Kai POV

It was the night of the concert and I was standing backstage with the rest of EXO. I peeked past the curtain slightly and looked at the front row. I smiled at what I saw there. That was where Stephanie and Ava were sitting. I put the curtain back and went to stand in formantion. EXO was about to go on to perform History. Never had I appreciated my position of front and center for this song so much.

I wanted to make sure she saw me.

Ava POV

I was so flipping excited! I was at an SM concert! An SM concert! XD My dream had come true! I’d just seen a performance by Super Junior and I didn’t think that it could get any better. I could die happy now.

“Oh! Ava! Look!” Stephanie leaned over and showed me the performance schedule. I looked at it and my eyes widened. I grabbed it and held it up to my face to get a better look. Stephanie giggled at my expression. Finally I lowered the paper and looked at her blankly. “Are you excited?” She teased me. I just turned back to the stage; staring blankly. This was bad: really bad. EXO was coming on. I can no longer fangirl anonimously. They know me. Kai knows me! He’ll see me! But I have to watch! I can’t leave! Darn these front row seats! No! I take that back! Thank you! Thank you so much!

But still… What do I do about this…?

The lights started to dim and everyone started screaming and cheering, including Stephanie. I was silent; only because I had lost all ability to make sound. It was impossible. The curtains pulled back and there was EXO. I didn’t even have to search to find him: He was front and center. Just as I had memorized… I stared at him, and I could have sworn he was doing the same.

It must be my imagination though…

Surely he’s not looking at me…

Please don’t be looking at me…

The music started and so did their performance. I tried, but I couldn’t take my eyes off of Kai. I was sure that my face was bright red by now, but there was nothing I could do about it. I felt his eyes on me occaisionally and I gulped.

He really needs to stop…

The song was coming to an end and I had somehow managed to not freak out completely.They were all about to turn and walk to the back, and he made eye contact with me. He made eye contact… and he winked. He winked at me. I gasped and my breath all caught up in my throat. I was on the verge of hyperventilation. All of the girls sitting around us screamed; sure that the prized wink of Kai was for them.

But I knew better.

As much as I wanted to deny it,

I knew it was for me.

Why do you do this to me!?!?!

A small Ava and Kai chapter. Pinkfishy pointed out to me that it'd been awhile... Heh. But I have plans for them later. :D

Sorry its so short, but I have a fluffy Nay post for the next chapter!~ XD
