CHAPTER 13- THAT DOG

SULLI'S POV

I woke up at around 7 in the morning, I just can't get back to sleep again. Maybe because I need to adopt to this new place, or maybe because of what happened last night.

When Minho kissed me during the presscon, it caused me a week before I got over it…. but what happened last night, maybe a year may pass but it would remain fresh in my mind… did we just… Make out?!

I know Minho is just testing me, testing me if until where can I endure his presence and I won't let him win over me this time. I don't want him to think that because of his kiss, I'll fall for his tricks immediately, I won't… I… won't. Sigh.

Enough! Sulli you're making a big deal out of it! Ugggh!!

END OF POV

Sulli cursed herself as she got out of her bed. She immediately had a shower and changed into her casual clothes, she didn't bother to look at her phone nor her ipad for any messages or schedule since she know that she'll just have a hard time reading those.

Sulli went to her terrace, her room was facing the back part of the house. She was surprised to see a family sized pool, but what surprised her more was the mini playground for kids.

'Isn't it too early for that?' she thought.

Sulli then went out of her room to explore the house. She checked on the room next to Minho's room, it was baby's nursery. She couldn't help but smile and imagine a baby sleeping in such a wonderful place. It was fully decorated and there were a lot of toys around, the crib was so cute and preppy.

Sulli then went to the next room, it was a two bed guest room. As she entered the room she saw a glass door revealing the extension of the guest room where you can see another 2 queen size bed.

Sulli's next stop was their  master's bedroom. She was surprised to see the bed, it doesn't look like a queen size bed neither a king size bed, Sulli thinks that it was actually intended to be made for them. The room was so wide, Sulli saw three doors inside it. One was the bathroom and the two were walk in closet. Sulli noticed that her clothes wasn't their yet, only Minho's clothes was placed there.

Sulli then went to the third floor. She saw the full equipped fitness room, she then remembered the f(x) girls talking about how strict Minho was when it comes to his body. Sulli then saw a mini library, music/rehearsal room, entertainment room  and what surprised her more was the last room on the third floor.

"Wow, how did this things end up here?" Sulli was surprised to see her works. Aside from styling, Sulli was into fashion designing and photography. The room was filled with her designs and some photographs she got when she comes on tour together with the artists that she worked with in Hollywood.

Sulli went downstairs, now she saw how fancy their living room was, they even have a grand staircase which she failed to notice since she was so into how Minho was carrying her. She went to the kitchen and noticed that there wasn't any servants nor people around.

'Is it just the two of us here?' Sulli thought.

Feeling hungry, Sulli decided to cook for breakfast.

Instead of some Korean food, she decided to cook food that are cooked for breakfast in America. Good thing that they were available in their fridge since until now, she's not used to eat breakfast with rice.

Sulli kept on reminding herself to act as if nothing happened last night, there was NOTHING.

Sulli then heard footsteps coming from the stairs, she was sure that it was Minho. He went directly to the kitchen and was surprised to see Sulli in the kitchen.

"Up so early?" He asked as he went to the fridge to drink some water.

"Yes, I made breakfast too." Sulli replied trying to be casual.

Minho then went to the kitchen counter where Sulli placed the food, she decided to just put it there rather than put it in the dining table where it would be just the two of them.

"Sandwich for breakfast?" Minho couldn't help but ask.

"I'm not used to eat rice in the morning, I'm still used to eat the American way so if you don't want to eat this you can just cook you own." Sulli replied as she started eating. She then saw Minho got the sandwich and started eating.

"It's not that bad, I'll just consider this as a snacks and eat some proper breakfast later." Minho said while eating the sandwich.

"Whatever, your choice." Sulli replied.

There was an awkward silence.

"Ugh, I explored the house." Sulli wanted to break the ice since she felt awkward with the silence that invaded them.

"So, what do you think?" Minho asked.

"It's fancy and big… where did you get this house?" Sulli couldn't help but ask. The wedding costs a fortune and now this house costs a fortune too.

"You don't need to ask, just enjoy what you are seeing." Minho replied blankly. Sulli just rolled her eyes, she was expecting him to answer that way.

"About the room that I saw in the third floor-"

"Which room?"

"The room with my works… how… how did you got those?" Sulli asked.

"I asked Sean about his suggestion for that room intended for you since I got the music and rehearsal room, he suggested that so I let him do what he wants." Minho replied. Sulli just nodded.

Minho finished his sandwich and was about to get some water when Sulli spoke.

"Don't we have any servants here? Driver?"

"Servants will come when we're not around, the driver is just one call away, they live in the house next to us, I asked Jin to orient them saying that we want to have some privacy and want to practice simple living when we're here." Minho replied.

'Another house?! I wonder how rich is this guy.' Sulli thought.

"The servants, drivers and gardener that we have came from a family, they have shown full loyalty to my family before so it would just be fair if I give them the thing that they wanted the most since they've started working." Minho explained since he has sensed Sulli's questioning look.

"Okay." Sulli replied.

"I'm going, I still have a rehearsal to attend, do you have a schedule to attend?" Minho asked.

"I don't know, I'll just check it later, why?" Sulli replied.

"Just go to the broadcast station later." Minho said.

"But why do I have to? Can't I just stay here?" Sulli asked.

"You'll meet our big bosses." Minho replied.

"But I've met them already." Sulli didn't want to go if she'll have a free schedule that day, all she wanted to do was to take some rest and hello, it's not even a day after their so-called wedding.

"You just met Ms. Kim's unit where you're working at, not the bosses of the entire station." Minho was obviously getting irritated with Sulli's question.

"But why do they have to meet me?" Sulli again asked. Minho took a deep breath, trying to prolong his patience.

"What do you think would be reason why would they want to meet you aside from being my wife?" Minho asked. Sulli got it, it's because of her work. It's true, she have met the 'bosses' on Ms. Kim's unit where she's assigned to be their official stylist but she haven't met the big bosses yet, even the other idols that does not belong to Ms. Kim's unit.

"Fine, I'll go." Sulli didn't have a choice, she also wanted to meet those bosses too.

"Okay, I'll get ready." Minho replied and went upstairs.

Sulli decided to wash the dishes that they used and stayed at the living room, reading some fashion magazine.

Sulli was so fascinated by the different models in the magazine thinking of how could she improve their style when she suddenly heard a bark. She didn't know that there was a dog there. She immediately stood up and looked for the dog that barked which led her to the garden. She was surprised when the dog ran towards her. She immediately squatted to go with the dog's level. It was so fluffy and Sulli thinks that it was a Samoyed.

"Hi little cutie." Sulli said as she ruffles the dog's feather.

"So you've met my pet." Minho's voice made Sulli stand up and face him.

"He's your pet?"

"Obviously, he's in my house." Minho replied, sarcastically.

"Whatever, what's his name?" Sulli asked.

"He's Sangchu." Minho replied.

 Sulli immediately squatted and ruffled the dog's fur.

"Hi Sangchu, I'm Sulli." she introduced herself as the dog was looking at her intently as if getting what she was talking about. She was surprised when Sangchu offered one of his hand as if asking for a handshake. Sulli immediately got his hand and made a short handshake with him.

"Bright dog." Sulli complimented.

"Well, that goes as well with the owner." Minho replied with a chuckle.

"I don't think so." Sulli replied as she raised one brow.

"Think whatever you like, I'm going, don't forget to be there! And if people will ask you if why are we on work even if the wedding has just ended, just tell them that we're professional enough to finish what we’ve committed to, just tell them that we're not planning to have honeymoon stuffs at this time." Minho said. Sulli just rolled her eyes and nodded, Minho then went directly out of the house. As far as Sulli can remember last night, the gate was an automatic one and she even thinks that she saw some security guards so she didn't bother to check unto him.

'What a great storymaker.' Sulli thought as she left Sangchu and went inside the house.

Minho called his driver to drive him to the station, he don't think that he was in the right condition to drive. He was still tired but he decided to just attend the rehearsal for the day even though Onew told him that he could just skip it and take some rest.

Minho was leaning his head over the seat. He couldn't even think straight.

From the wedding…. he didn't expect the wedding to be at solemn, he must admit, he even got carried away by it.

The 'thing' that happened in the car, he couldn't take it off his head the whole reception. He couldn't think of a reason why did he lost his control over Sulli's tempting lips that time.

And the 'thing' that 'almost' happened in his room. He even thought that he wasn't going to get any sleep after that happened. He lost it again, he lost the control over Sulli. He just can't understand the reason why does she have to look so pure and innocent infront of him… and her scent, it just drives him crazy. Every time he gets near her and he would smell her scent, it just makes him control himself from getting near her more, he even gets tempted to hug her… all he just do was to gulp hard thinking that it would make him control himself.

During the pre-nuptial he eventually had the chance to put his guards down since cameras were everywhere, he knows Sulli can't complain on whatever he'll do since he was on the lead. That's the reason why he acted all lovey-dovey to her… because of her.. SCENT.

Sulli arrived in the broadcast station, she actually got a schedule and that is to check on the f(x)'s set of outfit to bring for a 3 part show in Jakarta.

Sulli was busy checking on her bag, she didn't bother to get her sunglasses since she decided to take a cab instead of driving.

"Mrs. Choi." she was surprised when someone called her from behind. She wanted to ignore that person but then she thought that she just addressed her right, 'Mrs.'

Sulli then turned her back and faced the one that called her, she immediately removed her sunglasses.

"Hi." Sulli said with a smile.

"It's nice to finally meet you Mrs. Choi, call me Yoona." the girl introduced herself to Sulli.

Sulli knows her, she knows that she was the girl that Minho was talking to during the night that her world turned into upside down.

"Hi, just call me Sulli, Mrs. Choi is too formal." Sulli said as she made a handshake with her.

"Want to grab some coffee?" Yoona asked sweetly. Sulli bit her lips and checked on her watch.

"I...could spare some time." Sulli replied. She didn't want to reject her offer.

"Let's go." Yoona led the way to the broadcast station's coffee shop.

"So how's the married life going? The wedding has just concluded yet you and Minho are already working." Yoona started the conversation.

"Well its doing well, with regards to that, me and Minho had always wanted to become professional so we've decided to fulfill all our commitments." Sulli replied.

"Oh, I forgot to congratulate you on your wedding." Yoona said with a smile.

"Thank you, I saw you during the wedding but I didn't saw you during the reception." Sulli replied.

"I needed to do something urgent…" Yoona again, smiled. But Sulli seemed to think a bit off with the smile that Yoona was actually showing her.

"I heard you and Minho is pretty close." Sulli changed the subject.

"Yeah, very close. Among our members, I'm the closest to Minho, I know a lot of things about him, how about you?" Yoona asked with a change of tone which made Sulli to build some guards up.

"What do you mean? Ofcourse I know a lot of things about him, he's my husband… and we were even in a relationship." Sulli replied using the same tone Yoona used.

"Relationship, huh… That dog." Yoon started which made Sulli raise a brow.

"Huh?"

"The dog you were with this morning, his name is Sangchu, me and Minho consider him as our baby." Yoona's statement made Sulli gulp but she maintained her poker face over her. She knew it, their conversation wasn't something like a casual one.

"How did you know about me and Sangchu?" Sulli managed to ask.

"They were right, you're not very open to media and social networking sites, you should create one too." Yoona replied as she stood up.

"It was nice talking to you Sulli, I hope you had a great time." Yoona said as she bid goodbye.

Sulli didn't know how to react, it seemed like there were puzzle pieces that she needed to solve.

'She sounds strange, that night that she was with Minho, they were fighting over something… and now she's into that so called relationship.. Sangchu being their baby… this is strange.' Sulli thought. She wanted to ask Minho but she was sure that he wouldn't answer her.

"Sulli you're here!" her thoughts were brought back to reality when someone called her, it was Key. She immediately stood up.

"Hi Key!" She greeted.

"You're here! Are you here for work or to visit your hubby?" Key asked in a teasing tone.

"Can I answer both?" Sulli replied with a smile.

"Oooohhh… it seems like the honeymoon period is starting over." Key continued to tease.

"Cut it there Kibum, we still got a lot of commitment to fulfill, you're green." Sulli replied as she made a face.

"No I'm not. Aish just go with me, we're having our rehearsal in the practice room." Key offered as he got his drink from the counter.

While they were walking towards the practice room, Sulli couldn't stop thinking about Yoona…. well Yoona and Minho actually.

"You seemed space out, do you have a problem?" Key asked as he noticed Sulli's silence.

"aah, no, I'm just thinking about something." Sulli replied with a smile.

"You can talk to me you know, I may have a character but you can trust me to keep something." Key knows something was bother Sulli. Being an oh-so-awesome friend to Minho, he thinks that he should help his wife too.

"Uhm, don't tell Minho that I'm asking you this okay." Sulli gave up, she was just so curious.

"I knew it, you were thinking about him." Key teased.

"No I'm not… ugh.. anyway, promise me first." Sulli countered.

"I promise, what is it Mrs. Choi?" Key asked as he raised his right hand to swear.

"Minho and Yoona." Sulli started.

"What's with them?" Key asked.

"Are they in a relationship? I mean deeper relationship than what we're seeing in the television?" Sulli asked as she sighed.

"So Mrs. Choi is jealous?" Key teased.

"No I'm not… I'm just… curious." Sulli replied.

"Owwwkaayy… since you said it, I'll believe it." Key replied still in a teasing tone.

"Urgh, fine, just don't answer it." Sulli gave up.

"Aiiggggooo, Mrs. Choi is mad… okay then let me answer your question, Minho and Yoona, they're pretty close. Actually, before the time that we met you and Minho introduced you to the media, we thought he was having a relationship with Yoona… they're just TOO close… if you get what I mean?" Key explained as he even gave emphasis to 'Too'.

Sulli nodded as she again, tried to solve the puzzle pieces in her head.

"Mrs. Choi do you still have any question?" Key asked.

"No I have none, thanks for answering Key… and don't put malice over it, I was just curious… and remember to keep your promise." Sulli replied with a smile.

"Trust me Mrs. Choi… and don't get jealous, you're his wife now." Key replied with an assuring smile.

"I said I'm not-"

"Jealous, okay if you say so.. we're here." Key replied with a chuckle as they stopped infront of the Shinee practice room.

and again, hooray for me for actually finishing this chapter. Waaaaah! I didn't expect to write this chapter in 30 minutes, ideas were just pouring in.. so yeah that's it. hahaha!
