Virtual Prizes

-Communicating with the three of us in regards to the claiming of prizes will only be available through PRIVATE MESSAGES. With all due respect, we won't  be accepting any other form of approach.

-Also, we will only give a week or two for the winners to claim their prizes. Unless a notice with an important reason will be given to either the three of us, we won't be giving the prizes anymore. 

1.) Upvoting 

-We will upvote any story you want us to upvote. 

-One may ask the three of us to upvote different stories. For example, an author has three stories; stories A, B and C. The author may ask layseokris to upvote story A, ask immakpoploverable to upvote story B and glamzchic to upvote story C instead. 

-One may ask to upvote a story that's not hers. For example, the winner has only a total of ten stories but the prize is up to thirteen upvotes. She can send us a story link that's not hers (either her favorite story's link or a story link from a friend who's in-need of an upvote).

2.) Subscribing 

-We will subscribe any story you want us to subscribe. 

-One may also ask the three of us to subscribe on different stories.

-One may also ask to subscribe a story that's not hers.

-This prize is only available for the top seven winners.

3.) Collection 

-The grand winner has only the privilege for this prize. She will be the one in-charge for the decision of characters/couples/genres/plots/prompts while layseokris will do the work.

-The collection can be either songfic/iPod Shuffle, oneshot/twoshot or even a variety of them. No more than 10 chapters though.

-If the author wanted a full-length story instead, layseokris will also gladly work on that (with only a maximum of 10 chapters).

4.) Oneshot/Twoshot/Threeshot Request

-The winners will be the ones in-charge for the characters/settings/plots of the fics. Again, layseokris will only do the work-details must be from the authors who have won.

-Available only for the top three winners. 

5.) Poster/Graphic 

-First of all, one can only contact immakpoploverable. After all, she'll be the one editing the requests. 

-Available only for the top three winners.

-The author who will request must provide her own pictures (unless Aida herself stated that she has more suitable images :D ). 

6.) Promotion 

-We will promote the winning stories through blog posts here in aff, through posts in tumblr and through tweets in twitter. Although the three of us didn't have that much followers, but our accounts can all be actually seen in public. Also, we will individually tweet the winning stories with the hashtag #asianfanfics.

-Only the top three winners can choose whether to promote their winning story or any other thread/blog/fic. For example, the grand winner chooses not to promote her winning story. Rather, she wants us to promote her other fic-we will allow such special treatments for the three of them.  

-Lastly, the top three will be promoted through blog posts and through some story updates (here in aff). Meanwhile, the fourth upto seventh winners can only choose whether through blog posts or through some story updates (here in aff). Promotion in tumblr and twitter will be the same for every winner though.

7.) Karma Points 

-The first-place winner, second-place winner and 10 runners-up must conatct layseokris. While the third-place, fourth-place, fifth-place, sixth-place and seventh-place winners must contact glamzchic. 

-Before getting your points, one must show her karma points. After that, we'll immediately send the karma points and re-check if we have successfully given them to the winners. In that way, there will be no complications.
