So you are paying attention to me after all, huh? Ms. I don't give a damn?

School finally ended

You stepped outside the school and you heard a loud thunder

You looked up, and it was dark and cloudy

Then you felt raindrops landed on your face

And suddenly it started pouring hard

Guess I'll be drenched in rain today.. You sighed as you started walking out of the school


Jaejoong was driving and he saw you from his car

"Hyeri?" he stopped his car and lowered his window

"Ya!" he shouted

You stopped your tracks and turned, when you saw him you turned back and continued walking

Great.. Him again..

He followed you slowly with his car "Ya! Lee Hyeri!"

You ignored him and kept on walking

He honked his car "Hyeri! Get in!" he shouted louder

"Leave me alone!" you shouted back without even looking at him

He opened his car door and went after you

He caught your arm and turned you around "Are you crazy?! It's raining like this and you're still walking?!"

"It's none of your bussiness" you replied coldly

"What's wrong with you?! I won't hurt you! So just please let me drive you home"

"No"

Jaejoong grew out of patience. He grabbed your arm and dragged you to his car

You tried to break free from his grasp but he was just too strong

"Let go!" you struggled, but he didn't care

He opened the passenger's door and pushed you inside

Then he went to the other side of the car and sat on the driver's seat

He locked the door so you won't try to escape

He sped off

He sighed in frustration "Why are you so stubborn?!"

"I'm not. You are" you replied coldly without facing him

"I just wanted to give you a ride. It's raining hard, why won't you just accept it?"

"Because I can go home by myself" you faced him

"In this rain? Are you mad?!"

"I'm used to it.." you looked back at the road

Jaejoong looked at you with sad eyes and sighed "Where's your house?"

You gave him directions to your house

10 minutes later, you arrived at your neighborhood

The dirtiest, poorest, most dangerous neighborhood in Seoul

"You live in here?" he asked, surprised

You nodded

"Isn't it dangerous here?" he looked out the window. There were a lot of scary looking people on the streets in the hard rain. They were glaring at his jet black sports car that was passing by

"For you, maybe. But I'm already used to it"

This girl..  his look at you softened

Finally, you arrived at your house. Well, it was more of an apartment

"You live here?!" he asked in disbelief

"Yeah. Why?"

"Well.. It looks.. rather..." he couldn't find the word to describe it

"Poor? Small? Disgusting?" you gave him ideas

"All of it" he bluntly said

You looked at him, you weren't offended at all. Because he was right

"Thank you" you were about to open the door but he caught your arm

"Want me to walk you?" he offered

"No" you refused and you got out of the car

Jaejoong just looked at you from his car

How could a girl live here? This isn't a decent place for a girl..  he thought to himself as he watched you go to your room with concern

He waited for you to go in your apartment. He remebered where your room was at , then he drove off

You opened the door to your small apartment

There was only a small crooked bed in the corner of the room, a small drawer beside it when your clothes were, in the middle of the room, there was a short table where you eat and a small TV in front of it, a door on the right that leads to your bathroom, and a small kitchen on the left, connected to the living room where you sleep and eat

Get the picture? Yes it was really absolutely small, cramped. But this is how you could save on money. You didn't care how small it was, as long as you could have a place of shelter, it was enough.

You sighed and threw your bag on the floor

You went to the bathroom to get cleaned

When you were finished, you threw on a simple black T-shirt and jeans

You were off to the restaurant where you worked. Good thing the hard rain had stopped. It was only drizzling outside

And in the night, you went to the club

Jaejoong went back home to his mansion. It was dark, cold and lonely as always

Then his phone rang, he answered it "Hyung!" Junsu's voice squaked

"What?"

"Let's go to a club tonight!"

"No thanks"

"Wha-? Huh?! You're actually rejecting an offer to go to a club??!!" he asked in disbelief

"I guess I am.."

"What happened? Did you get hit by a car?!" he panicked

"No.. I just.. Want to rest today"

"Well.. okay,then. You'll be missing out on hot chicks, hyung"

"Yeah yeah.." Jaejoong hung up

Jaejoong went upstairs to his room

He jumped himself on the bed

As he closed his eyes, his thoughts were only you

You. You. You and only you

He had never felt like this before

It gave him a smile to just think about your face

No matter how you acted cold towards him, how you ignored him, how you didn't give a about him

It made him want you even more. He was curious about you

You were different

And he liked different
