-Perfect title indeed! I can't think of any more fitting title to your fic (or maybe I'm just really not that creative in putting titles HAHAH! XD) And I mean, the title is very attractive itself. I don't know, titles that have "dear" or words something like that are very interesting title-wise. Lastly, the whole plot revolve around Seohyun's letter to Sehun. :)))

Storyline: 18/20

-The whole storyline is very beautiful! I know I've been meaning to read angst fics but that doesn't mean that I can't appreciate something fluffy and adorable, like your fic. I actually am grateful since 4/5 of the fics is very very depressing. And of all the four non-angst fics, this has the most established storyline. 

Grammar: 25/25

-Perfect! It is really smooth! And you don't really have to use grand words just to get a perfect score. Your words are simple and very understandable to all readers. What's important is that you have consistent usage of past tense and perfect subject-verb agreement :) Plus, the tone of your words are very much appropriate to a lively and comical fic!

Flow of Story: 30/30

-From the very start where our Seohyun's hesitant of her action to the very last where Sehun implies that he knows about Seohyun and her letter---everything's just really perfect! It isn't really that fast because you are able to show why Seohyun writes him a letter, how she ends up making a fool out of herself until she realizes that she hasn't included her name on the letter. Then there's Sehun who follows her, apparently, for their activity in school. And by his small actions, the readers can actually infer that he's trying to warm up and show Seohyun that he has found out. Indeed, the story flows in a way that I feel complete at the end. :)
