Sleepless nights.

Troubled mind.

Unsettled mood.

Restive conscience.

For three nights, that’s what bothers Donghae. He almost cannot focus on his work. He still confused and didn’t know what to do. Even so, he tried to call Jessica, but no answer. He decided to send her a voice mail.

“Hubby, why you didn’t pick up the phone? Anyway, let’s meet at the coffee shop, 7pm. I’m ready to tell you what you want to know.”

‘This time, I will not be a coward.

She has to know.

Whatever its consequences,

I’m ready to accept with all my heart.’

Missing nights.

Feeling alone and lonely.

Tired of crying.

Hoping to be okay.

Jessica endured her bereavement for Donghae. She strengthened herself even without him for awhile. She knew it’s harder for both of them. But she must do it.

While alone in her room and thinking, her phone beeps. She saw a voice mail message coming from Donghae. She pressed the button and listen to it.

“Hubby, why you didn’t pick up the phone? Anyway, let’s meet at the coffee shop, 7pm. I’m ready to tell you what you want to know.”

She was stunned from what she heard. She felt the quick pulse of her heart.

“Donghae already made up his mind.” She mumbled out of the blue.

‘Why I’m feeling so nervous?

Is there a bad thing to happen?

God, I pray this time it’ll not hurt.

Protect our hearts from further pain.’
