Chaemi swirled her tongue around the lemon candy that was now in , as Sungjong took her to the garden. They went down the stairs to the first floor and Sungjong lead them to a door in the back.

Chaemi's mouth formed an 'O' , "There was a door here this whole time?" She asked surprised.

Sungjong saw her surprised expression and chuckled, "Yeah. You probably haven't noticed judging your expression."

Sungjong opened the door which lead to a passageway downstairs, Chaemi eyed the entrance then looked towards Sungjong.

She pointed down, "Are you sure this is safe?"

He nodded, "Yeah. Underground passage I guess? Well this is underground."

Chaemi looked at him, as if it seemed like he was going to kidnap her or do something bad. Sungjong raised his hands up telling her that he wasn't going to do anything bad.

"Here, I'll even go first okay?" He began walking down the stairs and Chaemi followed behind him closing the door.

Once they reached the bottom, all Chaemi saw were torches lighting up the passageway, even down here there were more rooms.

"Why are there more rooms here?" She asked as they walked down the hallway.

"This is a secret underground passage, you basically didn't see the door because it blended in with the walls. This place is for protection, in case if anything bad happens, we'd all come down here. And in these rooms are beds, water and food. But I normally come down this way since it's faster to get outside." Sungjong explained.

Chaemi nodded in understanding at the end of the hall there was a door facing up, Sungjong opened it and climbed out. He held his hand out and helped her get up too.
