"It's unexpected to see you again." the girl said to Doojoon.

Hyoyeon looked back and forth to Doojoon then to the girl. The girl noticed that Hyoyeon looked a little bit confused.

"I'm Park Gyuri. Nice to see you again." she said as she extended her hand to Hyoyeon.

"I'm Kim Hyoyeon. Nice to meet you Gyuri-shi." she said as she shook hands with her.

At that time Doojoon was the one confused.

“You two know each other?” he asked as he looked at them back and forth.

“Nope I just saw her living in Eunhyuk’s apartment when I went there, apparently he wasn’t living there anymore.” she said.

“I see then we’ll go ahead.” Doojoon excused himself.

They were now on their way back to the apartment.

“How do you know Gyuri?” asked Doojoon.

“Like what she said she went to see Eunhyuk but I was the one staying there already.” she answered.

“Why didn’t you tell me?”

“Why do I need to tell you? It’s not like you’re my boyfriend.” she pointed out.

Doojoon became quiet for a while she was right but he can’t help it because Gyuri was his bestfriend and she was the ex of Eunhyuk.

“You’re right mianhe.” he said as his eyes were focused on the road.

“So what’s your relationship with her?” she curiously asked.

“She’s my bestfriend.” he answered truthfully.

“Really? But it doesn’t seem like that when you saw each other earlier it’s like you were distant.” she said.

“Well something happened but let’s not talk about that.” he said as he stopped the car.

Hyoyeon bowed and got of the car. Doojoon waited for her to get inside before leaving.

On the other hand…

“Happy Birthday.” Gyuri greeted.

Eunhyuk was a little drunk but he was still conscious and aware of his surroundings.

“Thanks but why are you here? Didn’t you break up with me?”

“Shindong oppa asked me to come when we were at the radio station yesterday.” she answered.

“Mianhe Hyuk I thought you were still together so I asked her to come. I didn’t know that you broke up Jeonhmal mianhe.” Shindong butted in.

“It’s alright well thanks for coming.” he said as he left her and his friends.

Gyuri held back her tears as she forced a smile to her friends. Seeing her like that Yuri went near her and hugged her. As soon as Gyuri felt her friends’ warmth she started to cry. The group got the situation and so the boys quietly left them.

Donghae looked for Eunhyuk and he saw him hitting on other girls. He smiled at the girls and dragged his friend away. Eunhyuk tried to get away from him but since he was drunk he wasn’t that strong already so he was taken easily by Donghae.

“How come you didn’t tell us that the two of you broke up?” he asked.

“Does that even matter?” he said groggily.

“Let’s talk when you’re in the right state of mind. Right now you need to calm down.” he said as he dragged him inside the house and asked his other friends to help him bring Eunhyuk to his room. They weren’t able to easily bring him to his room since he was struggling to get away from them. Siwon took care of the guests; he politely asked them to leave. One by one the guests left until only Eunhyuk’s close friends were left including Gyuri.

“Unnie what happened?” Yuri asked while still comforting Gyuri.

“I-I broke up with him.” she answered while sobbing.

“Why?” Yoona asked.

“It’s because…” she hesitated.

“If you won’t tell us then we won’t know how to help you?” Sooyoung butted in.

“Unnie whatever the problem is we’re here for you so please tell us.” said Seohyun. She was the maknae of the group and was always quiet but when she talks it means she’s serious.

Gyuri took a deep breath before telling them the real story behind the break up.

“I---I’m pregnant.” she heard gasps after saying that.

“A-are you sure?” Taeyeon stuttered as she was in a state of shock.

“Why didn’t you just tell him? Why do you have to break up with him? Shouldn’t you be happy?” Seohyun calmly bombarded her with questions.

“I’m scared.” she said.

“Then why did you do something like that?” Seohyun blurted out.

Gyuri knows Seohyun was right, whenever she talks she knows for a fact that whatever she says were the right things. That’s why sometimes she’s afraid of talking to her because she speaks the words that hurt the most.

“You don’t understand.” was what Gyuri could only say.

“Yah! Seohyun don’t you think you’re a little mean.” butted Yuri.

“How would we understand if you won’t tell us? and I’m not being mean I’m just saying, if she’s not yet ready why do it? And shouldn’t they be married first?” Seohyun said.

Gyuri took a deep breath before she started to speak again.

“I was at a party with my old friends we were drinking but I know for a fact that I didn’t drink much. The next day when I woke up I was in a room with a guy who was my colleague.” she started to cry. “He put sleeping pills on my drink and did that. Tell me how can I say something like that? Of course I don’t want to break up with him but what can I do? He’ll just get mad and we’ll end up fighting and then he’ll leave me because I hurt him so it’s better this way, right? At least the pain would be lesser.” she suddenly broke down she couldn’t control her tears from falling any longer.

They were all shocked they couldn’t believe what they just heard. They can see that she still loves him and they now understand why she broke up with him. Gyuri doesn’t have a face to show Eunhyuk anymore and she was more afraid of what his reaction would be. They know that he might get angrier than he is now.

“Unnie I’m sorry.” Seohyun said as she went near her and hugged her. “But I still believe that you should tell him. I think he might understand since he’s Eunhyuk oppa after all.”

“What are you planning to do with the baby?” asked Tiffany.

~here's an update hope you like it :p I didn't know why but I just felt like writing that as a reason for their break up.... please don't get mad at me
