You stared at the ceiling, taking several deep breaths. You closed your eyes and waited, the clock slowly ticking as you went through the MRI machine. After several minutes, you got out, falling to the floor as you began to cough violently.

"Ji Hyun!" Someone called out, grabbing you

You looked up to see Kai holding onto you, pulling you up. You leaned onto him as you grabbed your chest, your coughs rocking your whole body. Kai pulled you onto a chair, crouching in front of you.

"Are you okay?" Kai asked, a worried expression on his face

"Water. I need water." You whispered, managing to stop your coughs

Kai ran to grab some water before coming back, sitting besides you as gulped down the water. You leaned your head onto Kai's shoulder and closed your eyes, calming down.

"What happened?" Kai asked, looking down at you

"I got scared." You said, tears slipping through your closed eyes

"Why?" Kai asked, brushing your hair away

You shook your head without answering, too tired to say anything. Kai waited for you to stand up before he followed you out, holding onto your arm. You walked down the long corridor before bumping into someone, bowing in apology.

"I'm sorry." You said, bowing

"No, it's my fault." He said, bowing as well

You bowed again before entering your room, sitting down on your bed. Kai sat down on the chair besides you and closed his eyes, sighing deeply. You quickly changed into your street clothes before tapping Kai on the shoulder.

"Oppa, let's go." You said, sighing

"Are you sure? You can stay longer." Kai said, opening his eyes

"No, I want to go home already." You said, shaking your head

"Song Ji Hyun. You know what your father will say." Kai said, his eyes narrowing

"I don't care. I want to go home." You said, glaring

Kai shrugged as he walked out of the hospital room, pulling you along. You noticed several bodyguards waiting by the door, bowing as you came out. You rolled your eyes as you got onto the elevator, Kai still by your side.

"How's Ahjussi?" You asked, turning to look at Kai

"Same as always. Excited about the marriage." Kai answered, rolling his eyes

"You're not?" You asked, wide eyed

"Of course not! I don't want to marry the girl I grew up with." Kai said, shuddering

"Don't worry! I don't want to spend whatever's left of my life with someone so rude." You snapped, sticking out your tongue

Kai turned to look at you and sneered, sticking out his tongue as well. You smacked him on his head before you ran out of the elevator, giggling softly. You managed to beat Kai to the car before you stopped, holding onto your chest.

"Ji Hyun!" Kai yelled, running towards you

You fell to the floor and coughed again, gasping as you tried to breathe. Kai grabbed you and stared at you as he began to breathe with you, helping you recover.

"You need to stop doing that!" Kai snapped, glaring at you

"Then stop chasing after me!" You snapped back, rolling your eyes

"Are you blaming me right now!?" Kai yelled, his eyes wide

"Who else will I blame!?" You yelled back, glaring

"YAH! GET IN THE CAR!" Someone yelled

You and Kai looked up to see Mr. Kim glaring at both of you, shaking his head. You stood up and bowed, your face red from embarrassment. Kai stood up as well and rolled his eyes as he glared at you.

"What?" You sneered, clenching your fists

"You're dead." Kai whispered, smiling through clenched teeth

"Ji Hyun, how was the test?" Mr. Kim asked, smiling

"Same old same old." You answered, shrugging

"Really? I'm sorry to hear that." Mr. Kim said, frowning

"Father, can I take Ji Hyun home?" Kai asked, smiling

"Why? We have a business meeting this evening." Mr. Kim answered, confused

"I can make it. Who else will take care of Ji Hyun when I'm gone?" Kai asked, winking at you

"Ahjussi, don't let him take me. I'll tell Appa on you." You threatened, smiling

"Ji Hyun, of course. I love you more than my own son. How can I trust him?" Mr. Kim replied, winking at you

You smiled as Kai scoffed in disgust, pretending to gag. You gave Mr. Kim a quick kiss on the cheek before you entered the black car that was yours. Mr. Kim waved goodbye while Kai shook his head, rolling his eyes.

You closed your eyes as the driver took you home, the radio softly playing in the background. After several minutes, you arrived at your home, the long driveway leading to a large and exquisite mansion.

"See you later, Mr. Lee!" You called out, running inside the house

You walked inside the foyer, taking off your shoes as you slid off your small sweater. The maids quickly arrived by your side, holding out a tray with several medicine bottles.

"Agassi, you forgot to take your medicine." They chimed, a worried expression on their faces

"I don't need them." You answered, rolling your eyes

"Agassi." They said, bowing

"I'll take them after I sleep." You answered, pushing past them

You headed up the stairs and into your room, sliding into bed. You closed your eyes as you heard the door close shut, your heart slowing down. You quickly fell asleep, ignoring the knocks on your door.

Suho stared at his clipboard, names slowly being scratched off. He looked towards the panel and noticed a switch that was yellow, a sight that he doesn't see often. He looked down at his sheet, his eyes passing thousands of names before landing on one.

'Song Ji Hyun. Age 20.'

Suho looked down again at the switchboard, tapping the number plate as he made sure it stayed at that color. He looked around again and noticed another one, a deep yellow.

Suho sighed and sat down, knowing what was happening. He looked at his clipboard and circled two names, making sure to keep an eye out on those switches. Suho leaned back into his chair and smiled, chuckling softly as he stared at the massive clock over the panel.

"This is getting interesting." Suho said, looking down at the circled names
