She sunk further down in her seat as she glanced out the window. She couldn't face him, not right now. "I don't know..."

"That's not an excuse. I want to hear from YOU why you did that. The principal informed me that you had said the same thing to him, but i know you, Dara, so what is the reason you did it?"

"I don't know" She whispered as tears rolled down her cheeks. "I don't know why i did it! I lost control over my own body, it was like my fist was having a life on its own! I'm sorry i did it, i know it was stupid and i wish i could take it back!" She continued to sob as she put her face in her hands, quietly crying.

Youngbae sighed and rubbed her back. "You can't do that. The most important rule in the boxing ring is to never lose control of your body. You have to stay focused and not let your fists take over your life. Doing that, you will end up losing, even if you win. It's like cheating, and the match wouldn't be fair".

She looked up at him, using her sleeves to wipe her tears. "But... this isn't a match".

Finally he gave her a smile. "It doesn't matter what it is, you have to have a clear mind if you're going into a fight. It's a rookie mistake what you did today" She nodded as she leaned back in the seat, softly biting her lip.

"Are you angry at me?"

He smiled and shook his head. "No. I'm disappointed, yes, but not angry. You were free from detention as well, seeing as this was your first time doing something wrong. But you have to apologize to the guy tomorrow, alright?"

She nodded. She was planning on doing that tomorrow anyway, so he didn't really need to tell her. "Do we have to tell Bom about this?"

He smiled and shook his head. "I think this should stay between us. We've fixed it now, so it's all good" He stuck the key in the ignition and started the car, backing out of the parking lot as he headed towards where he worked. "So is it true that the boy started bleeding?" He smirked at her as he raised an eyebrow.

She giggled and nodded. "Yes. In the nose".

"And? Your hand? How is it?" She lifted her fist in front of his face. He glanced at it before moving his eyes up to the road again, nodding as she pulled her fist back. "Not a single bruise. Very good, young grasshopper".

She smiled at the compliment she had gotten. If Bom had heard him speak this way to her, she would have hit him. She watched as Youngbae pulled up to the parking lot, in front of the gym where he worked. He took the seatbelt off and so did she. She couldn't get faster out of the car and Youngbae h
