“He didn’t listen to me. That’s a dangerous, stupid move. I wish to speak with him immediately.”

“Yes, sir.”

“Find my son as well.”

“Yes, sir.”

“Find out what they are doing.”

“Yes, sir.”

“Bring me that agent.”

“Dead or alive?”

“Alive. He needs to feel the pain he thinks he knows.”

“Yunho-ssi…”

“Why the cold tone? I just want to tell you a couple of things.”

“Then hurry up. You woke me up.”

“My sincere apologies. He wants a meeting with you. You have disappointed him, Yunho-ssi.”

“I don’t give a .”

“Oh, but you do give a about your little boyfriend, don’t you?”

“You can’t do this.”

“I can’t. He can.”

“When is the meeting?”

“In half an hour. Don’t be late or I cannot guarantee anything.”

Jaejoong blinked a couple of times before opening his eyes completely and stretching like a cat. His eyes fell on the empty spot next to him. Where was Yunho? The man sure had a weird habit of disappearing suddenly.

“Yunho-yah?” Jaejoong called out, standing up and throwing some clothes on. “Are you here?” He sighed in relief when he found the slightly younger male sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee. “Yunho?”

“Morning.” The greeting was flat.

“What’s wrong?”

Yunho laughed, a creepy emotionless tone that gave Jae goose bumps. “What’s wrong? SM wants to meet with me.”

“When?”

“An hour ago.”

“Oh,” Jaejoong whispered softly. He knew what this meant. Yunho had ignored his orders because he didn’t want to leave without an explanation. “You could’ve left.”

“What would you have thought? ‘Oh, it’ll be okay, he’ll be back in a few minutes, he’s probably just getting breakfast’? Of course not. You would’ve freaked out and thought that I don’t care about you anymore. I can’t…” Yunho paused for a second to take a sip of coffee. “I can’t hurt you like that.” His voice was hoarse.

“Go to the meeting and come up with some excuse. You can say that you had to escape from Hangeng who decided to betray you.”

“Then SM will track Hangeng down. I don’t want to do this to anyone.”

Jaejoong moved over to Yunho and sat down on his lap. “Listen to me. You’re going to go to SM, tell him you quit and that you have pretty much everyone from his company on your side. Meanwhile I’ll inform Leeteuk and the others so they can help you. We can do this, Yunho.”

Yunho finally managed to crack a smile and gently pressed his lips against the older male’s. Jaejoong hummed approvingly and tasted the coffee on Yunho’s breath as the younger carefully slipped his tongue into Jae’s mouth. “I love you, Kim Jaejoong,” Yunho whispered and his breath ghosted over Jaejoong’s lips. “You have no idea how much I love you.”

“I love you too.” The two of them pulled apart. “Now go and kick that old man’s .”

“It has been a while, my son.” SM smiled as he motioned for Yunho to sit in the chair opposite his own.

“Not long enough,” Yunho huffed and obliged.

“Now, now. I simply want to discuss a few things with you. First of all… you’re late. Why?”

“None of your ing business.”

SM sighed. “I know you very well, Yunho. I know the ways to hurt you. However, I have no intention of doing so. You are too valuable.”

“Look, I’m going to put this as clear as I can: I. Am. Not. A. ing. Toy. You don’t own me, understood?” Yunho snarled. He wished he could just strangle this man.

“I do. But I know how to make you weak and do what I want you to do. All it requires is a bit of threatening using that Kim Jaejoong you love so much and you listen to me like a puppy.”

Yunho shot up. “Yoochun’s left you, Hangeng, Heechul, Krystal, Amber… hell, even your own ing son! Soon this house will be surrounded by agents and police and there is not one ing thing you can do about it.”

“I figured as much,” SM spoke calmly.

“ this!” Yunho turned around and raced out of the room.

SM smirked and pressed a button on his desk. There was a slight crackle as the microphone that connected with the other rooms . “Lock the place down and bring the agent in.”
