“This is a place for KIDS,” Dongwoon emphasized the last word.

“No! This is a theme park for everyone.” It was a childhood dream to come here with my mother. But before it was fulfilled, she died.

“Don’t be shy, let’s play!” I pulled him along into the theme park.

Lotte World in Seoul is the world’s largest indoor theme park which is open all year round, regardless of weather conditions.The theme park filled with thrilling rides, an ice rink, different kinds of parades as well as a folk museum, a lake, and much more. 

The whole day, I dragged himaround, taking this pirate ship, skating that ice rink, screaming out our lungs. Smiles could be seen more and more on his face as the day passes.

“Oh! Look!” I jumped, looking beyond the crowd. Dongwoon turned to the direction I was looking.

“Who?”

“Snsd!” I answered a confused Dongwoon. “Girl’s Generation! Don’t you know them? They are so famous now! Guys and girls go gaga over them.”

Dongwoon stood there, looking at me, as if I just talked alien language.

“Seriously, you need a life! They are going off now, go take an autograph!” I pushed Dongwoon towards the leaving celebrities, who were surrounded by crowd. Dongwoon stared back at me, as if to tell me he’s going to get back at me later.

“Thank you~” I giggled as Dongwoon handed me the signature. That scene was too hilarious, being all shy and polite.

“Yes, Son Dongwoon-sii?” I can’t stop grinning. He said nothing but scrutinized me.

“Ah, behgopah (hungry),” I rubbed my stomach, walking away still can’t hold my laughter. I turned back, making sure Dongwoon was there. Dongwoon still stood there, speechless.

“Arraso, arraso, I treat you eat the best meal in the world,” I walked back, grinning.

We found a café, taking our break from Lotte World. Too much fun, seriously…

“One Caramel macchiato and,” I ordered at the counter.

“Black coffee,” Dongwoon stood beside me. I frowned at him. Does the coffee have to be black like him too?

“Make it a cappuccino,” I changed the order.

“No, black coffee,” Dongwoon protested.

“Sorry, miss, cappuccino,” I tried to shoo Dongwoon to the sides. DOngwoon shot me a stare. I gave him a foolish grin.

“Here you go,” The lady handed us the coffee in confusion. Taking the coffee, we settled down at a corner. I placed the kimbap lunch box in front of him.

“Eat,” I commanded.

“Yah, why are you always eating kimbap?” Dongwoon’s vision shifted from the kimbap to me and back.

“Hmm… Because I love kimbap,” I gave him a wide smile.

“And…” I continued. “This is the only dish my mother taught me. My culinary skills are polish only at jobs that I took up.”

“What sort of jobs did you exactly take up?” He eyed me, suspiciously, picking up the kimbap.

“Let me see,” I cracked my brain thinking. “Waitress, sales, chauffeur, baking, kitchen assistant, teacher… Pretty much every sector I guess.”

“Because of the book?”

“Yeah, kind of,”

Dongwoon’s expression was unreadable. What was he thinking right now?

“Why did you sing the three bears song just now?” He asked again after awhile.

“My mother used to sing this song for me whenever I cry. I will always stop crying immediately.”

He smiled lightly, looking at the childish me.

I blushed. That sincere smile of his, I earned for it.
