The Yehet ProjectSehun and I were getting some coffee together on a beautiful Sunday morning. We stood beside each other in line, talking about the chem test that was coming up.
“Hi what can I get for you today?” the guy at the register’s eyes widened. “Im Yoojung?”
I gave him a weird look. “Um, yeah. Do I know you?”
“It’s me, Jonghyun!” he said excitedly. “From middle school? I tutored you in math.”
I thought about it. OHHHHH YEAAAAHHH. My first crush. Wow. This was awkward. But then again, Sehun didn’t know that I used to like this guy. Not that it mattered now anyways.
“Oh yeah I remember you,” I said.
“Yoojung you...you look amazing,” Jonghyun was saying now. “You’ve certainly grown up.”
“Thanks, Jonghyun,” I said. Kim Jonghyun seemed shorter to me now, and he had a faint stubble. His hair was also dyed blonde, similar to Sehun’s blonde hair.
“I’ll be on break in a couple of minutes, we can catch up,” Jonghyun replied.
Sehun cleared his throat.
“I’m sorry Jonghyun,” I said. “But I’m kind of with someone right now. Maybe another time if we bump into each other.”
Jonghyun eyed Sehun, who had been glaring at him this entire time. “Sure,” Jonghyun said, clearly disappointed. “Another time.”
After Sehun and I got our drinks, Sehun asked, “So who is that guy?”
“Some dude I used to know in middle school,” I answered. “No big deal.”
Sehun looked back at the coffee shop, wary. “I don’t have a good feeling about him.”
I grinned. “Awwwwhhh is someone jealous?”
“N-No,” Sehun said, biting the straw on his bubble tea drink. He’d insisted on bubble tea even though the cafe’s specialty was coffee. “I’m just not getting good vibes from him.”
“You don’t get good vibes from that guy and yet you get good vibes from Lee Hyeri?” I asked.
