Uh... you do know that calling your lover 'gege' sounds like , right? 'Gege' can never be used when calling a lover. It can be only used to your real brother or talking to someone very formally. You don't even call your friend 'gege' as it sounds really weird and off.
aaaaaactually. Gege is not quite the equivalent to oppa. Oppa can only be used by a female for an older male and tends to have more romantic notions behind it (or can at least) where Ge (Guh) means simply "older brother" for either gender and tends to have more of just a friendly note to it rather than romantic.
