Donghae took you outside, you shivered because of the coldness but Donghae’s arms warmed you

“Hyeri-ya..” he called as you two were walking down the snow-covered hill

“What?”

“Do you still love Jaejoong..?” you could feel his pain in his words

You stayed quiet for a while

“What if I do? What if I don’t? It wouldn’t make any difference” you said bitterly

“It would. To me” he let go of your body and stopped

He turned you to face him

“Answer me.. Do you still love him?” he looked straight into your eyes

“I told you. It doesn’t matter” you avoided his eyes

“It matters to me!” he yelled “Just... answer it...”

“I.. I still don’t know!”

You knew you were lying, you knew you still loved Jaejoong

“Then.. Can I have a chance? With you?” he asked, still full of hope

“W-What?”

“Hyeri, I.." he looked away "I like you”  he confessed

Your eyes widened “Y-You... like me?”

“Yes, I like you. And I want to be with you” you felt his grip on you tightened

“D-Donghae.. I’m..” You were stunned, you were still in shock by what he just said

“I'm sorry.. I.. have to go” you pushed away his hands

Then you ran away to God-knows-where

You couldn’t believe you didn’t see it. The way he acts around you, the way he cares about you…

You couldn’t see any of it, because there was something blocking them.. The thought of Jaejoong

You couldn’t see Donghae’s care and love towards you, you thought it was just because he was your friend

Then you finally realized, it was more than that

But you still couldn’t answer him

He wasn’t the one your heart set its mind on

It was Jaejoong, and it will always be Jaejoong

Or maybe.. that was just what you thought

A chance... for Donghae? That would I mean I have to forget about Jaejoong..

Isn’t that... a good thing? That I can forget about Jaejoong?
