Chan Yoon + Sung Min = <3

An average nineteen year old boy was walking down the hall-way with his thick black glasses. He had his books clenched tightly in his arms and he scurried his way to class. Lee Sung Min, this boy was known as the school’s number one smartest boy yet even if he is the smartest, he was also the one that was the number one stupid that was the easiest to fool and tease.

As Sung Min turned the corner, he bumped into one of the school’s meanest kingka, Cho Kyu Hyun. Kyu Hyun was laughing with his friends in the hallway but now he was enraged with Sung Min’s little bump. Kyu Hyun twitched and pushed Sung Min. Sung Min’s eyes widen and then he stumbled back a bit. Everyone in the front yard turned diverted their attention over to the little argument.

“Watch where you’re going loser,” Kyu Hyun snapped while rolling his eyes. Sung Min said nothing and just stood there. Kyu Hyun waited for him to apologize but nothing came out of Sung Min’s mouth. “What? You’re not going to apologize for bumping into me?” Kyu Hyun hissed out while looking at Sung Min.

“I’m sorry,” Sung Min stated quietly while pushing up his glasses. Kyu Hyun took off Sung Min’s glasses and threw it on the ground. He stepped on the Sung Min’s glasses and smirked. Sung Min could still see without his glasses so it wasn’t a big deal.

“I think it’s a bit too late for that. Pathetic, worthless nerd,” Kyu Hyun growled out and grabbed Sung Min by his shoulders. Sung Min stood there helpless and tried to squirm free from Kyu Hyun’s strong grasp.

Suddenly out of nowhere Kyu Hyun’s grasp was loosen. Sung Min backed up and saw a beautiful girl holding up an empty glass. Beside her was a short girl with designer black rimmed glasses as well. “Oops, I think you need to chill out Kyu Hyun and lay off the crazy pills,”

“C-chan Yoon?!” Kyu Hyun stuttered out while twitching in anger. He was drenched wet in the water that Chan Yoon had purposely dumped the glass of water in order to save Sung Min.

“What? I can’t just stand there and let Sung Min get bullied day and night because of you. It’s not very nice of you Kyu Hyun,” Chan Yoon stated while tsking. The girl beside her snickered and looked away.

“Why would you, a queenka, help Sung Min, a nerd, like him?” Kyu Hyun demanded while Chan Yoon twisted her heels and walked over gracefully towards Sung Min. Sung Min was surprised at what

“Why wouldn’t I? Sung Min said that he was sorry already but your big fat ego got in the way and wouldn’t stop bullying!” Chan Yoon hooked arms with Sung Min and huffed. Sung Min blushed at the girl’s sudden touch and action. “Come on Sung Min, let’s leave him. Tinnie are you following us?” Chan Yoon chirped out happily.

“W-where are you going now?!” Kyu Hyun demanded while Chan Yoon led Sung Min down the hallway ignoring Kyu Hyun. Chan Yoon’s friend, Tinnie rolled her eyes and stuffed Kyu Hyun’s mouth with her brand new apple.

“Pipe and calm your down. Yeesh, annoying bumbling idiot,” Tinnie swung her bag over her shoulders and followed Chan Yoon and Sung Min. Tinnie walked in silence while Chan Yoon and Sung Min were happily talking.

“From now on, hang with me and Tinnie~ we’ll be best friends~ and don’t listen to Kyu Hyun! He’s a big pain in ,” Chan Yoon stated while pouting. Sung Min nodded and laughed a bit. Suddenly a distance voice was shouting from behind. All three of them turned around and saw a straight brown haired boy running towards them.

“Sung Min! Finally I found you; I was looking all over the place for you!” The younger boy stated while ignoring the two girls. Sung Min blinked and looked over at Chan Yoon who was smiling brightly while Tinnie was taken uninterested in what was going on.

“Sorry Niel, I was with my new friends,” Sung Min said while motioning over at Chan Yoon and Tinnie. Niel glanced over and recognized them easily. “This is Kim Chan Yoon and her friend is –” Sung Min was cut off by Niel immediately.

“Lee Tinnie,” Niel stated while nodding at her. Tinnie glanced over and raised an eyebrow. “We’ve met,” Niel stated while smiling at her lightly. Chan Yoon looked at Tinnie who was confused. She shrugged at her older friend.

“We have?” Tinnie blurted out while Niel’s happy smile faded away. Sung Min couldn’t help but cracked a smile at Chan Yoon’s small friend. Niel’s shoulder slumped down and he sighed.

“…we’re seating partners Tinnie,” Niel murmured out quietly while Chan Yoon heard and laughed. Sung Min joined in laughing as well.

“Oh…no wonder you look a bit familiar,” Tinnie said while spacing out. She was in thinking mode.

“Yeah, I’m usually the one that is always picking up your dropped pencils…” Niel stated while smacking his forehead. Sung Min and Chan Yoon couldn’t help but smile at their two younger friends.

“Sorry Niel, Tinnie is sort of like that. She really doesn’t care much about her surroundings when it comes to school work, she only studies and the rest – blank,” Chan Yoon said while giggling.

“Sort of figured it when I was trying to ask her to help me,” Niel said while giving his straight look.

“Anyways let’s get to class now,” Sung Min suggested while everyone nodded. Everyone bid their good-byes and went in separate ways.

Weeks past by and Sung Min was finally free from Kyu Hyun’s torture. Since Chan Yoon and Tinnie’s elder brother’s Kim Ye Sung and Lee Dong Hae came and threaten that if Kyu Hyun ever talks or even think about thinking on getting near Sung Min or Niel, they would have to answer to them.

“—so then Ye Sung tripped Kyu Hyun at his 16^th birthday bash because he was teasing me which he probably learned his lesson now because he landed into his birthday fudge cake,”  Chan Yoon stated while giggling. Sung Min burst out laughing at the story. Sung Min know learns that if he wanted to suffer the most, don’t make fun of Chan Yoon since her older brother Ye Sung is over-protective and really scary when someone messes with his little sister.

“I can’t believe you could just do that without him getting revenge,” Sung Min stated while blushing.

“He knows better than to mess with me, unless he had a death wish with my older brother along with Tinnie’s older brother as well – I don’t think he wants too. Plus I’ve known him since kindergarten; he’s a big wuss when it comes to girls,” Chan Yoon admitted it while smiling brightly. Sung Min smiled brightly and couldn’t believe how fun Chan Yoon was.

The two young adults were laughing and joking around while a pair of juniors was watching them from a far. Niel and Tinnie were hiding behind a bush with their binoculars – well Tinnie’s seeing glasses were popping out of the bush. Tinnie was sipping her milk carton while holding up a pair of binoculars. Niel was just hiding beside Tinnie – can’t believe that he is doing this though.

“Tinnie, where did you get the binoculars from?” Niel asked while staring at the strange girl beside him. Tinnie took off the camouflaged field glasses and smiled sheepishly.

“I got it from my brother – Dong Hae used to stalk me and Chan Yoon just incase we were going to parties when we said we were going for ice cream but he didn’t know it was an ice cream party,” Tinnie said while grinning. Niel shook his head and smiled.

“Now back to the mission and let’s keep a low profile—we don’t want peo-” Niel began while he was cut off.

“Hey Tinnie!” Two boys walking past the pair of juniors, Niel face palmed and couldn’t believe it.

“Oh hey Ryeo Wook and Tae Min~” Tinnie grinned happily while waving to her friends. As Tae Min and Ryeo Wook walked away, Tinnie glanced back over at Niel who had a huge angered mark on his head. Tinnie blinked and giggled nervously.

“Sor-” Tinnie began quietly while Niel placed his finger to his lips.

“Shh, they’re talking,” Niel stated while pulling Tinnie close to him and trying to listen. Tinnie blinked and saw how close they were. She glanced down and saw Niel’s arms around her waist. She looked up with pink cheeks and saw Niel more interested in what Sung Min and Chan Yoon were talking about—

“So I guess I’ll see you around?” Sung Min asked while twiddling his fingers together nervously.

“Totally! Call me if you ever want to hang out~” Chan Yoon said while grinning and giving him a soft peck on his cheek. She skipped off happily while grinning huge. Sung Min watched as Chan Yoon left, he clapped his hands together and punched the sky happily. Sung Min happily walked off.

“Hmm…they totally like each other,” Niel stated while Tinnie got out of his grasp. Niel then realized what he did. His cheeks grew deep red and he was speechless.

“Anyways,” Tinnie cleared . “—isn’t the Oriental Double Happiness festival tonight?” Tinnie asked while looking at Niel. Niel’s face brightens; he nodded and took out his cell phone.

“It is and tonight our plan of setting up Chan Yoon and Sung Min is going to be in action,” Niel stated while high fiving Tinnie. Tinnie smiled and nodded.

“Fighting!” The two hooked pinkies and let their thumbs touched.

|At the Festival|

Sung Min dressed up casually and walked around the bright and fun festival. He searched around for his little friend that wanted to meet up with him here but instead he couldn’t find him anymore. Instead he walked around in circles and met up with Chan Yoon.

“C-chan Yoon?” Sung Min asked while blinking. Chan Yoon looked up and saw Sung Min without glasses at all.

“Sung Min? What are you doing here?” Chan Yoon asked while smiling. She walked up to him wearing a simple night dress.

“I was meeting up with Niel but I couldn’t find him. How about you?”  Sung Min asked while smiling.

“Same with Tinnie but she just took off for some cotton candy man. Then I lost her in the wild pack of people,” Chan Yoon stated while giggling.

“Well…since Tinnie ditched you, Niel didn’t show up I see, would you, Kim Chan Yoon, like to accompany me to some festival activities?” Sung Min asked while bowing. He wiggled his eyebrows making Chan Yoon giggle like always.

“I would love to Mister Sung Min,” Chan Yoon took Sung Min’s arm and walked off happily. Sung Min lead Chan Yoon to some game stalls where they would throw baseballs to knock down some milk bottles. Chan Yoon tried first but only missed and was off by two bottles. It was Sung Min’s turn and measured it and threw the first ball and he succeeded. He knocked all of the six bottles in one round.

“Sung Min! You did it~!” Chan Yoon cheered happily. Sung Min picked out the biggest puppy plush there was. It was a big blue poka-dotted puppy.

“For you milady~” Chan Yoon stared at the puppy plush and blushed deeply. She took the puppy and saw Sung Min blushing deeply.

“It’s for me?” Chan Yoon asked for sure and Sung Min nodded. “Thank you so much Sung Min, it’s really sweet of you,” Sung Min blushed and rubbed the back of his neck. She giggled while hooking arms with him. Sung Min then lead her off and onto a ride. He chose the Ferris wheel and paid the man.  

The two couple sat side by side and it was really silent. The moon shined brightly in the sky while Chan Yoon slowly slipped her hand into Sung Min’s hand. She gave it a gentle squeeze and looked over at him. He looked over and locked eyes with Sung Min.

“Sung Min…” Chan Yoon began while searching his eyes to seeing that they were sparkling.

“Chan Yoon…” Sung Min smiled and couldn’t help but feel his stomach slowly was being filled up with butterflies.

“I like you Lee Sung Min, I’ve never met any sweet, romantic and well-mannered boy before…but now that I have,” Chan Yoon confessed first while blushing deeply.

“Oh! Dang it, I wanted to confess first,” Sung Min began while frowning.

“C-confess?” Chan Yoon began while blinking with a confused expression.

“Yeah…I wanted to say that I like you. A lot Kim Chan Yoon,” Sung Min said while blushing bashfully.

“R-really?” Chan Yoon asked while giggling slightly. Sung Min nodded and then they continued to stare into each other’s eyes. Slowly the Ferris wheel stopped at the mid top of the place. The moon was in place and fireworks began going off. They continued staring into each other’s eyes as the moment goes by.

Suddenly a loud shriek went off and Sung Min and Chan Yoon paused the moment. “OH COME ON!” A familiar loud voice cried out. Sung Min recognized the voice, it was Niel.

“JUST KISS EACH OTHER ALREADY! WE’RE GROWING OLD!” And that was Tinnie screaming. Chan Yoon and Sung Min laughed together. Sung Min made the first move and pressed his lips gently against Chan Yoon’s.

Below the Ferris wheel were Tinnie and Niel standing side by side on a stage. “Alright continue with loads of fireworks and cue the music!” Niel stated while smiling.

Chan Yoon and Sung Min broke free from the kiss and cuddled in the small box.  They sat side by side until the ride was over. The puppy dog plush sat on the other side of the Ferris wheel.

“This is our special love,”

“Yeah, it’s our Nerdy Love,”

“None like others,”
