“In-jung ah, over here.” he waved her over to where he was seated in the café.

“Sorry, I’m late.” She said as she reached him and sat opposite.

“No worries. Hot mocha to start the day?” he asked like he usually did when they had breakfast together.

Yup, he knew her better than anyone, she smiled and nodded.

Black coffee, mocha, pancakes and toast were served.

“So what is it you want to talk about, Junsu oppa?” she asked the man in his smart suit seated in front of her.

“Aigoo, it’s not that I’m not happy to see you back but it’s all so sudden and you never told anyone, In-jung. Wae? What

happened?” Junsu said straight to the point. And In-jung knows that he’s a very  direct person and she was actually expecting this.

“Jaelee knows,” and took a sip of her mocha and a bite of her toast.

“And that’s because you needed someone to share your apartment rent. You think I don’t know?”

“Why do you keep having spies to spy on me?” In-jung asked irritated of how this man treated her.

“You still haven’t answered my question. I know you were very determined to never come back again.” Junsu replied 

smoothly.

“Fine, I’ll be straight with you since I can never hide anything from you,” In-jung said defeated while Junsu contented

himself with a victory smile. “my dad’s company went bankrupt and my jerk brother didn’t give a damn about this so as the

only daughter, I had no choice but to come back and solve all these problems.”

“And I guess these all have to do with the young guy that day we met?” Junsu asked again matter-of-factly.

“Like always, you’re right. Yeah,”

“In what way?”

“He um he’s actually helping my family and I to clear our debts…”

“And?”

“And—“

“You say he was your friend but there’s definitely something on with you two. Be straight girl, 

you can never lie to me you know it.”

“We’re actually technically engaged, Junsu oppa.” She said staring down at her palms.

“Mwo? Are you serious, In-jung? Is this another silly arranged marriage I hear?” Junsu choked on his 

pancake.

“I don’t know. This is actually the only way out and there’s no other choices—“

“Why didn’t you come to me, In-jung ah?”

“I couldn’t inconvenience you anymore neither Yoochun oppa.” In-jung revealed a sad face

she’s been keeping for a long while. “You had paid for me to go to London, I definitely

couldn’t ask for more. It’s too much, I can’t owe you more.”

He sighed in frustration.

“But do you love him?” He finally said.

“I like—“

“No! I said love! Do you love Changmin?”

“I—I don’t…”

“This is really getting hard. But whatever it is I’ll try to help you out on this, In-jung ah, okay?”

“Komawo, Junsu oppa.” She thanked him and ran over to hug him.

Those words actually meant a lot to her.

Komawo, komawo, komawo… she kept reapeating in her mind as she hugged him.
