|Three Little Words| ~ For xRawrRiot
Sweet Desire's Treats | Batch no. 1 Closed | | Hiring |Yong Cheonmi ♥ Jung Ilhoon
“Thank you,” a pretty female said as she got handed her cake, that she had ordered a minute ago and had waited for it to be packed. It was Valentine’s Day, and she was dying to do something for her boyfriend of a little over two years.
Cheonmi fixed her grip on the cardboard handle of the box, because she definitely didn’t want to drop the yummy-looking cake.
What Cheonmi had in mind for the evening was to just have fun with her boyfriend, Ilhoon, after eating cake. She had to do something, to show she cared and loved the male. Maybe she even had enough courage to confess.
---
On the way to her and Ilhoon’s shared apartment, Cheonmi had gotten a text message from Ilhoon; I’ll be at home a little later – the guys are treating us out for a job well done. Don’t cook for me.
Cheonmi had pouted, but soon brightened, since her plans weren’t totally ruined. She was going to go home, work on her essay and get started for the night plans.
---
Cheonmi and Ilhoon had met in festival, that was held by Hangang river, through their mutual friends. Their friends thought it would be a good idea that all of them would hang out together – and it was, seeing that Cheonmi was now dating Ilhoon.
They had officially started dating on New Year’s, a mutual friend of theirs having a party, where they eventually hang out and decided to, as to say, test out their compatibility and start their relationship. They liked each other a lot, and they were happy whenever they were together, so why not?
Every couple had arguments or some knick-knacks once in a while, so of course, Cheonmi and Ilhoon had their clashes – but they were easily fixed with talking.
Cheonmi was so lucky to have Ilhoon by her side, and likewise.
---
It turned out that Ilhoon was coming much later than expected.
Cheonmi was all ready, dressed up in a warm sweater Ilhoon had gotten her for Christmas and a pair of dark blue jeans. She had her fluffy slippers on, since she easily was cold and the spring wasn’t warm enough yet for her to feel warm.
The female was lounging on their couch, where she started to feel really warm and hazy. Her eyelids were starting to flutter closed, but she jolted upright when she heard the front door open, “Cheonmi?”
Cheonmi shuffled her feet to the lobby, where Ilhoon had just finished putting his shoes to the shoerack. She rubbed her eye sleepily with her fist, “Hi..”
Strong arms wrapped around her waist, “Were you sleeping? I’m sorry I woke you up.” Ilhoon kissed the temple of Cheonmi’s head.
The female shook her head, “I wasn’t sleeping..” she muttered, “Oh, I have something for you.” She brightened up at her own remark, before she dragged her surprised boyfriend with her to the kitchen.
“Sit here,” she instructed and pushed Ilhoon to sit at a stool in front of an island in their kitchen. Cheonmi went to the fridge and took out the cake she had purchased earlier.
Cheonmi set the cake – pink and heart-shaped – on to the table in front of Ilhoon, where she had left the plates and spoons earlier.
“Happy Valentine’s Day,” Cheonmi murmured with a warm smile, before leaning forward to press a short, but sweet kiss on the male’s lips.
“What is this?” Ilhoon questioned, gesturing towards the cake.
“Well, I wanted to get you something, and I thought you would be happy just little cake and spending time together,” Cheonmi explained, flashing a wide smile to her boyfriend, as she cut a piece of cake for both her and her boyfriend.
“Come here, baby,” Ilhoon playfully growled and pulled the now squealing female towards him and made her sit in his lap.
“Now, all is better,” Ilhoon grinned, as Cheonmi giggled and picked up a spoon.
“Ahh, oppa,” Cheonmi chided, guiding a small piece of cake to Ilhoon’s mouth.
“This is tasty,” Ilhoon nodded, squeezing the female’s midriff in appreciation.
A wide and loving smile spread on Cheonmi’s face, because she was happy to be with Ilhoon at that moment. She couldn’t think of a better boyfriend.
Half a cake later, the couple was cuddling on the couch in silence.
Suddenly there was fingers digging in Cheonmi’s sides, making her squeak and shy away from the tickling hands, “Oh my god! Stop oppa!”
“No way, I want my lovely girlfriend to laugh!”
“I’m gonna cry!”
“No you won’t!”
“Oppa, haha! Stop!” Cheonmi laughed sincerely, as Ilhoon was laughing with her.
A torturous minute later, Ilhoon finally stopped tickling the girl. Their outcome of position was that Cheonmi was half-lying on top of Ilhoon, because their shuffling and rolling around caused them to move around the couch without them even noticing amidst their playful antics.
Cheonmi watched her boyfriend’s face, as it was completely relaxed, happiness written all over his face. An arm was securely wrapped around her waist, and she was content there.
She pressed a soft kiss against the male’s cheek, making Ilhoon look at her in question.
Cheonmi bit her lip, was now the right time? She really wanted to say those words, but she was nervous; what if Ilhoon didn’t return the feelings?
“What is it?” Ilhoon whispered, breaking Cheonmi’s train of thought.
The female stayed quiet for a while, before a sweet confession travelled from between her lips, “I love you.” It was simple and sweet, kept short but still it fulfilled so much emotion.
Ilhoon gazed into the girl’s eyes, noting the nervousness in them, before his lips stretched up, “I love you too, Yong Cheonmi.”
The smile on Cheonmi’s face was wide, dedicated and so full of joy, that Ilhoon couldn’t help but lean down and press a short kiss on her lips.
They snuggled together, just basking in the after-confession-feeling and the warmth of their bodies combined together.
