“Does anybody know where Tiffannii is?” Jenny asked

 

“She’s out shopping with Heechul” Tessa replied

 

“I see…” Jenny mumbled

 

“By the way, have you gotten a present for our maknae?” Tessa asked

 

“Yes I have, and I think the only one that hasn’t gotten a present for her is you” Jenny told her

 

“I only need one thing and I plan on getting that today” Tessa smirked

 

At that time, Jinyo walked in the room and when she caught a look at Tessa…

 

“Jinyo~ come with me~”

“I really don’t get why you’re dragging me along” Jinyo muttered

 

“Well you know how I don’t like to be alone in a strange place” Tessa pouted

 

Jinyo released a sigh and started looking for what Tessa needed for her present for Sohee. When they finally found it, they somehow ran into Heechul and Tiffannii.

 

“Hey guys” Tiffannii greeted

 

“Are you guys going to head home?” Jinyo asked

 

“Yeah, why?” Tiffannii replied

 

“Can you take this with you? Just hide it in our room when you get home.” Tessa instructed as she handed her the bag

 

“No problem” Tiffannii smiled and she left with Heechul carrying all of her shopping bags

 

“I’m liking the whole ‘personal genie’ thing” Jinyo commented

 

“Me too” Tessa sighed

 

They went to a few more stores but after the third store they went to…

 

“Aren’t those two members of that new girl group from SM?” a guy #1 asked

 

“Yeah, Jinyo and Tessa to be exact” guy #2 replied

 

Guy #3 smirked, “You are right indeed. Joo Hyun Jin, stage name: Jinyo, 170cm 56kg, favorite music genre: R&B and Soul, genre of book: action, fantasy, and romance, loves wolves, she used to be a background dancer for 2ne1 but she never dance for them again because she punched a male background dancer” the other two guys just stared at him, “Tessa Jayne Shin, as they would say in America, 161cm 63kg, favorite music genre: Hip hop and Jazz, Korean name: Shin Taesung, former member of Japanese girl group, Heart n’ Soul, she tends to be jealous of the other members because they can play guitar, piano, violin, etc.”

 

“You are a super fanboy” guy #1 facepalmed

 

“Why are we just standing here?” guy #2 asked

 

“LOOK EVERYBODY, IT’S TESSA AND JINYO OF SMILE!!!!!!”

 

Tessa and Jinyo looked at whoever yelled that and made a break for it.

 

“Has this ever happen to you in Japan?” Jinyo asked Tessa while they were running

 

“Nope, I was never allowed to leave the dorm” Tessa replied

 

“No wonder you left Heart n’ Soul” Jinyo commented

 

“That wasn’t the only reason” Tessa said then she looked back and saw a bunch of fanboys chasing them

 

“Know any shortcuts?”

 

Jinyo had a “leap before you think” moment and used her break dancing skills to hop over a brick wall. It took her a few seconds after she hopped over the wall to realize Tessa can’t do what she just did.

 

“Why do you have to be so cool?” Tessa pouted

 

“Miahne Tessa~” Jinyo sheepishly replied

 

Tessa took a few seconds to scan her surroundings and formulated a “Master Plan”

“Jinyo-unni, you’re home” Sohee greeted

 

Jinyo couldn’t say anything because she was panting so much.

 

“What did you do, run a mile?” Lani asked

 

“I think *pant* I ran *pant* a hell of a lot more *pant* than a mile” Jinyo replied

 

“Did you get chased by fans or something?” Lani jokingly asked

 

“As a matter of fact, we did get chased by fans” Jinyo glared at her

 

“Where’s Tessa-unni?” Sohee asked

 

“Thanks to my awesomeness,” Jinyo started sarcastically, “I left her behind while we were being chased”

 

“YOU LEFT HER BEHIND?!?!?!?!?!” Lani and Sohee shouted

 

“It was a ‘Leap before you think’ moment” Jinyo defended

“Who wants take out?” Zico asked everyone

 

“ME~” everyone shouted at once

 

“Ok then, I’ll go order that right now” Zico said and grabbed the phone

 

“Just a random question, but what do you think of that ten member girl group that debuted back in March?” Jihoon asked Taeil

 

“You mean SMILE? Well they aren’t like any other girl groups I can tell you that” Taeil replied

 

“What are you talking about?” Jaehyo interrupted

 

“So, who’s your favorite member of SMILE?” Jihoon asked everyone

 

“I would have to say K.g.b” Taeil answered

 

“Hmm… Lola for me” Kyung said

 

“Jenny Lee” Zico answered

 

“My answer’s Koro” Jihoon added

 

“Anni for me” U-Kwon said

 

“What about you guys?” Jihoon looked at Jaehyo and Minhyuk

 

“Tessa” the both said and shot each other a glare

 

As if they were psychic, there was a crash by their air vent followed by a loud grunt.

 

U-Kwon screamed like a girl and jumped into Minhyuk’s arms. “Pansy” Minhyuk muttered and dropped him on the floor

 

“Guys you should check this out” Zico said motioning the guys to go near the air vent

 

“Is that really her?” Jihoon asked

 

“Yes it’s really me. Now if you can help me up, that would be fantastic” Tessa replied glaring at them from the floor

 

In one swift move, Minhyuk picked her up bridal style and brought her over to the living room.

 

“Minhyuk, playa, playa~” Zico and Kyung chanted

 

Minhyuk just rolled his eyes and dropped Tessa on the couch. “Minhyuk, that is no way to treat a lady” Jaehyo scolded

 

While Minhyuk and Jaehyo were arguing, Jihoon sat next to Tessa and started talking to her.

 

“So why do you look beat up?” he asked

 

“Jinyo and I were chased by fanboys and Jinyo decided to be cool and hop over a brick wall like it was nothing leaving me behind. So I decided to formulate a master plan to get away from said fanboys. I took several different paths hoping to confuse them but my luck only lasted me a few minutes but thanks to my quick thinking, I found an air vent and crawled through it and here I am” Tessa said all in one breath, “And that was my day in a nutshell”

 

“Your day was a lot more eventful than mine” Jihoon sighed

 

“You’re lucky you don’t have to come up with a last minute master plan all the time” Tessa smiled

 

By that time, Jaehyo and Minhyuk stopped their arguing and looked over at Jihoon and Tessa. “Dang it, the maknae is doing a better job than us” Minhyuk sighed

 

“Are you going to go back to your dorm or are you going to stay here and randomly become a member of Block B?” Kyung asked Tessa

 

“That’s the thing, while I was being chased by the fanboys I kind of got lost” Tessa said while she scratched the back of her head

 

“So you don’t know your way home?” Taeil asked. Tessa nodded in response.

 

‘Hmm… if I can figure out a way to get her home, she’ll fall in love with me! Now actually think of the plan’  Jaehyo and Minhyuk thought

“Why isn’t she picking up?” Minkyu sighed after calling her for the 537^th time

 

“I think she has her phone on silent” Jinyo pondered

 

“Dammit!” Minkyu shouted

 

“She’ll be here” Sohee confidently said

 

“What makes you say that? Are you, like, psychic or something?” Lani jokingly asked

 

“Maybe~” Sohee challenged

 

“We can save a slice for Tessa” Mika said and started cutting the cake

 

“Yeah, do you mind if we go ahead and eat the cake, Sohee?” Jenny asked her

 

“It doesn’t matter, Tessa-unni doesn’t like carrot cake anyway” Sohee replied

 

“That changes everything then!” Koro said and dive-bombed into the cake

 

“Yah! It’s Sohee’s birthday, yours was a month ago” Lola scolded

 

Sohee was about to dig in to the cake but made a dramatic pause.

 

“What’s up, Sohee-ah?” Jinyo asked

 

Sohee said nothing and pointed to the air vent. Everyone looked at the air vent waiting for something to happen.

“Nothing happened” Tiffannii said

 

“Wait for it” Sohee responded

 

Everyone waited and suddenly they heard something from the air vents but there was more than that…

 

“YAH YOU !!!!”

 

“IT’S NOT MY FAULT YOUR BUT’S TOO BIG!!!”

 

As soon as that was said, they fell out of the air vent. Tessa just kept glaring at Jaehyo and said, “Blame my genetics for that one you derp”

 

“Tessa-unni~” Sohee sang and ran to hug her

 

“Happy birthday, Sohee-ah” Tessa smiled

 

While that was going on, Minkyu too the liberty of confronting Jaehyo. “So… do like Tessa?”

 

“What do you mean by that?” Jaehyo replied

 

Minkyu just glared at him, “Did you get a kick out of your adventure in the air vent?”

 

‘Oops… this does not look good’  Jaehyo thought

Since 18 is my lucky number... I have decided to add a few plot twists to the story.

 

Ahem, Happy birthday Sohee~ miahne for being late hope this chapter was good enough!

 

Hell Yeah~ Block B!! They have now officially entered the story, let's see what will happen next... *smirk*
