Jungkook's POV

Where was I? What was this feeling? My body was hot, as if it was burning yet I felt numb. I wished I could feel my body as I moved my fingers, but i didn't. I was lost in darkness, numb but still feeling the burning of my body. 

"Jungkook."

That was no doubt Hye Ri. I could recognize her melodic voice anywhere. I tried moving once again, desperate to find her in the darkness. I felt her hand grasp mine, and I sighed in relief, knowing she was there with me. Opening my eyes, I blinked, trying to blink the bloody-red away from my sight, but yet, it wouldn't fade. 

"Oh, my..."

Slowly, but surely, I was able to blink the red away, and I could finally see what was in front of me. Looking up from the ground, I stared at Hye Ri, blinking. Man, it was weird, but I could grow use to it. It was if I was looking through a pair of other eyes, a predator's eyes. Everything seemed to catch everything in one glance as if zooming out and in like a camera. I could catch everything, and by that I meant everything. Even the small insect on the tree that stood at least ten feet away. 

"Uhm, it might look a bit weird at first, but you'll get used to it. Just try to be careful... and calm." Hye Ri said softly as she scratched the back of her head. I tried opening my mouth to say something, but not a word or sound came out. Cocking my head to the side, I then looked down on myself, furrowing my eyebrows. My clothes were still on. I only hoped my face wasn't disoriented. Reaching up for my hair, I would guess my hair also was normal. However, as soon as my hands landed don my lap, my eyes widened. Every vein in my hands and up to my elbows glowed red. Looking up at her in panic, I showed her my hands.

"U-Uh, yeah. We should probably find Taehyung oppa." she stuttered as she gulped and bit her lower-lip. Standing up, she took my hand to which I quickly pulled it back and away from her, afraid that I would somehow do something to her with my veins glowing up. Smiling, she grabbed my hand again. 

"It's okay. It happens all the time. Now, let's find my brother." she said reassuringly as she helped me up to my feet. As I stood up, I felt something slightly weight me back as I moved, and I was quick to whip my head back only to widen my eyes because , I had wings. As I gasped to my huge, black, feathery wings, Hye Ri stopped to look at me with a smile and crossed arms. , they were soft. 

"They're beautiful, right?" she asked with a grin, and I nodded, still in daze because , they were stuck to my back. Chuckling, she grabbed my hands again, her grin spreading wider, "Wait until you get to use them!"

Eyes widened, I opened my mouth to say something, but she was quick to spread her wings out, her eyes flashing red before we were pulled off the ground. 

Hye Ri's POV

Chuckling, I watched as Jungkook had a heard time trying to steady himself as we flew against the wind. I held onto his hand tightly, making sure he wouldn't fall and plummet down to his death. 

"Spread your wings out." I said, watching as his eyes widened. He blinked, confused as what to do. As the wind picked up on its pace, he was harshly thrown around, letting out a yelp as he almost lost the grip on my hand. 

"Spread you wings out." I repeated, my eyes still looking around for my brother.
