"Why are you here!?"

"Because I can!"

Baekhyun stared at you in anger, his eyes burning into yours. You glared back at him, pulling your sleeves up as you tried to look angry. You were wearing another one of Baekhyun's sweaters and his pajamas. You decided to wait for him when you realized he wasn't home. After hours of watching TV, you decided to spend the night.

"Go home."

"I needed to talk to you."  You whispered. "Kris asked me to."

"Kris doesn't know what he's talking about." Baekhyun snapped. "I don't want you here."

"Are you mad? About what happened."

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Why?" You felt your eyes b. "Why are you acting like this?"

"Why am I acting like this?" Baekhyun hissed. "I thought you would know."

"I'm sorry I ran away! I was surprised, that's all!"

"I don't care what you have to say! I want you to leave!"

Baekhyun stood up and grabbed your shoes, tossing them out the door. He walked to the bathroom and shut the door, pacing back and forth as he heard you begin to cry. He grabbed the handle before pulling back, pain in his eyes as he heard the front door shut. Baekhyun stepped and stared at your figure, your eyes going red.

"I just want to talk." You begged. "Please."

"I want you to go. Just go. Please."

"Just answer me this question."

"Will you leave?" Baekhyun asked. "Will you go away if I answer?"

"It depends on the answer." You forced a smile. "It depends on your answer."

Baekhyun sat in front of you, his eyes tracing your bed hair and your red eyes. He couldn't help but smile at your outfit, the way it was too big for your small frame.

"Fine."

"Fine."

"Why didn't you walk away?"

"What do you mean?"

You shook your head slightly. "When you heard I was engaged?"

Baekhyun looked away. "I don't know."

"Why not?"

"I don't know."

"Do you want me to stay?"

Baekhyun glanced at you, his eyes on yours. "No."

"Do you like me?"

"No."

"Are you lying to me?"

"No."

You looked down at your hands and stared at the tears that began to fall. "Want me to leave?"

"Yes."

You nodded slowly and stood up, heading to the door. You slipped on your shoes and turned to face Baekhyun who was still sitting down. You waited for him to look up at you, hoping he would. But he never did.

"I would have stayed if you said yes." You whispered.

You stepped out and began wiping your tears on Baekhyun's sweater as you ran home. Baekhyun stood up and shut the door, locking it before he laid down on his bed. 

"I would have said yes if you did too." He whispered.

"Elephant Ji?"

"Go away!"

"Ji open the door."

"No!"

"I'm coming in."

Kai silently opened the door and stepped inside, noticing the mess you had made as he walked towards the bed. He slid in besides you and wrapped his arms tightly around your waist, making you face him. Kai leaned in closer and wiped away your tears, chuckling softly.

"Elephant Ji is upset."

"I'm not an elephant!"

"You're right." Kai murmured. "That would be an insult to elephants."

You elbowed Kai and smiled in satisfaction when he cried out. "I hate you."

"I love you too."

"What are you doing here?"

"I heard you weren't feeling well so I decided to come."

"Why?"

"Because I missed you."

"Really?"

Kai nodded his head and began to play with your fingers. "Want to go on a trip?"

"Where?" You asked. "Why?"

"Anywhere you want."

"Anywhere?"

"Yeah, just pick a place and I'll take you there."

"Let's go to the beach."

"Okay." Kai chuckled. "The beach it is."

"She left again."

"What did you say?"

Baekhyun stared at the ceiling, his eyes tracing the water marks that he had always hated. He couldn't help but feel weak, as if his body had given up somehow. He had spent the entire day lying down, ignoring his need for food and water. Baekhyun just wanted to close his eyes and let the world slip by.

"I let her go."

"Why?"

"I don't know Yeol. I just don't know."

"Kris wants to know if you're mad at him." Chanyeol asked. "He seems pretty upset."

"I'm not mad. Tell him that."

Baekhyun closed his eyes and waited for sleep to come. He was still tired but he couldn't fall asleep. His apartment suddenly felt too small for him, like it was suffocating him.

"What are you going to do now?" Chanyeol asked.

"I don't know." Baekhyun chuckled. "I was wondering if you knew."

"Hurry up!"

"I'm coming!" You yelled.

"I'm leaving without you!" Kai yelled back.

"Fine!"

"Fine!"

You grabbed your bag as you headed out the door, a sweater tied around your waist. You reached to grab a hair tie when you noticed a ring shining under the light. Silently, you grabbed it and slipped it on your finger, immediately feeling the weight that hadn't been there before.

You ran downstairs and grabbed Kai's hand, smiling as he brushed back your hair. He looked down at you and chuckled, tilting your left hand so he can see the ring better.

"I was wondering where it went." He smiled.

"I did too."

So I felt like I was neglecting Kai throughout the story and I felt bad. So, I will dedicate a few chapters to him. Why? Because I want to ruin Baekhyun's chances and make you guys suffer in who to choose! I'm evil like that. I don't know when I will update again since I got sick again and my laptop doesn't work.
