If We Didn't Meet In Greece
Nahee called Janghu to meet her at the pool of the hotel. She decided that she shouldn’t let Janghu expect for nothing. There are just a few people who are in the poolside since it’s already midnight. Janghu arrived and went near to where Nahee is sitting. He greeted her and sat down beside her.
“It’s been a long time since we’ve spend time like this. You know, just the two of us.” Janghu took her hand in his but Nahee pulled it.
“Sorry.” She apologized.
“It’s okay”. Janghu said.
“Hmmmm. We should talk about us.” Janghu continued.
“Yes. We should. But, I want you to listen to me first.” Nahee said. He nodded. She faced him and looked at him in the eyes. Janghu can sense reluctance in it.
“You know, we were young when we made the promise, right? “ She smiled. “ I was so happy when you told me that you love me that day and you were glad too that we shared mutual feelings. Janghu’s tears starts to flow down. Nahee couldn’t look at him. She looked away.
“I’m sorry.” She said.
He didn’t answer her. There was a brief silence until Janghu spoke.
“Let’s elope.” He suggested.
