I couldn’t help but feel sad because Sooyeon rejected me, but I was really happy that she didn’t freak out on me and all that. I’m not the type of guy to hang on to a girl when she is already in love with another guy, but Sooyeon-ah is different. There’s something very different about her. She doesn’t keep things to herself, she’s a very open person and doesn’t care what people say about her. I like her. That’s simple enough to say.

I’m really jealous of the guy she’s in love with, but I’m not greedy or pushy to make her like me. I’m happy and thankful that she said yes to our friend date but I’m afraid that I’ll fall for her even more.

[Jinyoung’s POV]

I was just in my guest bedroom, lying down thinking about the conversation between Yoseob hyung and Sooyeon-ah. ‘My girlfriend is going on a date with someone else…’ I thought. I got so frustrated that I kept punching my pillow.

All of a sudden, I heard a knock at my door.

“Oppa?” I heard Sooyeon’s voice behind the door. I ignored her, and knowing her I knew she was going to come in. I heard the door open, so I pretended to sleep.

“Oh, he’s asleep.” I heard her say. I felt her hand drift across my forehead to move my bangs away from my face. “I don’t know how I could be so lucky to have a boyfriend like you.” She said that made my heart melt, I felt her lips on my forehead, then my right cheek since I was lying down on my left side. Then she pecked my lips. I felt so happy because it seemed that she’s not cheating on me. I then felt the bed get lighter.

“Sooyeon-ah!” I yelled.
“OMO! Oppa, you’re awake?!” She said still standing at the door.
“I…need to tell you something.” I told her, as I she came closer.
“Sure, what is it?” she looked at me worried.
