The Unthinkable
The Yehet ProjectSchool ended and I was at my locker, putting my books away, when my locker suddenly slams shut, almost cutting off my hand.
“YAH.”
Daeun stood there angrily, one hand on my locker. “What did you do to Sehun?” she asked.
“I don’t know what you mean,” I claimed.
“Oh you know exactly what I mean,” Daeun barked. “For the past week Sehun has been ditching me to go play croquet with the preppies aka the minions and your best friend.”
“They are not minions,” I protested in fake innocence. “Chanyeol just serves as a more dominant person due to his height.”
“Shut up,” Daeun snapped. “He hasn’t been hanging out with me at all.”
Good.
“Well that’s too bad,” I said, biting my lip to hide a smile.
“Why are you even doing all of this anyway?”
“Hm?”
“Seriously,” Daeun said, crossing her arms. “You rejected him. You don’t like him or anything. So why are you so possessive about him? Don’t tell me you fell for him.”
She was speaking like my conscious, which was creepy as . But she had a point. What the hell was I doing?
When I got home, Yoona was reading some coming of age novel in the kitchen.
“What’s wrong Yoojung?” she asked me. “You looked confused.”
I sank into the couch, suddenly exhausted. “I am confused,” I mumbled
