Warning : I'm going to double update today yeay but.... I will drop bombs into these two chapters. I almost cried while writing some of the parts of the story, probably because I played EXO's Baby Don't Cry while writing this but still, I hope you're not mad at me for the sudden twist and turns in the story. >.<

Jong Kook is too afraid to switch on his cell phone right now. His phone kept on ringing and ringing as soon as the news comes out. He mentally curses the day when the internet has been invented. He can’t even call Jihyo to explain everything but he hopes she understands. He hopes Jihyo isn’t hurt when she heard the news. He sighs as he has the courage inside of him to switch on his phone.

His eyes widen and then he cringed as his phone keep on buzzing and buzzing. It feels like as if his phone is going to explode soon with so many notifications he have gotten. So far, he got 200 misscalls and 300 text messages. Goodness, he thought getting this much after a day switching off his phone is ridiculous.

As soon as his phone returns back to normal after being frozen for awhile, his phone immediately vibrates. He cursed as he answers it as he already look at the caller ID but he have to answer it. This problem is her fault, one hundred percent.

“Do you have fun being famous?” he asks sarcastically as soon as he answered her phone call.

She snickered on the other line. “Oooh, I do. I already have drama offers piling up thanks to you.”

He grits his teeth. “Good for you then. Can you tell the press that this is all fake?”

He heard her huff in frustration. “If I tell them, they won’t believe it. They saw we kissed.”

“THEN WHY WOULD YOU KISSED ME?!”

“Because I need to do something drastic enough to make people pull their attention towards me”, she said smugly. Jong Kook smack himself in the head. Wow, he cannot believe that Eun Hye have entered her 30’s because the way she thinks is not exactly within her age range.

“Whatever. Do what you want. I don’t want to be a part of it”, he said as he hangs up on her. As soon as he hangs up on her, another call comes in. He groans as he messed up his hair, annoyed by the fact that he has to go through this. He didn’t bother to pick it up since it is another unknown number.

He decides that this explanation to Jihyo must be carried out in person since it is rather impossible to call her now as his phone keeps on being frozen.

He groans for the nth time as another call comes rolling in.

Jihyo seems lifeless as ever as she shows up for Ex-Girlfriend Club’s filming and since Byun Yohan is the only one who knows who her boyfriend is, he couldn’t help but feeling worried for her. When he saw the news on the entertainment section, he was shocked. It was as if it was the same thing they have gone through back then but this time, it seems like it was staged. Since Byun Yohan is an actor, he can clearly see from Eun Hye’s expression that she’s just faking it. It is rather obvious since Eun Hye herself looks uncomfortable in that picture. Tsk, what is her motive really?

Jihyo sits on her chair as she goes through her script. She may look normal to other people’s eyes but to Byun Yohan, she looks as if her world has just fallen apart. Maybe it already has, Byun Yohan doesn’t know. Her eyes have lost its sparks that Byun Yohan always adored about her.

He walks closer to Jihyo, and she didn’t look up, her eyes seems like she focused on her reading. ‘Working hard as always’, he smiled at that thought.

“Hello Jihyo, why so glum?” he asks with a big gummy smile on his face. She was startled but not by his greeting but more to his smile. She rarely sees him smile widely to her and she couldn’t help but broke into a smile too.

“Glum? Well, I have to wake up early in the morning to show up here, that’s why”, she said as she roll her eyes. Byun Yohan chuckles.
