‘’Please… tell me you just didn’t ask her that’’ Jonghyun exclaimed.

‘’Please… tell me you just didn’t ask me that!’’ I screamed in reply. Our way of talking was still similar, back like when we were in high school, repeating the same things just at the same time while we hung out together. For a second there, I asked myself why did it have to turn out that way? Why had it got to the point when we didn’t even want to see each other?

‘’Guys… please you both know it’s an emergency…’’ And there was Minhyuk, begging us both to calm down, his quiet voice could probably calm anyone down. But not us. Jonghyun and me. We had totally changed since the last time we three were together. I felt so sorry for not being able to calm down, even if I wanted to.

I sighed “This is crazy Minhyuk-oppa… as much as I want to help you out…" I gazed at Jonghyun for some seconds before looking back at Minhyuk "I don’t think I’ll be able to… it’s not because I have something against you…”

Jonghyun interrupted me, “No, you have something against me, you clearly made it obvious” he said sarcastically.

‘’Oh please” I replied “As if we three didn’t know the reason behind my attitude!”

Minhyuk sat next to me and took my hands in his “Please…? I promise nothing bad will happen, I’m your best friend? I can take care of you and protect you from all jerks, please?” I sort of blushed at his comment and gulped a bit.

Jonghyun just gazed from his seat and raised an eyebrow "Did you just call me "jerk"…?”

Minhyuk’s eyes smiled just before he started laughing “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to, hyung”

“…If you ask so nicely” I said and nodded at him.

‘’For real?!” he then suddenly brought me into a hug and kissed me on my forehead “Thank you so much! I’ll go call the other members! You will really like meeting them! Just wait!” He then rushed outside the flat and went down the stairs. However he hadn’t noticed something, he had left me with Jonghyun, alone with Lee Jonghyun.

“I…” I started saying as I tried looking somewhere else

“Yeah? Are you still going to keep calling me a jerk? Have you calmed down? You don’t look cute at all when you start shouting you know…”

“Hmph ..” I put my hands on my knees and then sighed “I just never thought that I would get to see you again, it’s just that… I was surprised to see you after 5 years…it’s just that…”

“Seems like you really hate me now though”

“Haha… as if” he looked at me …more like, stared at me with his eyes wide open, I just stood up “I’ll go change… my boots are killing me…”

“Are you going to change into your pajamas now? Now that would be rude”

“I’m just going to go change into some jeans and a t-shirt…wait, why am I even telling you what I’m going to wear?!”

Jonghyun just laughed “Pfft..haha” when he did that, I couldn’t help but to lose myself in the beauty of his smile, jerk or not, I only knew that his smile was one of the prettiest I had seen in my life, the prettiest…the brightest.

I then went back to reality and rushed inside my room as I closed the door behind me, more like threw the door. I couldn’t really start to soften now; perhaps all the shouting was already over… perhaps it was just the shock of seeing those two again. I changed into a pair of jeans, a white shirt and some white sneakers, just to be comfortable.

The room that was silent and only with Jonghyun suddenly was filled with some voices.

‘’Oh, you were left here? Don’t tell me you two were fighting with each other while I was gone?”

“Who do you think I am? No I wasn’t, she just went to change”
