I widened my eyes in horror.

"You know each other? That's great! Eunjung, you can sit beside Jiyong. Jiyong please show her around the school." Miss Son exclaimed as she ushered me to my seat.

"Neh!" Jiyong replied as he glanced at me. I shot him my death glare at him, making him flinched.

Damn it! Anyone but him. I sighed inwardly. Of all people I had to sit with, I had to sit with this person? He looked the same as before except he looked more mature with his slightly long straight hair.

"Eunnie?" Jiyong cautiously spoke to me.

I snapped out of my thoughts. "Bwoh?" I harshly answered. He better not talk about the past.

"I know we ended things badly last time. Can we forget about it and start over?"

The nerve! He did not even apologized first for breaking my heart and now he wanted to start over? Even though it happened 3 years ago, I can't quite forgive him. Not yet.

"Eunjung? Please?" he pulled my hand and put on his best puppy face for me.

My heart nearly melted. I resisted the urge to pinched his cheeks. I mustn't waver by his charm/aegyo. I could felt the corners of my my mouth went up slightly. I looked away from him and tried to pay attention to Miss Son.

He continued to shake my arm slightly much to my irritation. I rolled my eyes and face him. "Why should I?"

"Eunjung, I-"

Without warning, the next thing I saw was that a chalk was thrown at Jiyong's forehead.

"Kwon Jiyong! Please pay attention!" Miss Son hollered at him with her hands on her waist.

He flinched as he rubbed his forehead.

Well, I got to thank Miss Son for stopping Jiyong from bothering me.

 I didn't know Miss Son had it in her. She's actually scary when she teaches. Miss Son took one last look at Jiyong before continuing with her lesson.

"Eunjung, I will talk to you later," Jiyong whispered to me before actually paying attention to Miss Son.

I silently groaned as I pretended to listen to Miss Son.
