at first glance what i thought (sometimes unedited thoughts
and how my mind works when i first look)
my first impressions of this poster is pretty positive.
its a nice cute simple poster. the small details added are good and fit well.
ok not much else to say about it so ill continue with the review
 

Technique: [20/20]
how masterful are you at blending/cutting
the cutting is very good. its pretty near perfect. 
all the cuts are smooth and sharp.
im not sure if the red flower on the right is cut or not,
but its a bit blurry and could use some sharpening to match the rest of the piece.
nothing much to say here.

does your images/stocks/brushes/textures enhance the poster
the images themselves are good and suitable.
quality is good. i like that you used a blank faced girl for this.
however looking at this poster. I wouldnt know that she is missing a heart.
i think you could have tried to add something to help get the message across.
maybe thats what the robot and the hearts are for, but if I didnt read the description
i wouldnt think that. i would have guessed oh maybe someone is an android,
or a super nerd or a scientist.  using a stock could have helped here.
maybe like a sign that says "missing heart reward:$" or something else.
i like the other elements added here, it gives it a scrapbook kind of feel.
i also like how you kept their faces clear to help keep viewers focus.
