Chapter 36 – Not Giving Up

Recap:

You looked at the person who you bumped into

“Got’cha Hyeri!” Donghae hugged you from behind

“J-Jaejoong..” you stuttered

Donghae looked up and found Jaejoong perfectly standing there, looking at the both of you without any expression

Donghae slowly let go of you

Now, Jaejoong’s focus was only you

You could see the sadness that was in his eyes, the coldness of his eyes..

The chocolate eyes that used to warm your heart every time you looked at them

Now, they were just blank and empty. Just like how yours used to be

There was a silence between the three of you

Then Jaejoong broke it “Can you please take your lovey-dovey moment somewhere else?” he said coldly

“Uh.. Mi-mian..” Donghae said awkwardly

Jaejoong just glared at Donghae, oh how he wanted to punch the life out of Donghae, but he held it in

Then he focused back to you  “And you..”

Your heart almost skipped a beat

“You’re unbelievable” he said

Your heart was pierced when he said that

You looked back at him with hurt and sad eyes

He showed no expression

Then he left

You just stood there, still couldn’t believe what Jaejoong had just said

Does he.. hate me that much now?

You felt there was something heaving your heart

Your head hung low as you tried to control your tears

“Come on, let’s go” he wrapped his arms around your shoulders

Jaejoong left with a heavy heart

He was angry, he was irritated, but most of all, he was hurt

You’re really over me now? Hyeri-ya.. 

He felt hot tears streaming down his cheeks as he had his head hung low

He punched the wall near him

Have I really got no chance now..?

But he remembered your eyes, those sad, painful eyes you gave him

No, I’m not giving up

I know she still loves me

And I love her

I don’t want to lose her

Nor will I

okay.. seems like i have too much time in my hands lol

i thought i'd be really busy today, but.. nope

i finished like 3 chapters, but i'll be posting those up in a couple of days :)
