Third Person POV


You and Yoonhee successfully made it out of school. You watched the fire department enter and check if everything is alright. You still couldn't believe the luck you had, how the sprinklers suddenly .

"Minhee! Princess, where are you!" Doojun's voice echoed.

"Maybe she's over there?" Yoseob said.

"Yah! Hyungs wait for me!" Hyunseung said catching his breath.

"Princess!" Junhyung shouted and hugged you tightly. He backed away knowing you were wet. He pushed your hair back and looked into your eyes. "Are you hurt?! What happened?" Each of the members looked more closely at you.

"YONG MINHEE WHY DO YOU HAVE SCRATCHES ALL OVER YOUR BODY?!" Kikwang yelled furiously. You realized that the makeup that Yoonhee and put on you disappeared due to the sprinklers.

"Nothing oppa! I promise! Don't be worried!" You said hastily.

"YONG MINHEE DON'T LIE TO US! WHO DID THIS TO YOU?!" Dongwoon yelled.

The other students stared at you being scolded by your oppas. Not staring at you, but staring at the fact that BEAST was the one yelling at you. They began to gossip and take out their cellphones to take pictures. From the corner of your eye you could see Sunhi glare at you. She turned to see BEAST and smiled evilshly. Yoonhee appeared out of the crowd of kids and rushed towards you.
"Sorry Minhee, I had to find an ice pack and-" She paused as your oppas turned to her. "Oh hey oppas!" She smiled.

You shook your head telling her to get out of there or else you're both in trouble.

"We're going home now." Kikwang interrupted. Yoonhee understood and whispered for you to talk to her later on.

Once you got home, Junhyung and Hyunseung grabbed all the blankets and towels to keep you warm. You headed out to the living room and sat down with your other oppas.

"Gomawo oppa.." You said quietly.

"Princess, why do you always worry us?" Doojun said as he brought you tea.

"But I'm fine oppa. The fire didn't hurt me, see? I don't even know if there was a fire..."

Kikwang shook his head. "Then what's with those scratches?? What happened??" Kikwang's sudden yelling scared you.
You took a deep breath and said, "Nothing happened oppa..I-It was an accident..."

"Accident?? Who did this to you??" Kikwang's voice could probably be heard all throughout Seoul.

"Please tell us...Minhee-ah please?" Yoseob said pouting.

You sighed and told them the story of what happened with you and Yoonhee and Sunhi. You saw your oppas shake their heads in disapporval.

Dongwoon looked up and said, "Why didn't you call us?"

"We could have picked you up after you got hurt and we could've talked to the principal about that Sunhi girl..." Hyunseung added.
"I couldn't leave Yoonhee alone..."

Doojun sighed and pulled you in for a hug. "Please, next time, call us. I don't need another stubborn Yong sibling like Junhyung."
You nodded and hugged him back.

After glaring at Doojun, Junhyung  asked, "You said the sprinklers suddenly when you and Yoonhee were about to face Sunhi...Who pulled the fire alarm?"

"Honestly oppa...I don't know..."

Taemin's POV


I ran out as quickly as I could to the van. Luckily hyungs were sleeping back at the dorm. I felt my jacket, still a little bit wet. But that was the least of my cocerns. I'm more interested what happened back there.

-Flashback-

I remember going to Minhee's school since hyungs told me to catch some attention from her and the press. I walked down the halls, luckily no one was there. But then I saw Minhee on the floor with scratches all over her. And another girl who was next to her, plus three others who were towering over her.

I heard them shouting and I walked behind one of the lockers and listened in. "Just because you're BEAST's so called sister, doesn't mean you can mess with us. I don't even believe that you're related to them. I mean, look at yourself. There's no way." I had this weird urge to punch the shiz out of that girl. What's her problem?? "And why would Taemin of SHINee ever go for a girl like you? What was the press thinking! Saying that you, out of all people, would be dating him. HA!" 

Okay. That girl has some serious issues. I can find so many reasons why I would go for Minhee! She's pretty...pretty hot! Well, okay that was going to far, but she really was something to look at. She had great looks. Gorgeous body, soft hair, she always smelled like strawberries and pineapple for some reason, her smile was TO DIE FOR. Did I mention that I love strawberries and pineapples? Fruit in general. But anyways, she was also smart, and caring, and she did something no girl has done to me.

She made me fall for her.

WAIT. WHAT. DID. I. JUST. SAY.

Taemin, stop it. Just walk away, and do what hyungs told you. Be the good maknae. Just walk away. Let her suffer. Remember what hyungs promised? Once you got home and successfully done the mission, you can have all the bananna milk you want. Take a deep breath.

I walked away but I felt guilty. My stomach felt queesy and I felt a heavy burden come on me. But oh well, it'll pass. 

Soon after the final bell rang, I saw Minhee and her friend at the lockers again. Yoonhee was her friend's name... I asked a couple of students. I paid them to keep their mouths shut too. Yoonhee started putting makeup on Minhee's scratches. Probably to hide it from her oppas. 

I still don't get how someone as angelic as her can be related to such terrible people.

Okay forget I said angelic. Anyways, I watched her from the same spot as before and I saw the that hurt Minhee and Yoonhee coming around the corner so I moved behind another set of lockers so she wouldn't see me. 

She slowly approached them, and began talking again. Gosh, when will this girl ever learn to shut ?? I saw Minhee's face fall into sadness again. God I hated this girl! I can't just let her hurt Minhee again!

I looked over my shoulder and saw a fire alarm switch. I pulled it and watched the water pour down onto the girls. They began to run away from Minhee. Serves them right! 

I saw Minhee and Yoonhee leave the building and I decided to leave as well. 

Then it hit me. "Gahh hyungs are going to kill me for wetting my performance clothes..." I looked towards Minhee and smiled. Though she was dreanched, she still looked pretty darn cute. "They're going to kill me more knowing I did this for her..." 

Soon her oppas arrived and started causing a commotion among the students. I hurried to the SM van and watched the scene get tinier and tinier through the mirror. I couldn't help but think about Minhee...

Stupid girl. What have you done to me.

"Ahjusshi, can you take me to the park near Cube Entertainment dorms?" I hated saying that. Cube Entertainment. That's the place where stupid BEAST formed...

Soon I was at the park and I quickly hid myself. I put on a hat and a scarf and sat on a park bench, watching people walk around the park. This is where I usually go when I'm confused with my feelings or if I'm stressed. I watched a couple around my age walk towards the fountain, throwing a coin in.

"What did you wish for?" The guy said.

"For us to have a long relationship." The girl said looking into his eyes. I couldn't help but smile. And somehow, Minhee popped into my mind. I can imagine us like that one day...

NO. NO. NO. TAEMIN. NO.

...

What's the point? Why should I hide it? Oh right, hyungs might kill me if I admit it.

Oh you have something to admit?

Woah. What was that. Is that my conscience? 

Yup. Now it's time to admit your feelings for her!

What feelings?? I HAVE NO FEELINGS FOR MINHEE.

Sure...

What's that supposed to mean??

Well it's obvious you like her. I mean, you pulled the alarm for a reason Taemin. You felt sparks when you kissed. You imagine yourself with her in a relationship. What other proof do you need???

Listen here conscience, I do NOT. I repeat. NOT. Like that girl! The alarm was...okay except for that. I cared for her back then...But the imagining myself in a relationship!..wait nevermind... But the kiss was absolutely, 100%-

Real. Admit it to yourself Taemin. That kiss was real. You LIKE her. Can you just admit it? 

...Let's say I felt something. Let's say that the kiss really meant something. That I do have feelings for her. What do you have to say to me now? HA! I got you beat conscience. In your face!

If you feel something, you tell her. This isn't fake anymore Taemin. This is real. This is about you and her. If you care about her, then tell her. Go against your hyungs and show her that you care. She's only waiting for you, you stupid maknae.

Somehow while I was talking to my conscience, I felt that it was right. Only, I can't go against hyungs. They're...my hyungs! It isn't right! After what they've been through with BEAST? NO WAY! I need revenge. BEAST took their first loves. 

You will lose your first love if you don't tell her how you feel.

Stupid conscience! I thought you left! You've nagged me enough in one day! You're worst than Key hyung! He's like my mom for God's sake! And are you happy? You're right! Jesus now will you leve me alone!?

Not until you admit it. 

Listen here buddy, I admit it. You are right. You're right about the kiss, about the fire alarm, everything. And truthfully, I am a stupid maknae for not realizing it until now.

I fell in love with my rivals' baby sister.
