 9 he likes her but she turns him down so Minho says that she is a cruel person. But I know Yuri turn him down because Minho sometimes was bad with Amber, and also she actually considered us her cousins so, that’s why” Sully voice was getting weird know.

“Are you okay?” I said to her

“Well to be honest, no. I hate my own brother” Sully voice was really cracking up

“He can be mean Sully, but and the end of the day he is your brother you don’t need to hate him because what he thinks about Amber, just love him and try to understand that he had this really stubborn thoughts that’s all” I try to cheer her up

“No, I hate him because this morning he tell my dad that Amber like girls so my dad forbid me to hang around with her” Sully was crying now

I clench my fist but I lose the strength soon. I hug Sully, I know Sully love Amber like the old sister she never had so this will be really hurtful for her. But then it hits me.

Amber is going to be really depressed with the news.

I heard some footsteps I look and saw Miss Victoria walking towards me and Sully, she look kind of surprise to hear Sully crying.

“Family problems” I mumble to her

“Miss Choi please come with me, I will buy you a chocolate at the cafeteria ok?” Miss Victoria was been nice

“I want to go home Miss” Sully reply

“Well let’s talk then with your parents okay? Miss Jung can you please go to my classroom and bring me my bag?” Miss Victoria didn’t stop smiling

“Oh yes Miss” I left Sully there with Miss Victoria

I start walking to the classroom, but I stop when I heard like music. I keep walking I open the door of Miss Victoria classroom and I found Amber with a guitar singing.

Amber was sitting in the floor next to the window, she have a purple bag in front of her. She was smiling to me. She points me with her eyes to sit in front of her.

I sit down and saw the bag closely, it looks like a present. I look at Amber who was smiling so sweetly while singing the song.

I open the bag and found a jacket with stripes, black and white stripes. I look at her with a big smile.

Amber broke the kiss and continues singing, she had teary eyes too, but I know we were crying different tears.

Amber finish singing, she look at me and smile. How could I say to her what Sully told me?

“Stop crying please” She mumbles to me

“Baby, I’m crying because of my fault something really bad happen” I reply to her

“What? Are you okay?” She sounds so concerned.

“Your uncle told Sully she’s not going to be able to hang around with you anymore, because Minho told him about us” My voice was cracking down.

I lay my head down, I ruin her life, Amber loves Sully just like Sully love her, and because of me I ruin that. I feel Amber lifting my face slowly; I close my eyes I didn’t dare to watch the girl in front of me.

“Krystal open your eyes” She sound so serious

I open my eyes and saw her smiling to me; she had these pair of roses in her hand.

“I’m not going to feel bad because Minho and Uncle Hyun thinks that what we have is wrong. Sully and I will found a way to hang out. Don’t say it’s your fault because the only thing you’re guilty is for making me happy”

I hug Amber really tight, I was afraid that if I let her go just a bit someone will come and take her away from me. She kiss my hair and chuckle a little, she doesn’t look really sad.

“You know what is funny?” She ask me

“What?” I reply to her while still hugging her

“Yesterday my aunt and uncle were to the house and ask my mom when my dad will return, Tiffany was there too. My uncle ask her if she was a lesbian, because you know Fanny don’t have a boyfriend yet, Fanny answer him Yes I am, I am a big one uncle” Amber was laughing now

“You’re such a dork” I said to her.

“But I am your dork” she answer me.

“So Miss Victoria, help you?” I ask her a little dry

“Yes, please don’t get jealous princess she had a boyfriend, he’s really nice you know? And she help me because she said I remind her when she was young” Amber explain to me.

“Happy First Month Baby” I said to Amber.

“Happy First Month Too Baby” Amber said to me.

I kiss her and I feel like everything will be fine even if I know that probably thing would get even worse before everything could be really okay.
