It was just a casual day in SMILE’s dorm until…
“PEACH YOU !!!”
“Tessa what did I tell you about playing Mario Party at 4 in the morning…” Mika said while walking to the kitchen
“What are you talking about? I’m right here” Tessa said from the fridge
Mika just stared at her for a moment… “If you’re here… then who’s playing-“
“LEAVE ME ALONE!!!”
“This is just a shot in the dark but I’m guessing that Peach got a hidden block and saw boo to steal a star from you and Wario landed on Chance Time and made you give you stars to Peach” Tessa thoroughly guessed
“That would be correct…” Minkyu sulked
“Minkyu, you’ve been around Tessa for too long” Mika commented
“Whose bright idea was it to play with both Wario and Peach?” Tessa asked out of the blue

Later that morning, the members of SMILE were in the middle of their schedules. During Strong Heart, Lola’s brother made an appearance.
After the show, they got to spend a little time with Taylor and he also got to meet some of the members of SMILE.
“It’s really nice to meet you Taylor” Jenny said
“It’s nice to meet you, too” he smiled
“Are you enjoying your summer?” Sohee asked
He nodded his head in response, “Would it be alright if I ate dinner with you guys?”
“You just want to meet the rest of the members, don’t ya?” Lola teasingly asked
“I guess you could say that…” Taylor smirked

“I love your little brother~” Koro told Lola
“I don’t think anyone who’s met him hasn’t said that” Lola laughed
“Does he have any special skills?” Lani asked
“I know he can tut but he’s a real expert on finger tutting” Lola said and looked at Tessa
“Hey guys watch this” Taylor said from the kitchen table

Tessa hit the play button on her ipod and the music played and they did their thing.
“You guys are awesome” Koro complimented
“We just came up with that in half an hour” Tessa mentioned

It was now 2am but the phone went off, since Jenny was waiting for Tessa to get home from her schedules, she answered the phone.
“Yeoboseyo?” Jenny greeted
“Yeoboseyo? Is this SMILE’s dorm?” a lady asked
“Yes, this is the place” Jenny answered
“Is Tessa awake by any chance?” the lady asked again
By that time, Tessa walked through the door. “Yeah, she just walked through the door” Jenny said as she handed the phone to Tessa
“Yo~” Tessa greeted
“Tessa,” the lady started out and Tessa knew who it was by her voice and by the way she sounded… this was really important

“Where’s Tessa-unni?” Sohee asked
“She went to the SM building for a while” Jenny replied and so far, she’s the only other member that knows what that phone call was about
“Hey guys” Tessa said quietly when she walked through the door
“What’s wrong?” Tiffannii asked
“It’s kind of hard to say this but… my grandma passed away yesterday” Tessa said while tearing up
All of the girls went in for a group hug, “When’s the funeral?” Jenny asked
“This weekend, so I’ll be gone for a while” Tessa said and continued to cry some more
“Let’s help her pack” Jinyo suggested

i know it's been a while before i updated but i had something come up and what happened at the end of the chapter was true... my grandma did pass away Sunday
on the brighter side, i will be getting my drawing pens soon... so more illustrations!!
