CHAPTER 22 “morning”

They stayed still for more than three hours and only Leo seemed to have fallen asleep .

Ken and Hongbin only rested their eyes a little , while Hyuk couldn’t stay still and was up keeping an eye on the house and their surroundings to check if there was something moving but nothing.

While N has his head on his knee that he kept close to his chest without flinching.

Ravi couldn’t keep his eyes from Leo neck that was covered with bruise .

“nothing is happening nothing ”

“hyuk-ah why don’t you sit down a little” whispered Ken who was feeling drained from his energy

“The house thanks to the rain stopped to burn ….but…but”

“but WHAT ? do you hope that SOMEONE will come out from that house ?” growled Ravi who didn’t notice to have woken up Leo

“I’m sorry hyung how do you feel ??”

“My throat…..*cough*….. hurt ….*cough *……..like hell” replied Leo with his voice cracking a little and continuing to cough

Ravi patted Leo shoulder trying to make him feel better but he still felt a little useless and and little guilty , because if he wouldn’t have run like a coward his hyung wouldn’t be like this …

“what will we do ?” asked hongbin with some tears in the corner of his eyes

N lift his head from his knee “we will go to the road that the other guest took to go away”

“but..” tried to complain Ken

“it’s our only choice” said N firmly …. N thought a lot and even if he was still a little shaken he wanted to retake the control of the situation he was a leader after all and he had to take some action .

“sooner we move, sooner we will find help and ALL this will be only a bad dream” stated firmly the leader

”but what about Leo hyung ??”

“don’t worry i can carry Leo hyung on my back  ” offered Ravi making Hongbin relieved

“I can walk just fine…*cough*” Ravi was taken back by Leo sudden response and wanted to argue but he knew how his hyung could be headstrong and he how it was difficult to change his mind and it was neither the right place neither the right moment to argue. The six began the thread and luckily the rain had stopped to pour so it was easier to walk  .While walking no one spoke a words however they all hoped some of them would start a conversation, but nothing.  after 30 minute they finally arrived at the beginning of the road that was narrow and draughty.

 there were no guardrail no signal only mud. they were actually surprised that the guest that where in the house where so brave to cross this road with their cars. “what are we waiting for .. come on let’s go” continued N without looking back.

N didn’t seem to give any  sign of tiredness but he was. not only physically but also mentally… he wanted to  relive all his stress talking how he was scared and wanted to be comforted by someone but still he couldn’t act like  he was the only one suffering from it, the other also had a gun pointed at them and they actually all acted like a family, Leo protected him and Ravi Hongbin ken and Hyuk didn’t lost hope and even if the fire was menacing them they actually continued to pour water without thinking at their own safety putting leo and his life before theirs…  he was actually proud of his donseng ….. “how much do we still have to walk I’m tired and hungry why did we have to walk this far when there is still a lot still to pass through” and here is ken making N regret what he just thought

“YAH you are not the only one and if you didn’t want to come with us you could have stayed there hoping for a miracle to happen”  talked back hongbin

“maybe I should have at least I wouldn’t be here listening to your bull” retorted ken

“what bull ???”

“come one  I know you are tired but don’t fight at least wait till we find someone to ask for help , like we did when we had the car accident” tried ravi hoping to help

“WOW THE GENIUS JUST…” “HONGBIN AH” shouted Leo making the other stop before he could say something that he would regret later on.

Hongbin zipped his mouth and fastened his pace to be in the right front walking without sparing any word or glance. N didn’t notice before but every time that they were under stress Hongbin and Ken where the first to attack each other , the leader could only sigh thinking that all this trip was made to make them more unite but here they are arguing with each other

“they will probably make up soon ” whispered Leo that seemed to know what was passing in N’s mind .

“the company will probably deal with all this so that our name will not be brought up in article that could put down our group” he continued.

N seemed to get that Leo was tryng to distract him from his tought in some kind of way ….well leo’s way.

“what about we make a bet if they make up before we find someone you’ll pay for our next dinner” “gopchang?!!” bounced Hyuk

“why not” grinned leo smirking a bit

“but I don’t like gopchang” ……and it was actually working.
