There is a scene in which the models have to pose in underwear, as well as do a photoshoot with another model. However, no s are exposed, except for the buttocks, and it is important to note that the pairing photoshoot is not a symbol of homouality, it is common in Korea for men to shower together, and that was the scenario trying to be achieved.

There are several violent and grotesque images in this fanfiction.

Five corpses are brutally murdered; by being tied with barbed wire, having objects stuffed around their bodies, decapitation, mummification, throat slitting, as well as one who has a knife stuck in his throat.

Several bloody corpses are lying around in a subway.

The ending is probably the most graphic and gory of all.

A model, who harasses the protagonist is seen walking on the runway covered in blood, at occasions holding knives or having part of his skin torn off exposing the bones and insides underneath. The same model morphs into a parrot and feathers blow off his head until his head is reduced to a mere skull. This may be very stomach turning for viewers.
