I am back with this one shot inspired by recent events and well...ummm... Gashina. I am not a Wonder Girls fan (no hate) I just didn't know them too well. I am a solid T-ara fan and I love it that I get to learn of other girl groups because of Hyomin and T-ara and my delusional crazy ideas on writing fanfics. 

So you know that Playlist is compose of song titles. This time it is a combination of 3 titles. You will get to see which bands (girl groups) sing these songs. Comment if you get it. Clue: They are in this chapter. hihi

Mianhe for the mistakes. I did not proof read them. Oh I have another chapter soon and some of you might have an idea knowing my crazy Hyomin ships. You might see a pattern. The Jessi here is not SNSD Sica but Jessi the rapper who is Fany's friend. She was with Hyomin in HK when Hyomin performed as a DJ.

And Yuri here is not SNSD Yul but Sunmi's back up dancer in Gashina. Turns out her name is also Yuri.

“I am thankful that you offered to send me to the airport. You’re such a good friend.”

“You don’t sound sincere.” The other retorted while driving.

“You don’t seem so sincere either.” The blonde responded nonchalantly. Instead of arguing back the beautiful driver rolled her eyes. “I mean come on. Who am I to complain when I have my beautiful friend/the country’s jewel/a member of the nation’s most loved and successful girl group, the legends who by the way just finish promoting their all-kill songs, Tiffany Hwang.”

Tiffany getting used to her friend’s antics nodded her head.

“Oh I can’t believe you. You think I didn’t know why you offered to send me? It’s not like it’s not yet obvious, it is to see Hyomin?!” Jessi exclaimed.

“You stated the obvious. Look, I am sending my friend to the airport. It is my way to support your gig because you know I can’t go to Hong Kong. If I see Hyo then that would be better. It’s like hitting two birds with one stone.” Fany replied though she can’t help but smile big at the thought of seeing Hyomin ‘accidentally’.

“Lies. You killed the other bird, stepped on it just to say hi to the bird you have been targeting.”

“Don’t be so mean.”

“I haven’t seen you this lovesick over someone. I mean it has been over a year or two and still you are into her. What’s with her?”

“I don’t know either.”

“Well, step up your game, lady. I heard you have competitions. Like…the rest of your members and former member.” Jessi teased.

“Shut up. You think I didn’t know that already.”

“Chill. In fact, I don’t get why you are so into her. I see she is pretty and y. I can’t deny that but there are a lot of hot men and women in the world who would go gaga over you.”

“Be careful. I said that before but look at me now. I also can’t explain it. But it is a good thing that you don’t see her that way.”

“Yeah it’s a good thing because I wouldn’t be racing in heels just to dance to T-ara’s song in national tv.”

“I couldn’t help myself I just get too excited.”

“I commend you on that. You beat the other members.”

“I can be competitive.”

“You are competitive. It so funny when I remember the story you share me when you got too excited to see Hyomin in a concert event that Soyeon and Eunjung had to act as bodyguards to block you.” Jessi couldn’t help but laugh so hard.

“Yah!”

“But yeah you can have your ways to be with Hyomin. You are so lovesick.”

They arrived at the airport but Fany didn’t get to see Hyomin much to Fany’s dismay. It also didn’t help that Jessi kept on teasing her.

After the event, Jessi called Fany. “Now I get it why you are so lovesick for Hyomin.”

“What are you trying to say?”

“I have fallen for her.” Jessi teased.

“Yah!”

“Jeez I am just teasing you. It’s like you are ready to come beat me up. I’m already dating someone remember? All I am saying is I get it now. And my advice to you is to step up your game.”

“I was going to luckily you explained your side.”

“So as a thank you, are you going to pick me up?”

“Is Hyomin going to be with you?”

“No. she had a later flight.”

“Well sorry then”

“Yah! What kind of friend are you?”

“Haha I can’t even if I wanted to. I have a flight to LA today.”

“Oh busy as ever. Well LA is too far away. Are you sure about that? You might just lost her while you are away…”

“I won’t go down that easy.”

Fany dropped the call. Her flight was in another few minutes so she made another call.

“Yeobo…” The other answered in a sleepy tone.

Fany stopped. Her heart stopped. She wasn’t sure if she heard it right. Did Hyomin just called her Yeobo?

“Yeoboseyo?” Again in a much clearer but sleepy tone.

Fany calmed down a bit. It was accidental. Hyomin was still half asleep. But still, Fany couldn’t help but smile and feel giddy. “Mianhe, did I wake you up?”

“Fany ah. Ani. It’s ok.”

“I heard that the concert was a success.”

“Neh! I was so nervous and excited. I’m so happy!”

“I can hear it from your voice.” Fany was told to end the call because it was time for her flight. “Mianhe I have to go now.”

“Neh.”

“How about we talk more about it later.”

“Later? OK. My flight is in late afternoon.”

“Good. Do you have any plans before your flight?”

“Ani. I just plan to stay in the hotel. I am still in cloud nine.”

“Great. I’ll be there in a few hours. Tell me where you are staying and I’ll pick you up.”

“Huh? How are you? Why?”

“I have to go. My flight is about to go. I’m going to LA and my layover is in HK. I wish I could go to your event last night but I had appointment.”

“Daebak. See you Fany.”

Fany went straight to the hotel where Hyomin was staying. They spent some time there chatting. Then they drove to a restaurant in Hong Kong. It was a great date. Fany and Hyomin went back to the airport just in time for each of their flights. They decided to hang out in one of the exclusive cafes.

Fany was talking to the waiter ordering in English. She noticed Hyomin who was staring at her. “What?”

“You’re amazing.” Hyomin said while staring at her. She sat up as soon as she realized that she just said it out loud.

Fany on the other hand is so red. She might just had a heart attack.

“Ah..a…aa” Hyomin stuttered while trying to explain.

 “Is it because I was talking in English in my American accent?” Fany said trying to save Hyomin.

“No. Yes. I mean. You are amazing. It just that I got to witness a moment where I can’t help but be amazed.” Hyomin still trying to explain but failed.

Fany smiled her heart is beating so fast. Her heart is in great danger. It stopped then it is now beating so fast. She must consult a heart doctor. “It is one of these moments why Hyomin gets to capture her heart so easily.” She also can’t explain it but she likes it. Hyomin couldn’t stare back at her. Hyomin is looking down at her cup of coffee biting her lip. Fany can’t help but stare even more at the embarrassed Hyomin. She didn’t mind that Hyomin prefers to stare at her coffee.

There was an announcement that it was boarding time. They got up and was about to go on separate ways, Fany on to her flight to LA while Hyomin is on to her flight back to Korea. They stood up to bid their goodbyes.

Hyomin hugged Fany. “Thank you. Today was wonderful. I’m glad to see you.”

Fany hugged back. “Thank you. I am so happy to spend the day with you before my flight.”

They looked at each other still not letting go. “You are amazing” both said at the same time making them both laugh.

Back in Korea, Hyomin had her dance lessons with Gain. Yes, her private dance lessons with Gain still continue. This time they are driving into a different studio, JYP studio to be exact. Hyomin is familiar with this as she used to go here when she was a JYP trainee.

“Unnie what are we doing here?” Hyomin asked.

“I have an appointment here.” Gain answered.

“Do we need to reschedule the lesson?”

“Aniyo. I might need your help.”

“Huh?”

“You see Sunmi’s Gashina?”

“Neh…”

“I helped with the choreography especially with the part where it has to be y.”

“That’s your forte.”

Gain hummed at her student’s praise. “Sunmi is similar to you. She acts cute and funny but she has a hard time being y.”

“But she is hot. Her performances are hot.”

“It took a lot of time and practice.”

Gain was right. Hyomin is the y visual for T-ara and her concepts are y but it is totally not her character. She does not really know how to be intimate with someone and that is why she struggles. She remembered before that Narsha told her that she does not really know what y means and looks like and that her concept of iness is still innocent.

 Hyomin felt nervous. She has not met Sunmi in a while. She knew her back when she was a trainee but after that their paths haven’t crossed again. When they entered, they were greeted by the dancers. She recognized one particular dancer. “Yuri unnie!”

“Hyomin sunbae.”

“Ahh unnie, call me Hyomin.”

“You knew each other?” Gain asked.

“Neh, when I was a trainee. We practiced together.” Hyomin explained. Yuri on the other hand backed off a bit after being asked by Gain. Gain can be petite but her persona can be as big as the building.

But Hyomin being Hyomin still be friendly with her former colleague. “You are famous now. You earned a lot of fans.” Hyomin teased.

“Oh you’re here. Sorry for being late.” Sunmi said as soon as she entered the practice room.

“Aniyo. We just arrived. So are you sure about this?” Gain asked.

“Yeah. A lot of fans are requesting it and it is for my last performance. A good way to say goodbye right?” Sunmi said with a wide smile. She looked around and all the dancers greeted her including Hyomin.

Hyomin walked towards Sunmi and bowed. “Annyeong Sunbae.”

“Hyomin ah! It’s been a while!” Sunmi greeted back.

Hyomin blushed as she was happy that Sunmi remembered her. She respected Sunmi and Wonder Girls. She’s a huge fan. She was considered to be a part of the legendary group but things have better plans. She will always treasure that moment. Like how much she treasures T-ara and Queens.

Hyomin couldn’t look at Sunmi and was looking at the floor. Sunmi on the ther hand is looking at Hyomin. How much Hyomin had grown.

“She’s here to help.” Gain said trying to cut off the moment if it was even counted as a moment. “She’s my student. And like you she also has the same struggle as you.”

“Jinja? But T-ara has always has this y concept. You are T-ara’s y visual.”

“Ahh… thank you, Sunbae.” All Hyomin could say. She was happy that Sunmi knows about T-ara and her.

Sunmi couldn’t help but smile at the way Hyomin is.

“Hyo, Yuri will teach you the dance steps.” Gain said. Hyomin went to her former colleague and tried to learn the dance.

“Whatever you are thinking, stop it.” Gain warned Sunmi.

“What am I thinking?” Sunmi asked all smiling.

“Whatever” Gain ordered. “Let’s dance. Let’s show them how it will be done.”

Gain dances with Sunmi while the rest of the dancers and Hyomin watched in awe. Their performance was so hot. They switched parts. The female dancers will be dancing the male parts. They danced while Hyomin watched in the sidelines taking a video. They took a break and watched the performance.

“So this was the plan for the goodbye stage performance. Daebak.” Hyomin said in awe. Sunmi heard it. She had been observing the other idol since she walked in.

“Hyomin, didn’t you dance Trouble Maker with Jiyeon? That was daebak.” Yuri said to Hyomin which the other dancers agreed.

“Hyuna's Trouble Maker?” Sunmi asked. One of the dancers showed the clip video to Sunmi. “You’ve learned the dance?” Sunmi asked Hyomin to which Hyomin answered with a yes. “Good, then dance with us in the next practice song.”

“Thank you but…  Ah… I don’t want to intrude your practice.”

“I insist. You didn’t come here as Gain’s assistant. Take this as one of her lessons. Besides I asked for her help.”

“Thank you.”

Hyomin stood nervously at the side of the table while Sunmi was on her position. Sunmi will move towards her as if they were about to kiss. She watched the whole performance both male and female part and it was like a wave. Hyomin has done thousands of body waves and danced closely with male and female dancers but she didn’t know why she is this nervous.

Sunmi had a better plan in her mind. She knew the other girl was nervous but she also wanted to see what she got and why Gain has so much interest on her. On the first part, she danced her way towards Hyomin their faces were supposed to be inches apart but Sunmi being a teased inched closer to the other girl’s face. Hyomin was caught off guard and was unable to move. She stood there like a statue… a red faced statue. The music stopped but Sunmi didn’t move from her position, her face still dangerously close to Hyomin’s.

“Hyo, are you just going to stand there?” Gain asked waking Hyomin from her trance. She didn't like where this was going. Hyomin stood up straight apologized to Gain, to Sunmi and to the dancers. “Ok, we’ll start over.”

Again and again, Sunmi will get dangerously closer and closer to Hyomin’s face. Everytime the other girl would get to overcome it, Sunmi will get rather closer making the other a blushed statue.

Gain, seeing right into Sunmi's mind, decided to switch Hyomin’s  place with Yuri. Gain knew that Sunmi is being a teased andhaving fun with Hyomin. Hyomin apologized once again. “Hyomin, this time you have to be the dominant one, march to Sunmi.” Hyomin jumped and did her crazy dance to let go of her nerves. “Anytime now, Hyo. Ready. Set. Play.”

When it was Hyomin’s part, Hyomin marched right at Sunmi and stood in between her legs. Sunmi inched closer. But Hyomin stood still, well it was part of the dance for her to stood still. Hyomin missed the beat and they had to do it again. Hyomin was beyond embarrassed. She did her crazy dorky dance again to let go of her nerves. 

Sunmi watched on the side lines as Hyomin did her dorky dance. She finds the nervous Hyo adorable. She can't deny it but Hyomin is growing into her. She enjoys teasing the other girl. 

“Hyo, you can do this! Fighting!” She cheered herself. Instead of mimicking Yuri’s way of dancing, Hyomin danced her way. She marched right into Sunmi elegantly instead of dominantly but seductively and captivating. It was like the music stopped and all you can hear was Hyomin’s steps towards Sunmi. That was how Sunmi felt like it was her and Hyomin in the room. The dancers were also captivated. She marched towards Sunmi and stood in between her legs. She was close but she was no longer nervous or she has overcome it. Sunmi inched closer to Hyo but the girl didn’t falter instead matched her intimacy. They were able to finish the dance.

After the dance, Hyomin was back to her normal self. A nervous, dorky girl who is very exhausted. She succeeded! She landed on her back and laid there for a while.  Gain went out of the room to answer a call the other dancers went to take a break. Sunmi took this chance and went near Hyomin. She sat near Hyo and inched her face near Hyo’s.

“Breathe.” Sunmi said to the other girl who forgot to breathe. Hyomin can feel Sunmi’s breathe on her as the other girl’s face is above hers and dangerously close. “You’ll die if you don’t. You were danced amazingly earlier so how come you forgot to breathe now?”

“Mmmm…mianhe.” Hyomin said and looked away because she feels embarassed breathing on Sunmi.

“Hmmm…well you’ll switch part again. And I want you dance like earlier.” Sunmi winked and stood up leaving Hyo lying, staring into Sunmi unable to process what just happened. Sunmi walked into Gain and the dancers like nothing happened.

And so, they danced again with Hyomin doing the first part. This time she danced like before. She was elegantly seductive and Sunmi enjoyed it. They were extra intimate with their moves.

“Thank you, Sunbae for letting me practice with you. It was an honor. Thank you.” Hyomin bowed to Sunmi.

Sunmi smiled and hugged Hyomin. “Sunbae seems too formal. Call me Sunmi.” She whispered on the others ear. She then looked at the red faced Hyomin and winked. Throughout the whole practice, she really enjoyed being close to Hyomin.... dangerously close.

“Look, I wouldn’t go there if I were you.” Gain said to Sunmi after the blushing Hyomin ran to fan herself and drink loads of water.

“Afraid of competition?” Sunmi challenged.

“For starters, I am not. Second, I just want to let you know that most of Girl’s Generation are into her.” Gain said.

“Like you said they are a bunch of girls.” Sunmi said nonchalantly.

“Said by a Wonder Girls member.” Gain retorted.

“Look who’s talking… a former Brown Eyed Girl.”

After they left Sunmi asked to have copy of all the practice videos. They only uploaded the one without Hyomin or Gain. Sunmi kept on replaying the part where she dances with Hyomin. “Interesting.”
