"Umma will you tell me a bedtime story?"

Your mom smiled, she seemed to radiate energy when she smiled.

"Of course. Which one do you want to hear?"

"Janghwa Hongryeon Jeon!" You said excitedly.

"Won't a scary story give you nightmares honey?"

"Of course not! It has a happy ending!"

Your mom raised her eyebrows, "The two sisters die though."

"Yes...but they finally rest in peace."

Your mom smiled, you were a unique little girl. She ruffled your hair, "Okay, I'm starting!"

You nodded excitedly.

After you were fast asleep, your mom and dad took a good long look at your face, tears streamed down their faces.

The next morning

You woke up to a silent house.

*Maybe they haven't woken up yet?*

You sneaked into your parents' room.

You noticed that it was empty; the closet door was opened too. You peered inside. "It's empty..."

You walked into the living room; you found your favorite breakfast meal on the table.

You smiled. You noticed the note sitting next to it.

"~~~~ah, we’re sorry."

You peered at the note. *Sorry? What for?*

End of Flashback

You woke up abruptly. Flashes of your parents' faces filled your head.

You turned around to see a pair of eyes staring down at you.

You winced, "That's kinda scary you know?"

L frowned, "Tsk."

Your eyes wandered over to the window, the sky was dark.

"Why are you awake?"

"You kick pretty hard honey."

You smiled, "Oops."

"You didn't go back to sleep?"

"You kept on tossing and turning."

"Me?"

"Yeah... and you kept on mumbling umma, did you have a dream about her?"

You tensed up, "Just...a memory."

He looked at you sympathetically. "Sorry if visiting my parents made you think of yours."

You shook your head. "It wasn't a bad memory...it was kinda nice. I don't think about them a lot these days..." You rested your head on the pillow.

L laid his head down next to you.

"You doing anything today?"

"Do I ever?"

He smirked, "Infinite's coming over to watch a movie."

You nodded. "I like them..."

His eyes lit up with curiosity, "Including me, which member do you like best?"

You thought for a second, "Well you are my husband, so...Sungyeol."

He glared at you, “I can’t believe you didn’t pick me.” He whined.

 You smiled.

"Hey...what about your work?"

"I'll take the day off."

"How come I've never seen you go to work before?"

"I take all the days off." L scoffed.

You rolled your eyes.

*At least he’s back to normal now ^o^*
