You decided to go to work that night

You were in the look out for Jaejoong, you tried to stay away from them as much as possible

"Hyeri-ya. Take these drinks to those guys" JiYoon pointed at a group of guys

You looked to where she was pointing

"Can't I just take another order? Don't make me take these to those guys" you pleaded

"Why?" she asked suspiciously

"Just.. please"

"But the other waitresses are out taking drinks. Only you're left" she said

You sighed and took the tray of drinks

You went to the DBSK table and just hoped you didn't get noticed

"5 beers and a bottle of chivas. Enjoy" you put the drinks down and quickly walked away

"Ya!" a voice shouted

You turned around slowly

Thank God Jaejoong didn't notice you because he was too busy having fun with a girl beside him

You sighed in relief that they didn't know who you were

It was finally the end of your shift, it was already 2 in the morning

The club was empty, except for you. JiYoon told you to lock up after you were done

But then you spotted a guy at a table

You eyed him

That looks like Jaejoong.. Should I take him home? But what if he really is Jaejoong?
No way. The others have left, he wouldn't still be here You shook your head

You walked up to him and nudged him softly "Excuse me. Do you want me to take you home?" you asked the man who had his head on the table

He lifted his head up

You looked at him with horror "Y-You.."

He smirked "See? I told you I'd find out the truth"

You sighed in frustration "Fine. So you caught me. What are you going to do with it?" you said, still as cold as always

He slowly stood up "Let me think.. Should I tell everyone at school that the icy cold Lee Hyeri is working at a club?" he looked at you with a playful grin "Or should I just keep it a secret?"

"Do whatever you want" you answered simply

"So I should tell everyone at school what you do?"

You panicked inside but refused to show it to him "Whatever"

"Okay. I'll tell everyone tomorrow" he said

"No! Don't! Please!" your mouth betrayed you. As soon as you realized what you did, which was only showing your weak side to him, you quickly regained your calm self "Don't tell anyone about this"

"So is Ms. Lee Hyeri scared?" he teased

"No I'm not" you defended

"Then you wouldn't mind if I tell right?"

"Yes I mind! Please just.. " you looked the other way "Don't"

This was the first time you've ever pleaded anyone. This was the first time you've even shown your weak side

"Then do something for me" he said

"No" you cut him off before he could continue

He laughed "Okay okay.. Maybe that was too hard" he thought it for a while, then he got the perfect idea

"Are you deaf, woman? I said.. Smile for me"

"Fine" you gave him a small, cold, emotionless smile

"That wasn't a smile. That was just moving your lips! Smile genuinely!" he demanded

"I can't"

Really.. You couldn't. You haven't smiled genuinely in a long time. You didn't have anything to smile about

"What kind of person can't smile?!"

"Me" you were still emotionless as always

Jaejoong shook his head and pinched the bridge of his nose with his eyes shut "You are really something.." he turned to look at you again

"Just think of someone you love.. Someone who makes your heart warm when you think of them" he said softly

"I don't have one" you said simply

"You don't? Not even your parents?"

"My parents are dead" you said coldly

He quickly shut his mouth "Oh.. I'm so sorry.."

You just looked at him with no expression, then it turned sad

"But.. wait.. " you closed your eyes and started to think about your parents and little sister

"Appa appa!!" you tried to reach for him with your little hands but he was too tall

"Okay okay sweetie.." he lifted you up and started spinning you around in the air

"Eomma! eomma!! Look at me! Wheee!!" you giggled in happiness

You rmother was holding Hyemi in her arms while she looked at you with a soft smile

"Hyemi-ya.. I will be the best unni you'll ever have. I promise you" you stared at your new born baby sister who was sleeping soundly in the crib

The memories brought you a smile, a real smile.

Jaejoong saw your smile, even though it was only a small smile, it gave him a warm feeling inside. He didn't know why

He placed his hand on your shoulder

"I hate you Kim Jaejoong. I hate you I hate you.." your voice muffled behind your cries "I hate you for making me show you my weak side" you said that part quietly

He looked at you with guilt and concern

Then suddenly you felt a warm embrace, which made you cry even more

"I'm here.. Don't worry" he comforted you

You both stayed at that positon. After a couple of minutes your tears finally stopped

You realized what you were doing and you quickly pushed him away

"Get out" you said

"What?" he asked, confused

"I said get out!" you raised your voice

Jaejoong was stunned at what you said. But he didn't want to make you even more mad. So he did what you told him. He left

You sighed

You had to do that. You didn't want him to come into your life and become a part of it. You had to stop him from ever coming in
