"I love you, Xiumin."

He bit his bottom lip, preventing himself from saying those three words back. 

"You're making this very hard for me," he said plainly.

I chuckled as I let go of his cheeks. "That was what I was trying to do."

"Well, you succeeded." 

"You don't have to be sarcastic," I said as I to my side to face the other way. 

"Don't be like this~," he whined as he reached his hands for my waist before pulling me back into his chest.

I tried to pull his hands away from me but it was no use so I gave up. Not too short after, I was lulled to sleep from being in the comforts of his embrace. Xiumin had that effect, anyone around him instantly feels comfortable and at peace.

That night, I had a dream. I don't remember the exact details but I feel like something bad was about to happen soon. However, I can't put my finger on it but there was definitely something...

I awoke to the sound of my alarm going off. I yawned as I got out of bed but failed and ended up dropping to the floor. I held onto the side of the bed for support. I squinted as I looked for my glasses and clothes. When I found them, I wobbled my way to the kitchen and used the wall for support.

I placed my phone on the counter and begun cooking breakfast. Not too long after, the entire place smelled of bacon and eggs along with the strong smell of coffee. 

"Hmm~ Smells good," a voice said from behind me.

I placed his share of food onto his plate and coffee onto the table. We sat down together and began eating.

"Did you feel sick this morning?" Xiumin asked as he bit off a piece of bacon. "Like, did you throw up or anything?"

"I don't think so," I mumbled as I thought back to when I woke up. "Nope, but I think my legs are. I couldn't even walk properly this morning."

He snickered at my comment. "Oh, my poor baby's legs hurt?" I pouted as I nodded my head. "Lift your legs up." He patted his lap for me. I lifted my legs up like he had ordered and he started massaging my feet all the way up to my thighs. I flinched once he rubbed my inner thighs. "Does it hurt here?"

"A lot."

He spread my legs a bit wider to get a better look at them. ". They're swollen."

"Great, Xiumin. You really went and done it now."
