Minho opened his eyes to see taemin still asleep in front of him. He yawned silently before he brought a hand up and brushed taemins fringe from his eyes as gently as he could, careful not to wake him.

Mission failed.

Taemin yawned as he stretched slightly before opening his eyes to see minho.

“hey” minho said with a warm smile

“hi” taemin breathed it was the best night sleep he had had in so long, he felt like he would melt from being so well rested.

“good sleep?” minho whispered

“you have no idea” taemin smiled but then his face dropped into what minho recognised as his ‘wondering’ face

“tae?”

“the police station isn’t your apartment”

“well done” minho said with a silent chuckle

“shut up!” taemin shoved him lightly “I mean you went out again”

“of course I did” minho smiled “for you”

“stop being so cheesy” taemin sat up “but im proud that you can still go out apart from work”

“hey work was a struggle” minho joked “but I need money… and I need you, I have no other reason to leave”

“uh… yea what about seeing friends?”

“they can come here”

“having a life?”

“uh-“ minho gave in “fine” he realised he would still have to go outside now even if there was nothing to be scared of, he still had that fear

“hey” taemin leaned over and kissed his cheek “we will work on it okay?”

“fine” minho signed “I guess”

“remember that night” taemin looked into his eyes “where I we really ‘talked’?”

Minho nodded

“you told me you could make me happy” taemin smiled “and you have”

“and you told me you could help me go outside” minho  said

“exactly, and I will”

.  .  .

Jonghyun had been the first to wake up so he left key to sleep some more. He made his way to the kitchen and got himself a drink, he wouldn’t even try cooking breakfast so he just sat and hummed to himself while he waited for key to get up.

Three minutes later…

“WAAAAAA!” jonghyun almost fell off his chair in fright

He wandered into the lounge room and saw the origin of the scream, there was key, sitting up garing at jonghyun with the fort collapsed around him.

Jonghyun tired no to laugh

“if you laugh, I swear to whatever you believe in that I will eat you!” key pouted as he tried to untangle himself from the heap of blankets and pillows.

Jonghyun helped him out and key eventually got out

“what happened?” jonghyun asked

“I forgot I was in a fort and I rolled over and I guess I broke it” key said in annoyance

“aww soemones grumpy” jonghyun teased

“shut up” key pouted

“so you feeling better this morning?”

Key nodded

“good” jonghyun kissed his cheek then stepped back with a deep blush on his face from what he just did. Key was not any better, he was just as red.

“we are hopeless” key mumbled

“s-sorry” jonghyun began to apologise

“don’t say sorry, it was nice”

They both got redder

“so- uh” jonghyun rubbed the back of his neck

“yeah- uh ill go take a shower I think”

“yea and ill clean up the ruins” the both went to walk but bumped into eached other so they tried the other way but they  collided again.

Jonghyun finally stood still letting key walked around him to the bathroom.

Key shut the bathroom door and spun around then immediately started hitting his head lightly against the door frame

“stupid stupid stupid stupid” he repeated “why am I so… ugh!”

.

Jonghyun went straight into the lounge room and picked up a pillow, then he proceeded to wack his head with the pillow again and again.

“why. Am. i. so. awkward!?” he said between each hit “stupid stupid”

.  .  .

Onew was sitting in changmins kitchen eating breakfast when he noticed changmin leaning against the doorframe, deep in thought.

“what ‘cha thinking about?” onew asked butting his spoon down and resting on his elbows

“you” changmin looked over making onew blush

“w-why?”

“I was just thinking- well considering actually” changmin took a seat opposite onew and held his hand

“considering what?”

“move in” changmin said bluntly

“what?” onew was caught off guard

“move in here” changmin held both his hands “with me, I mean you already stay here”

“but- I cant”

“onew, think about it please?” he squeezed his hands  “you already stay here, I have to space, I want you too, and then you could have a home, a real home”

“I cant just stay here and call it home changmin” onew looked down “I cant even help pay bills or anything”

“that’s the thing, you can get a real job once you have an address to put down”

“but-“

“please? You can earn real money, and you can have a home, and I can have you”

“you’re serious” onew looked at him

“of course, ive never been so serious in my life, please?”

Onew was quiet for a moment before taking a deep breath “okay”

Changmin lit up and pull onew over for a massive hug “oh and guess what?” changmin smiled

“what?”

“I love you” he confessed

Onew wasn’t even surprised “I love you too” onew said before they shared a kiss
