Inside your house


Jaejoong's eyes wandered around the room

"Sit.. wherever you like" you told him, since there was no couch in your home


You put Hyemi down on the bed "Wait for unni to cook you dinner okay, sweetie?"

Hyemi nodded

You kissed her cheek

Jaejoong was watching you

You turned to him

Jaejoong give you a sad smile

"..What?" you asked

"Why are you living in this?"

You sighed "Sorry, if this doesn't make you feel comfortable. But I'm not rich like you"

"That's not what I mean! I meant.."

You crossed your arms, waiting for an answer

"Let me get you another place to live" he said

Your jaw dropped "Huh?"

"You don't deserve to live in a place like this"

You looked around, it was enough for you "No thank you, Jaejoong. I'm happy living here"

"Well, I'm not. You live in a dangerous neighborhood, Hyeri. Who knows when there's gonna be robbers barging into your house? Who knows when this house is going to fall apart?"

"You're overreacting, Jaejoong-ah"

"I'm not! I want to give you a decent place to live.."

You sighed but then smiled "You're not my husband, you're not even my boyfriend.. Why are you doing this?"

Jaejoong went closer "Because I truly care about you" he touched your face

You looked up, into his eyes

"Ew, unni!" Hyemi suddenly said out of nowhere

You forgot there was Hyemi on the bed next to you

You quickly pushed his hand away and cleared your throat

He chuckled "This is why you shouldn't live in a house where your bedroom is your living room. Privacy"

You blushed

He went your sister and picked her up "You should know to not disturb others when they're having a romantic moment, little girl" he raised her in the air and played with her

"Her name is Hyemi by the way" you said

He stopped playing her in the air and looked at her closely "Hyemi, eh? You're pretty, just like your sister"

Hyemi giggled

You blushed but quickly hid it "I-I'm gonna cook dinner now" you went to the kitchen

30 minutes later..


Jaejoong was still playing with Hyemi on the floor

You finished cooking, you put the dishes on the table in the middle of the living room

"Oh, you're done?"

You nodded "Come, let's eat"

"Come on, Hyemi. Eating time!! Grrr I'm gonna eat you!!" Jaejoon said as if he was a monster and tickled her stomach

Hyemi couldn't stop laughing "Oppa! Oppa stop it!!" she giggled

You couldn't help but to smile

He's a nice guy after all..

"Stop playing you guys, the dinner's getting cold" you told them

They stopped "Okay, okay.." Jaejoong said

You picked Hyemi up and put her on the side of the table, you and Jaejoong was across each other

Jaejoong looked at the food in front of him "Looks good" he grabbed a piece of meat with his chopsticks and ate it

"And it tastes good too!"

You smiled "Thank you"

You all began eating

You fed your little sister, had some jokes, chats, laughs

It was like you three was having family dinner

It was already 8 in the night when you finished eating

Jaejoong played with Hyemi again on the floor

"It's getting late, Jaejoong-ah. You should go home" you said

"Aww.. I wanna stay here.." he pouted

"You can't" you said

He frowned

"I mean you really can't. Where are you going to sleep?"

"Who says I'm sleeping here? I just wanted to stay a little bit longer" he laughed

Embarassed, you looked down "Oh.."

Jaejoong saw you and stood up, leaving Hyemi

He went closer to you "But.. when I do want to sleep here.. Where can I sleep?" he raised your chin up

You both looked into each other's eyes

"In the kitchen, maybe?" you joked

He pouted "I'm gonna bring an extra bed here"

You giggled "Babo.. maybe it won't even get in the door"

"That's why I want to give you another place to live. You can live in my house if you want to" he offered

You shook your head "I don't want to trouble you. I've already given you a lot of trouble"

"Who says that? I'm happy to be in your life, I'm happy to be a part of your troubles" he smiled

"If you change your mind. The offer still stands" he continued

You nodded "Thank you, Jaejoong-ah"

Then you heard Hyemi yawn "Unni.. I'm sleepy~" she rubbed her eye

"Okay, I'm gonna take Jaejoong outside first. Wait for me, sweetie" you told her and she nodded

"Come on. Let's go outside"

You two went outside

"Thank you for the meal, Hyeri-ya" he said

"Come every time you want more" you smiled

"I probably should get going,huh? Hyemi's waiting inside" he rubbed the back of his head

You nodded

Suddenly Jaejoong kissed your cheek

You froze

"I'll see you tomorrow. And take care of those bruises and scracthes okay?" he told you

You still froze

He smiled at you and left

After a couple of seconds, you finally snapped out "O-oh.."

He waved at you from his car

You waved back at him then he drove off

He kissed me.. you touched your cheek as you walked back to where your room was

"Come on Hyemi,let's go to sleep" you picked her up from the floor

You placed her beside you

Your bed was small, but it was enough for the both of you

You both were facing each other

"Unni.." she suddenly called

"Hm?"

"Why can't Jaejoong oppa be my appa? Instead of Jungsil appa.."

You smiled at her "Do you like Jaejoong?"

She nodded excitedly "He's really nice, he's handsome and really funny!"

"Do you want me to be with Jaejoong?"

"Of course! I want you both to be my parents!"

You chuckled and kissed her forehead "Go to sleep"

Hyemi kissed you back and went to sleep

You did so too
